The facility was clean and the suite was as pictured but the QUALITY of the items was horrible. The bed sheets were thin and worn; the elastic on the fitted sheet was so worn that it did not grip the mattress. The refrigerator was emitting a high pitched whine as if it was about to fail. The bedspread was so thin it was nearly transparent, as the blanket. Many lightbulbs were burnt out. Too many people hanging out in the parking lot as well.

I had a really great stay overall and would definitely come back again. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The room was clean, the environment was peaceful, and it was easy to relax and enjoy my time there. There was a small issue with the toilet during my stay, but it was handled quickly and professionally. The front desk lady was extremely kind and helpful, and she made sure everything was taken care of right away. I really appreciated how attentive and understanding she was. She make sure we had everything we needed. .Whether it was answering questions or assisting with requests, she was always willing to help with a great attitude. That level of customer service made a big difference in our experience. One thing I really loved was how quiet and calm the property was. It made it easy to unwind without any distractions or noise. The overall atmosphere felt safe, clean, and well maintained. Overall, I would rate my stay a 10/10. Despite the minor issue, everything else exceeded my expectations. If I had to recommend a place to stay, it would definitely be stayAPT Suites. I will absolutely be back .

I had higher hopes for this property. Unfortunately, during my stay I didn’t feel very comfortable.. It seemed that a number of units may be used for longer term living, which is understandable given the current housing and cost of living challenges, but it created a different environment than I expected from a hotel stay.

There was also quite a bit of noise coming from neighboring rooms, including frequent yelling and disturbances that could be clearly heard through the walls (gross language aimed at small children). At times it was concerning to overhear some of the interactions, which made the experience feel unsettling.

While I understand that situations like this are not necessarily the fault of the property itself, the overall atmosphere just wasn’t a good fit for me. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Room was dirty, sheets like sandpaper and no pots, pans, utensils etc. person upstairs woke me up at 5:30 am pacing every morning and it took 2 visits to the mgmt to rectify. I did bring complaints to management who did say I got the worst room and they did offer to move me. I had already bought cleaning supplies and unpacked and shopped so declined. The place is obviously used to house people in transition for homes so it felt more like a shelter than an extended stay hotel. The brochure is much nicer than the actual experience. Had I not cleaned and got myself settled, I would never have stayed the 11 nights.

The Good....large room, great price, friendly staff and comfy bed.

The BAD....Virtual key app wasn't working, room was or is still undergoing renovation because there was a 1/4 inch of drywall dust (took picture to document), hairs in the sink and shower, toilet wasn't flushed by worker or cleaner, when it was flushed, the toilet leaked profusely at the base and needed a towel wrapped around it to keep from having a puddle to walk through, neither TV worked and when I swung the TV away from the wall, it looked like a science project gone wrong... YIKES!

Outside looks good and clean. Plenty of parking. Good location. Terrible or zero maintenance: Front window by the door cannot be locked (easy to get in). Carpet is ripped off with nails protruding. Toaster is broken and can expose wiring. Toilet is not filling correctly, and it is very hard to stop noise by playing with its flush handle. Bathroom tub is squeaking when you move during shower. Office desk lite is broken and cannot be adjusted. Back window curtain is broken and after asking office to fix it they never did. Overall room was not clean. Floor was very dirty, couch has stains and it was dirty. When we arrived, we need to ask for towels, dish washer soup, shover shampoo and soup containers were empty, just one spoon in the kitchen, and very few utensils, one knife, very few dishes, stove light is broken. We were lucky to arrive before 7PM. After that time, no one is in the office, and no one is in the office on weekends. We left day earlier - could not stay there last day.

Hotel was in great area. The living room furniture is very outdated and uncomfortable. The kitchen light fixture had cob webs on lights. They don’t actually have a digital key system like they advertise so you will need to get a physical card to get in and out of property. Walls are really thin and can hear everything. I have a problem with the pet fee per night when they are better than some unruly kids. All night long above our room kids were jumping and running, with parents yelling if this gives you an idea of how thin walls are. Best features were location and price. But honestly, I will stay some place else next time I’m in the area.

The property was great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. (We got a suite) no elevator but there were only 2 floors. Courtyard was really nice. Never found the ice machine but we did not search everywhere downstairs either. We would definitely stay again!

Property was nice, mostly clean and quiet. We used the laundry facility. The kitchen dishwasher was broken. There were only a couple of plates, glassware and pot, pan and utensils to use and they were dirty with no dish soap to clean. Bed was comfortable.

This Hotel was a disappointment

I will never stay here again, due to the hotel I originally had a reservation at something happened to some of the rooms, so they weren’t going to be ready by check in time. So this was very last minute. Upon arriving to check in the glass on the door and outside windows were dirty, trash overflowing outside the trash bin by the front door. No elevators for a person that could be handicap. In the room no stove, window was filthy with spiderwebs that seemed to have been there for a long time. Table was wobble, cabinets dirty, one wastebasket, stains on the sofa, the carpet, and the chair at the table. The bathtub needs work done to it. No where to get ice or drinks, good thing we had our own. The best thing was the air conditioner and that didn’t even had to run long cause the room was cool, and the tv worked great, but everything else not so much. Also when answering the phone what happened to saying the name of the place rather than just saying front desk.

Loved it!

We only stayed one night but it's the kind of place we would happily rent for a longer stay. It's close to the airport, spacious, and clean. Due to our late arrival, we didn't have to check-in at the desk. We were sent a lockbox # and code to get our room keys. So easy! All of the rooms are lined up on either side of a wide outdoor common area with artificial grass, tables, etc. You use your room key to get \"inside,\" but the corrider is open to the sky. Fresh air! It was so much nicer than a regular hotel hallway and would be a nice gathering place for a group. It was clean and felt very safe! The only very minor issue we had was that housekeeping hadn't removed the last guest's trash from the kitchen. The trash can and trash were in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Out of sight, out of mind, I guess. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Our experience with stayAPT was a good one. Ms Serena was nice and communication was great. The property is well maintained. The room, refrigerator, and microwave were clean. The bedroom carpet and couch had just been cleaned as well. Although we were comfortable and really enjoyed the stay and great location, we would suggest a way to increase water pressure, replace all linen, although clean but appearance is key, check toilets because we had to hold the handle down while flushing and it was a little noisy for a moment afterwards. The living room was quite small but we appreciated the large tv there and the bedroom. With a full kitchen there should be dish liquid and paper towels. Shower amenities are provided but there's no hand sanitizer or soap. Although you can make requests, you have to stay at least a week to receive room service. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, would recommend, and would stay again. If you are used to hotel stays and having access to breakfast this is not for you.

The communication was horrible, the front desk staff member quit while I was trying to get information about our room. The other young lady gave us misleading information then back peddled on what she stated. There was a lot of people smoking marijuana in the parking lot and the smell resonated throughout the building. Several vehicles were broken into and items stolen. House keeper flipped out about our Yorkie barking at her while she was cleaning the room, which was in a kennel and couldn’t get out to her. Overall, clean rooms, friendly staff and decently clean property, however if you are told anything about your reservation get it in writing!

The first room had plumbing problem. The second room was so dirty!!! The bed had hair in the sheets, pee on the toilet seat, dish rag was dirty and red stuff on the blinds and walls. So cause my flight was late and they close the office at 7 we had to go buy bedding and cleaning wipes so we could clean the bathroom and I had to make the bed and after flighting was 12 hrs I was so mad having to do all of these. I stayed a week there and the next morning we I told the office they just say sorry no discount on my room. I will never stay there again!!!

Seems like a newly renovated place, however, everything seems slapped together cheaply. Courtyard motel style apartment complex. The app key did not work. The headboard lights were broken. The beds were just okay. The toilet ran 247. We were on ground level and large cockroach just appeared in the middle of our room and smaller bugs somehow got in as well. Will not be staying again.

We stayed here while waiting on our home to be finished. The building is still new and that helps with the cosmetic appeal. The courtyard and other community facilities are decent enough. Our room was a decent size and was not clean but we cleaned on arrival and didn’t see a need to notify management as I would have cleaned it irregardless.

However, management is poor. They do not like you to pay online so they have disabled most of these options.

They had multiple vehicles vandalized during the month and a half of our stay. At least one daily as of late. They had a car stolen. They do not have cameras and have multiple signs posted that they are not responsible for damage or theft of property. They also have windows busted out of the building that have been that way for a couple of weeks. It seems nobody is interested in repairing.

The housekeeping staff is very rude and there is rarely anybody in the office if needed. Justin seemed friendly on the surface but did not seem interested in resolving any issues as far as vehicle vandalism or being kind to his guests. Some paid online and he would cancel the reservation and kick them out. I am not sure what the situations were for each guest but I do know it seemed to happen a lot and always was loud and eventful.

I never had any of my reservations cancelled but due to the other factors listed above we decided to finish our wait at another extended stay facility until our home is ready for move in.

Dont waste your time.

No one is ever in the office.
We waited a hour along with other people to check in.
The place was under construction.
We couldn't leave are rooms because of it. Are room smelled of industrial pain. I was kicked out for smoking outside of the building.
The manager lied about smoking in the building. They kicked both me and my wife out days before are booking was over and refused refund. I highly do not recommend this property.

We stayed at stayApt for 3 weeks, 745 a week including taxes,fees. Full kitchen with separate bedroom. Decent Wi-Fi. Room entry into the courtyard. Plenty of cats, dogs, children around. I wish my house was this quiet. Lush walkable neighborhood. So I’m thinking, at this price with utilities, no lease, could this be a long term living solution. Just saying.

Parking lot is too small. When I was there, the property was fully booked, and cars were parked not just in all the marked spaces, but in the areas marked for loading zones, etc. -- everywhere the curb wasn't painted red. I was lucky I didn't have to park in the hotel across the street and hope I didn't get towed.

My room was has not been cleaned and my staybis 14 days. Management gave excuses as to why but no solutions. The workout area has no cleaning solution, towels, and the bathroom was locked for 4 days. They doors leadinging outside do not close so the temperature was 89 in there. I ran on the treadmill and almost passed out since it was so hot. Great building but managed poorly to say the least. And there was people smoking weed outside on multiple occasions
