Great hotel and perfect for families and those who need to be able to cook. This specific location does not have an elevator, so those who need to avoid stairs, need to check on available 1st floor rooms. We loved the location; so convenient and honesty quiet.

I had never heard of this chain before, so I didn't know what to expect. I was blow away by how nice and clean the rooms were. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. Beautiful with a fully functional kitchen! Would highly recommend and we will be staying here next time we are in town.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The walls were thin and the biggest negative was that there was a coffee pot with a teeny little bit of coffee that made one half cup of weak coffee. And the lobby didn’t open until 9 in Saturday! We had to go to the store to get coffee and filters for the next morning. My dad, who was staying in a different room, asked the room cleaner for more coffee and she acted like she didn’t know what he was talking about.

Unfortunately my room had to be changed for the second time first time my originally booked room was not available when I checked in (not my fault I don’t work there so I’m not responsible for cleaning room) however it appeared that the onsite manager as I mentioned before tried to frame it as my fault because I had to change my travel plans, the reason for this room change is because the back entrance door was broken and I was told that the door would not be fixed immediately because there was no vendor available to fix it at the moment, due to my mobility disability I asked for a room closer the the front entrance, and again I’m not responsible for fixing things that are broken so they moved my room not as an accommodation but because of the broken door. Red flag number two, only went downhill from there.

Check- in was terrible. The lady at the front desk was too busy trying to get tv fixed.
There was a bad smell in room, bedding also smelled, bathroom floor not clean,
There was only 1 one-cup coffee pack in the room, and it was not just our room, we had family staying in 2 other rooms and they each got just 1 coffee pack also, which is pretty cheap, and when I went to the office at 7 in the morning to get some coffee I found out the front desk does not open until 9 on Saturday!!!! How ridiculous is that? And it closed in the evening! Too bad for you if you need anything! It seems service is their last priority.
Needless to say, we will never stay there again and I definitely cannot recommend this property!

Convenient area. Easy access to amenities. I liked the small kitchen and the living room. Dishwasher was kinda loud, so maybe don't run that before bed. They don't give you a small sponge or dish soap for pots and pans and countertops. That's annoying. Bathroom towels were plenty soft, but they cover you with lint.

When we folded out the couch to make up the bed for my son, there was still a crumb-covered, dirty fitted sheet on the bed and there were wrappers and a dirty pillowcase on the floor inside the couch. The couch mattress also still had firm plastic wrapped around it that was noisy when my son tried to sleep.

The bathroom did not have surfaces to hang or set things on, which was very difficult for four of us with toiletry bags and clothing we needed to hang up while taking a shower. A few hooks or a countertop / shelf that could hold items would have been very helpful.

Also, we were given an accessible room, and when we flipped on a light switch upon arrival, it set off a deafening alarm. I'm sure it was some kind of safety feature for the room, but the switch wasn't labeled in any way and was located inside the door to the room, so it was very frightening.

Filthy with dog hair and stuck on food on floor. The furniture is severally stained with old food under the cushions. The front came to our room at 11 on the dot and told my wife that check out is 11 we knew and I was loading for an hour already. We were not at all satisfied with this hotel or the staff.

The hotel was fabulous. But, i tried renting a room on the early morning hours of saturday the 8th. It was approx. 1am. AFTER HOTELS com took my money, we couldnt sign in because no one is at the office at 7pm. So it ended up booking it for the saturday night. And i ended up going across the across the street and paying for a room . All im saying is hotels.com shouldnt sell rooms that late that cant be used

I reserved a non ADA room, and was given one without being notified. The shower curtain did not keep the actual bathroom floor from getting soaked. The bathroom didn’t have a towel hanger, but there was evidence of where one used to live. The bathroom door barely stayed closed, the latch couldn’t catch the plate most of the time. And we had the bedroom area curtain being held together with actual binder clips. Room was clean and quit, but the maintenance left a lot to be desired. The pillow for the pull out bed didn’t have a pillow case, and there was blood on the pillow.

This was my 2nd stay. Being impressed my first stay, this is just the second of a succession of bookings, as I am settling into business i have in the area. I feel comfortable here, it is quiet, near shopping and necessities. Staff has been all of cordial and assisting during encounters- and yes there are options if you arrive late for your booking. With the grills in the neatly manicured courtyards, the anticipation of this spring is a bit more intense.
Booked the first time on a humbug, and so far no regrets in sight.

Traveling for business can have its ups and downs already, but i liked this place. it felt like most people there were on business as well. it was quiet and orderly. communication was clear and good. i was impressed with the layout. minuses- vital cookware/utensils missing, bedding not inspected well enough and not changed for bed close to window in my room. (i understand saving water 💧 and energy BUT OMG there were watermarks and stains 😲). There were scratches on the walls.... pretty faint but worrisome because you want to be sure they know you weren't the culprit.
I loved the bathroom, the space, and the televisions. I am definitely going back, and recommending to other low key quiet loving people who need to travel to the area.

When we got in our room, all of the pillows were piled on one bed without pillow cases on them. The pillow cases were on the back of a chair so I had to put the pillow cases on all six pillows myself. The garbage can in the bathroom didn’t have a trash bag in it and it was sitting on top of the toilet. I put the trash bag in the container myself. There were a few things in on the carpeted floor that made me think it wasn’t vacuumed. Other than these things, the stay was comfortable.

The space was overall clean. Little things were not. Kitchen pans had cooked on food that looked like it had been there for a while.
From the outside it looks like an inclosed building. Only to find all of the rooms open to a center outside courtyard with an over hang. Which means people like to hangout in the hallways to smoke. The walls are paper thin and you can hear entire conversations of your neighbors.If you arrive after 5 pm there are no employees on the grounds, you get your key from a lock box. The positives are the space inside the room is adequate. We needed a room with couch and a full fridge and those needs were met! There are also a good number of fast food options, even in walking distance. Would we stay here again? No, probably not. It was an experience that I think, one time was enough.

They gave our reservation to someone else

We never got to stay at the hotel. We received a call the morning we were to arrive telling us they had given our handicap room to someone else and had no more rooms like we had reserved ahead of our trip. We were very disappointed and cancelled the reservation and asked for a refund.

The property felt new and had modern amenities but the cleanliness of the room felt lacking. There was a previous person's hair in the sink and bathtub when we checked in and stains on the shower curtain. The floors felt grimy as well. Luckily I didn't need much from the front desk as there was rarely an attendant there to assist. Overall the stay was fine but could have been better if the room was cleaner.

Dirty floors which can NEVER be made clean!!!

Disgusting dirty floors!

Per Management, the floor was not sealed when installed and it cannot be cleaned properly and is always dirty! When it was wiped with a wet paper towel, the paper towel was black (even after it was freshly mopped)!!! Management stated that Corporate would have to approve steam cleaning the floor and then sealing the floor to solve the issue. As of this date, Corporate has not been contacted.
