The standard of the room certainly does not live up to the price you have to pay.

The rooms are not cleaned unless you specifically request it — in my opinion, this should be a given, and I also feel that I’ve paid enough for at least the room to be cleaned.

The bathroom ventilation is extremely noisy, and you can very clearly hear when other guests in the hotel use the toilet, for example, on the floor above.

Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt !

Ist es heutzutage nicht mehr üblich, von der Rezeption NICHT mit einem \"Guten Tag, herzlich Willkommen, hatten Sie eine angenehme Anreise\" begrüßt zu werden. Stattdessen nur ein kurzes \"Hallo, ja bitte?\" , anschließend minutenlanges Klimpern auf der PC-Tastatur und dann wieder \"Sie haben Zimmer XXXX, Fahrstuhl ist um die Ecke\". Der Check out war genauso einsilbig.

Positiv zu erwähnen, ist die Nähe zum Hannover Hauptbahnhof. Der Ausblick aus meinen Zimmer war sehr schön.

O Hotel estava em reforma quando chegamos. Homens sobre andaimes passando na frente da janelas e a cortina não tem blakout, muito fina. Pedi para trocar o quarto e não concordaram. Carpete antigo. Ponto positivo: fica de frente a Estação central de trens, obibus e metro.

Seemed like a newer property. Easy walk under the train station to the city. I don’t think it has AC, I think the rooms just have an air circulator. If that is the AC it doesn’t work well. I would stay here again if the weather was cool.

Sauberes und tolles Hotel + super Service

Ich habe schon in vielen Hotels übernachtet aber hier stimmt das Gesampaket zu 100%! Schon beim check in wird man von netten und gut gelaunten Personal begrüßt. Da Hotel ist sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Zudem ist es sehr zentral gelegen und man hat eine gute Anbindung mit allen möglichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, Betten sehr bequem (Matratze nicht zu weich aber auch nicht zu hart). Es gibt eine Regendusche im Bad und das gesamte Zimmer ist sehr sehr sauber. Ich habe dort 3 Nächte übernachtet und die Sauberkeit ist wirklich überragend. Ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder empfehlen. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels 😊

Sehr netter Aufenthalt.
Außen ist viel los, aber innen herrscht eine angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre.
Der Ausblick Richtung Oststadt (- wir waren im 7. Stock) ist großartig!
Etwas störend ist, dass es keinen blickdichten Vorhang vor der Milchglaswand direkt vor dem einen Bett gibt, denn dann wird es auch nachts hell bei den Betten, wenn jemand auf Toilette geht.

Excellent hotel in a somewhat dodgy area

Excellent hotel providing a very good standard of accommodation and pretty much everything a common traveller needs. Staff were very helpful and flexible in terms of both my check-in and check-out which I much appreciated.
Location is 2min from the main train station, while the city centre is on the opposite side. It's perhaps on the 'wrong' side of the railtracks and it can be a somewhat disturbing sight to see a lot of the homeless and junkies nearby, although they stay in passages under the ground level - and if, as they advise you at the hotel, you remain at ground level, it seems all fine and I didn't have any problems.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass es von 22 Uhr abends bis 6 Uhr am Folgemorgen kein Wasser geben sollte und ich vor meiner Anreise nicht über diesen Umstand informiert wurde. Außerdem war der Duschkopf so verkalkt, dass kaum Wasser herauskam, das Licht im Flur des Zimmer war defekt, es hat stark geflackert und die Fenster waren schmierig und voller (Finger-)Abdrücke.

Ich fand die Dusche eher unpraktisch, da sie beim Duschen das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt hat. Auch fehlten uns Aufhängmöglichkeiten für die nassen Handtüscher. Ansonsten ein schönes und sauberes Hotel und ein toller Service, ob es ein nicht richtig funktionierender Fernseher war oder der Service an der Bar und morgens beim Frühstück, gab es einen Wunsch oder ein Problem wurde sich sofort drum gekümmert. Fazit: Ein gutes Hotel, aber verbesserungswürdig.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum von Hannover.
Ich hätte mir vorab Informationen zum Parken gewünscht, das wäre für die Anreise einfacher gewesen.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Leider war trotz Buchung eines Zwei-Bett-Zimmers nur ein Bett hergerichtet. Auf dem zweiten fehlten sowohl Kissen als auch Bettdecke.
Außerdem war leider die Bar nicht geöffnet.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aber super!

He just refused me and adviced to get contact with Hotels.com eventhough i showed my payment proof and confirmation e-mail. I had to book another hotel from and now i am waiting for my refund.

Es war ein bisschen schlecht mit dem Zimmer, ich schlafe gern mit offenen Fenster und das Zimmer lag zur einer Hauptstraße und viel befahrenen Straße. Sonst alles sauber und die Eingangstür zum Zimmer ist dick und schwer.

Silberfischchen im Zimmer. Lüfter sehr ekelhaft zugestaubt. Personal war es komplett egal als ich es beim Checkout angesprochen habe. Rückstände vom Vorgast vorhanden und Schimmel in den Badfugen. Gut waren das Bett, die Dusche und die Aussicht. Durch die Bahnhofsnähe natürlich entsprechendes Klientel um das Hotel.

Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer zweckmäßig , leider an beiden Tagen Party vor dem Hotel bis 6 Uhr morgens, trotz geschlossener Fenster alles „miterlebt „.
Eine offene Dusche im Badezimmer ist nicht meine erste Wahl.

Gutes Hotel mit sehr standardisierter Optik. Ungewöhnlich immer wieder die lauten Abflussgeräusche aus darüberliegenden Etagen. Die Kofferaufbewahrung war bei offener Tür oft unbewacht. Cocktails teuer (12 Euro aufwärts).
