Let us check in early which we so appreciated as we had arrived from Australia and were so tired!
Very large room, plenty of space for everyone.
The bathroom was large only downside was shower was a bit mouldy. Otherwise the apartment was super clean.

Room didnt have a working shower. In the shower cubical there was actually a bath/ shower tap which wouldnt switch to shower. It was mentioned and nothing done. Hotel common areas are very grubby. Resembles a poor hostel not hotel

Location is very convenient and it's a 2 mins walk to blue mosque. Has shops around the hotel. AC was not working although I tried. It was not a big deal. But it was late april. Good spread for breakfast and daily housekeeping is good. Good value for money.

A little gem of a hotel. Right in the heart of Sultanamet with all the historical attractions. Room was basic but very clean with maid service each day of our 3 night stay. Our room had fantastic views over the water. Room 412 - a twin. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast served on the roof terrace which again had the same fantastic views. Lovely to sit and enjoy a drink after a full day sightseeing.

Great Anniversary Stay

We stayed in room 412, will definitely request- same view as the terrace above. I usually sleep with earplugs, didn’t need. But I will say at breakfast time, a lot of moving above, but I didn’t care.
This was my husbands and my 5th time in Istanbul and for sure we will come back to this hotel.
They were very helpful, the restaurant staff polite and the cleaning staff was amazing.

Family room with 4 people and with at least 2 devices each person would require more than 2 power points in the room. None available near the beds, only 2 by the vanity table. No facial tissue box supplied in the room, no kettle&tea/coffee facility offered and WiFi kept dropping out and one needed to use their passport # each time this occurred! A real nuisance.
I’d say the hotel was too basic for us but we made do. More dated than we’d anticipated or from photos. The lobby and floor hallways could do with an update or lick of paint.
Breakfast was also very basic, but at least scrambled eggs were good. No toasting facility available to toast bread. Maybe this isn’t a norm, but you are little hotel offering a continental type breakfast.
Other than that, beds were comfortable, room n bathrooms were clean. Cleaners were friendly.

Big apartment for up to 8 pax but only 1 toilet and 1 room key, inconvenient for big groups of people. Water leak from shower area easily as the glass door is slanted and faulty. Breakfast spread was not too bad.

A little gem in the old city

This hotel has it all. Super breakfast, excellent views, close to sites and tram stops. Nice decor in hotel, rugs and Turkish pictures give it a lovely touch. Will definitely come here again. Four visits and the nicest Hotel yet.

We go to Turkey quite often and this is the first time we have found a hotel like this. It Is only One positive thing - the location.The lady at the reception Is not kind and helpful at all.We paid for the breakfast as sono as we arrived and After that every morning the staff asked us if we paid! In the rooms there was nothing- not even a tea bag, gust a small bottle of water the first day only. Poor breakfast and always the same things.Not recommended!

The location is very central, all of the main attractions such a the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque etc are within walking distance. It can be quite noisy but settled down by about 1am. The best thing about this hotel though is the rooftop terrace which gives you incredible views over Istanbul. I booked a single room but upon check in I was given a double room which was lovely. The downside was the shower/bath which was interesting as you had to climb into it but it was actually quite steep.

The location was perfect as it was fairly centrally located to the various tourist sites in old town Istanbul. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. The noise from the traffic, but Istanbul is a large, bustling city, so this is not unusual or unexpected.

The location was great; convenient to attractions. The variety of breakfast also good and the rooftop was a nice touch. Unfortunately the lady staff with blonde hair who received me on day one was unpleasant to talk to; attitude issues maybe?

I paid for breakfast in cash upon arrival, but was later accused of not having been paid. Not a big deal, just annoying.

Shower was full of mould, bathroom fan full of dust.
Informed Reception, explained the health risks of so much mould, even gave them a tip of how to clean it properly with vinegar and/or baking soda, they acknowledged but nothing was done. Returned from sightseeing, informed reception again that it hadn't been cleaned, and i was still not comfortable with so much mould, showed them photographs of the mould, and that i was going out for dinner/drinks and would be returning late so they had a second opportunity to clean for me. Again nothing was done. Checked out the following morning, explained problem still not sorted and i felt i was not expecting the nicest hotel in istanbul for that price but at the very least the room should be clean and i felt i really did not get what i paid for and that much moukd was a serious health & safety issue, again nothing was done. Very poor hotel, would not recommend and certainly wont return on my next visit to Istanbul.

While our room was just okay, the hotel itself is nice with beautiful spaces to sit and talk. And the breakfast they served was extraordinary! They have a rooftop eating area and the spread they offer for breakfast is eye-popping and delicious. The people at the desk were very helpful.

This property was very helpful and easy to work with. The location is was incredible, right next to Blue Mosque and the roof top bar/breakfast area had views of Haggis Sophia and Blue Mosque on the back and the Marmaris on the front. Absolutely stunning place for a nightcap and breakfast. Staff were wonderful and helpful. English was good. I will not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel does not even have a coffee maker. Th bath tub is very high and is a safety hazard for young children and older people or people with knee issues to get in and out of the tub. On the bright side, it is close to Blue Mosque and the tram station. The receptionist will ask for everyone's passports including children's to put in his database.

1)The roof view is very beautiful.
2) The location is very hard to find for taxi driver.
3) The breakfast is ok.
4) very old hotel with very cheap furnitures and decoration. less than 2 star
5) all the equipments are very old fashion and behind time. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work well.
6) Some stuff are friendly but I was told the breakfast not included when I checked in. 2 days after, I heard guests arguing with the manager that the breakfast supposed to be included then I thought “yes, when I book this hotel, it said breakfast included”. So next day, I went to have breakfast buffet, nobody said anything. don’t understand why?

Great location in the Sultanahmet district which is very close to various tourist attractions and close to bus routes. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection, and had a rooftop terrace with a great view. Staff was very helpful. Price was good too. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located in the great location near the many historical places. I think the owner should Invest some money into the modernisation of the hotel as it looks very tired. Breakfast is very tasty with good food variety to choose from. And of course, the staff of the hotel are all amazing. Ufuk, Fatih,Bobur, Bekir, Vedat - they were all so kind with us, which made our stay more comfortable!

Nice location in a section of the old city. Plenty to see around the hotel within walking distance. Many places to eat & old buildings to look at. Hotel were good in allowing an early check-in. Initially had problems with WiFi but this was sorted later in the day. Taxi back to airport was ordered by the hotel & arrived in 5 minutes.

Comfy hotel right next to the Hagia Sofia.

The hotel is in a old building, so the lift has a small with a door you close yourself, I just took the stairs most days. But its aged well and well looked after, so it was an experience in itself.

But its very clean and the shower has good pressure. The desk is open 24/7 and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If I go back to Istanbul, I know the first place Im gonna check.

Washroom with a shampoo,handwash, and hair dryer . if you are looking for something economical and near by all attraction then go for it. Not a five star hotel but a decent and quiet location . nice breakfast on the top floor with amazing views as well.

The room n the hotel is spooky and we request him atleast change the room as the bedsheet n bed smells bad but he sd cnt change. The hotel was rated 4 stars and special class. Hence the disappointment. A room that does not have a telephone to contact the reception is barely two stars. The front desk was barely civil and always busy doing something else when information was requested. The \"city map\" is provided by a bank and shows nothing but cash machines. The furniture is shabby, so are the rooms, heaters may or may not work. The location is good but other hotels in the area have better conditions and equivalent prices. Very disappointed.
