The rooms could be a little cleaner.. There are plenty of shops and places to eat a very nearby. The train also runs on the street. The breakfast is expensive at Ibis. Usually went to a shop for coffee and pastry nearby. The hotel is on Jaffa Street very convenient to get two things. 15 minute walk to the old city.

The hotel is centrally located and easy access to restaurants, shops, buses, the light rail, and anything you could really want. I stayed on the 6th floor and there was no noise at all from the street. The room was comfortable and clean.

Hotel was centrally located. Unfortunately, I have never stayed in a hotel that you needed to put the key in a special slot inside the room in order for the lights and air to work. The sliding door also needed to be locked for the air to work. This was not explained when I checked in which was an issue. In addition, I would not stay at this hotel during a holiday again. The music and dancing outside, was extremely loud until 11pm each night.

Really lovely hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. My room was large and comfortable with a fab view across Jerusalem, and the breakfast was amazing! You couldn't ask for a better location, it is surrounded by great places to eat and drink, close to the Old City, easily walkable to most places you'd want to go and close to the light rail. Really appreciate the welcome I was given by everyone at the hotel.

It was in a great location and the hotel was pretty clean. There were a few stains on the carpet but it didn’t really bother us. Checking in was quick and easy. When we asked the front desk for extra items they were quick to bring it to our room.

Only slight downside was my original room was street side and very noisy but the staff moved me without question and the other side of the building was lovely and quiet.

is the best place ever exclamation. The food was absolutely utterly unbelievable. Every single person they encountered was extremely friendly. Places is extremely clean. It's in a nice area with shops with a nice energy. The neighborhood is a little bit loud, but it's actually perfect because it tends to quiet down around 11. It's actually a great great great neighborhood lively. The rooms are small of course but very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Staff is awesome. Food is awesome.

We booked two queen beds and we only got one queen and a sofa bed. Disappointed and didn’t want to argue with them since they seems not to understand what we booked, since we were very tired we let it go. But we pay more for less. Carpet was filthy dirty, bathroom shower leak water to the rest of the bathroom. We had to put towel on the floor to stopped it. Also, towels are old and gray. It’s clean but a bit not taken care of in detail. The staff was very nice all the time though. Very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with great vies of town on the roof top. The staff at the restraint very nice! Food delicious. It’s a busy location in city center.

The location was amazing! Right at the busiest street in new town Jerusalem, 2-minute walk from the tram line. It has the basis of a business hotel. The only downside is it will be noisy at night even if your windows shut.

We had a two week stay. Being a City Center, this hotel was conveniently located. However, there was a lot of music and noise outside even late at night on a daily basis. The rooms were MUCH smaller than I expected. No closet, no cloth iron. The hallway lights were extremely dark and neon lit, which does the hallway injustice. I accidentally dropped my sunglasses and was unable to find it right away since it was too dark. The bed was comfortable and the staff did a good job keeping the rooms clean. They were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and diverse. The servers were extremely friendly and his hospitality was amazing--especially a gentleman named Abeed.

Compared to other Ibis hotels this one felt superior. 7th floor room was under the restaurant so a lot of chair scraping could be heard in the morning. All in all great value 4 money in an excellent location close to the old city. Would stay again.

I do not tend to write bad reviews on almost anything but after staying for 4 nights, I leave with such bad taste. I had money stolen from the safe that was locked on day 2 and the front desk was of no help. Whoever took money was “smart enough” to not take everything but just a few bills of each pack I had. They recommended to file a police report but did nothing to actually help me. It looks like they are all working as a team to steal from people as little as they can so that guests don’t realize it. Will definitely not be coming back and Ibis should really take into consideration this terrible behavior from management/employees.

The room was very small. I had to unpack and pack lifting a heavy piece of luggage onto the bed as there was no room on the floor. The chair was uncomfortable. There was no street in front of the hotel; it’s located on a pedestrian mall

Staff are so friendly, in particular Shweki who can't do more for you. The hotel is spotlessly clean and in a geeat position. My one issue was that i have a feather allergy and the the hotel don't offer any alternatives. It wasn't easy at night even with antihistamines. Keeping the windiws open wasn't an option due to a very noisy, continual air conditioning unit outside

Reservations were screwed up. I reserved 4 nights originally but then tried to cancel 1st night. Expedia said i must cancel all and reschedule 3 nites at higher rates. I said no and kept original reservations but didn't show 1st nite. I had prepaid all nites. Ibis then canceled all 4 nites and rerented my room . Ibis finally got me room at another hotel for 2 nites but not a 3rd nite because I had reserved originally 2 rooms for last nite. So I ended up with no room for 4th nite because my 2nd room was for a guest. After much confusion, I finally got room after switching hotels again. It was a mess . Ibis software is terrible and needs to be updated. Staff tried to help but couldn't coordinate with Expedia. Whole stay was not good.
