The hotel overall was good for Rio Verde. The staff knew I was English and had limited Portuguese ; I had to make all efforts to translate. Also, a work friend from RV who visited a few times , to show me around RV and where to eat etc felt the staff were looking at her with curiosity and suspicion . I saw that also . None of their business ! The music act on Wednesday was good

O hotel é razoável, mas considero adequado apenas para estadias curtas a trabalho. Não recomendaria para passar longas temporadas. O elevador apresentou falhas algumas vezes, o que gera insegurança. Além disso, alguns funcionários parecem não estar preparados para atender plenamente às necessidades dos hóspedes. No meu ponto de vista, o restaurante é muito fraco, e as refeições servidas durante minha estadia foram bem abaixo do esperado.

O quarto nao estava muito limpo, mas tudo bem, o cafe da manhã foi pessimo tinha pessoas de uma corrida la e eles tumultuavam o ambiente dava pra ver que os funcionários estavam de maos atadas, dificilmente dava para chegar nos alimentos e quando conseguia ja tinha acabado, minha reclamação e por conta do valor da diaria, uma diaria alta para um entrega de qualidade baixa.

Televisão com imagem e som muito ruins,
Como a televisão estava muito ruim, pedi para ver o que podiam fazer, e a pessoa da recepção disse que como eu estava no apartamento standard, não tinha o que fazer. Reagi dizendo que eu não estava exigindo nenhuma vantagem adicional ao que eu havia pago, mas não adiantou e que não tinha o que fazer. Falei então que descontassem o valor embutido no que paguei, pois a oferta era apartamento com TV. Mas disse que não tinha o que fazer. Despreparo ou omissão da atendente, e da gerência que deixam uma pessoa despreparada na recepção.

Às vezes nem está sujo, mas é descartado. Poderiam usar algo mais sustentável.

Eu tive uma experiência desagradável na 1ª noite. Não havia cobertores ou edredom no quarto. A cama estava forrada com um lençol fino e passei frio, pois na madrugada a temperatura baixou para 19 graus. Para 2ª noite eu pedi edredon na recepção e fui atendida.

Me hospedei 2 dias no prime hotel, recebi meu quarto sujo, mas estava cansado e relevei, quando retornei ao hotel pra minha segunda noite o quarto não tinha sido sequer arrumado, minha cama estava do jeito que deixei ao sair do hotel e o quarto consequentemente mais sujo ainda e pra completar o ar condicionado para de funcionar no meio da noite! Péssima experiência!

O quarto tem bom tamanho. As roupas de cama e o colchão são bons. A limpeza dos corredores e embaixo da cama deixam muito a desejar. Exaustor do andar apresentou problema e fez barulho alto durante a noite, atrapalhando em muito a noite.

Algumas vezes ninguém atendeu a campainha de abrir o portão do estacionamento. Tive dar a volta no quarteirão e ir até a recepção. Depois fazer o trajeto de volta. Alguns funcionarios da recepção deixam o interfone fira do gancho, pude perceber.

Hotel precisando passar por reformas e melhorias, existe mal cheiro na área de estacionamento, e em parte de área da piscina, a limpeza do hotel em geral é péssima, tanto nos quartos/banheiros, quanto nas áreas comuns, piscina não é aquecida, tvs ultrapassadas, a pia do meu banheiro em especial estava entupida, ar condicionado velho/barulhento, e o frigobar também estava com mal cheiro, enfim o hotel tem estrutura para ser o melhor de Rio Verde, porém para isso precisa investir um pouco mais em manutenção e limpeza, pois está perdendo muito, para pequenos hoteis da cidade.

O ar condicionado pingou a noite inteira, alagou parte do quarto e a porta de entrada do lado de fora. A pia fica fora do banheiro e a luz está queimada, não há como usar o espelho da pia. Poderia ter perdido o onibus e avião pq o hotel não podia passar um numero de conta pra deposito! Isso é absurdo. A sorte é que tentei de novo e o cartão funcionou. O quarto é grande mas o alagamento do ar condicionado quebrou qualquer possibilidade de apreciar o quarto e de dormir, eu tinha apenas poucas horas pra dormir. Feliz ANo Novo e que possam fazer as melhorias necessarias, compativeis com o valor da diaria.

O hotel é agradável e os quartos espaçosos. Comemos no restaurante várias vezes. O garção que nos atendeu foi estremamente atencioso e me ajudou montar um prato vegetariano (pois não estas tinhas opções no cardápio). A piscina foi tranquila e a limpeza no geral foi boa. Faço a sugestão que pinta os corredores dos andares com os quartos. Estavam arranhados e mostrava marcas.

O hotel em si é maravilhoso. Extremamente limpinho e um quarto muito bom. Tivemos alguns problemas como por exemplo: estava chovendo e a água do chuveiro estava GELADA, nada fazia ela esquentar. Os funcionários que me atenderam pelo telefone u dia antes foram extremamente atenciosos, porém, os que fizeram meu check in, talvez por eu e meu namorado não sermos pessoas \"chiques\", não nos tratou com simpatia nenhuma, pelo contrário, senti uma grande indiferença.
