The TV went off a lot, the staff were not available on weekends only for emergencies. And there were people who came in from outside it appeared, to use the pool and hot tub but there was no one to talk to about it. Other than that apartment nice and clean.

Older block. Pool area and spa are great and good condition. Units all look generally in good condition. Had one with great view out to beach. Would be nice if the owner (29) put in some new beds and oven ( would give it 5 star on that basis). Handy to beach and good spot half way between Burleigh and north Burleigh. Would recommend.

Stayed for a weekend with friends at Le Beach. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the heated spa and pool as well as being given a relaxed check out time so we could enjoy our departure day more

Fantastic family friendly apartments that had everything we needed.. Boys loved the morning swims in the pool. Great views of the beach to wake to every morning and drink a cup of coffee on the balcony. A short walk to shops and a hop to the beach and parks for kids.

Apartment was filthy. I spent the whole check in day cleaning it after we were denied a refund.
Oven was covered in grime. Windows were disgusting and damaged and taped up. Floors were dirty so we wore socks the entire time. Sand still on and in the old leather couches.
I’m okay for old buildings to be run down. That’s life. But clean them!! Properly!
My 18 month old ended up sick with a cough (still unsure if coincidence or from the state of his room he had to sleep in) and we checked out a day early.
Staff were lovely enough but on check in day, they couldn’t offer a refund as the apartments were individually owned, yet offered to move us to a new apartment in two days time? Not sure how that’s able to be done if they’re individually owned?
Will never return here and will warn other friends/families/co workers of the same.

Great location but the overall condition of the property is terrible. It is really run down & there doesn’t seem to be much attention to detail with the overall cleanliness of the property.
The unit had broken bedside drawers, it was absolutely filthy dirty. You could hardly see out of the windows on the balcony doors due to the dirt on the outside - not to mention the grimy little hand marks on the inside! The outdoor furniture was covered in dust/dirt.
It seemed they had only cleaned the bathrooms & changed the sheets and given the kitchen a quick wipe over.
Given that Covid is still alive & well, you would imagine proper cleaning practices would be paramount.
If you still choose to stay here- take some cleaning products and don’t get your hopes up for a “nice” apartment.

Recommended: Excellent apartment managers, super friendly & helpful, great location. Very spacious. But no lifts so keep in mind if you need to lug your bags up three flights of stairs.
Also the secure underground car park is quite tight. Outside BBqs next to the pool handy - But the property itself was a bit tired and could do with some maintenance. Suppose it all depends on whether the owners/investors of an individual apartment are willing to spend on its upkeep.

Really comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with everything you need, reasonably priced right on Esplanade opposite beach. Easy walk to main part of Burleigh Heads. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, very comfy bed, great cooking facilities. The pool was a good size, and there was also a spa, which we did not have time to use. Location is fabulous, right across from the beach, and a 15 minute walk into Burleigh. Off the main highway, so much quieter. Would happily stay here again.
