The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. The outdoor pool and the jacuzzis also looked like they could use a good cleaning. There is not a lot of supplies in place like laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. You have to either buy more or make do with the little they give. Tehre was also only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 nights. We ran out the last day and had to go buy more. I don't think I'd stay here again but if you're on a budget, it's not a bad place.

We reserved a delux / renovated room, which was on a higher floor. On making the reservation on Expedia it wasn’t quite clear what room you get. After I had made the reservation the small print said you might not have an ocean view( which would have been very disappointing!)
All the rooms definitely don’t have an ocean view.
The bedrooms only have ceiling fans, no airconditioning- airconditioning only in the lounge.

My family loved our time at the Pacific Regis. Fabulous apartment and really lovely staff. The pools were great and hot spa pools were an unexpected bonus! Perfect location across the road from the beach and so close to cafes and restaurants.

The room was nice however was hoping for a view as advertised, but could only see the top of a roof as was only one floor up. Also couldn’t access free to air tv in the lounge room, which wasn’t rectified despite advising reception. Overall, a comfortable stay and good proximity to beach and shops.

We had an amazing weeks stay in a newly renovated apartment, and it was excellent. The apartment was well appointed , and the view was incredible. The location was central to all of the restaurants and main strip.
The pools were great for the kids , and we also played pickle ball which was great fun.

I had an amazing stay at Pacific Regis in Burleigh! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to all the great cafes, shops, and amenities. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset!

A special mention to the reception staff, who were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their friendly service made all the difference. If you're looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Burleigh, I highly recommend Pacific Regis. I'll definitely be back!

We stayed in a lovely renovated room. The views were great and we even saw whales! Having both an indoor and outdoor pool was wonderful for kids especially since we had a couple of rainey days. The property is extremely accessible to the local shops and there’s plenty of dining options. The bus stop is right around the corner and easy to get to the Pacific Fair shopping centre. Unfortunately there was an issue with the elevators during our stay but management were quick to help guests out and fix the issue. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Construction next door was not that bad but unfortunately shades the pool.
Checkout on a sunday 10am and could leave bags but not past 12pm, so slightly annoying as flight was not until later in the day. If we could have had access to front door for the afternoon that would have made the stay much easier.

Overall a good choice and generally a very easy stay.

The apartment was okay - old style - Kitchen was clean and very well equipped and the view was amazing. Quite large rooms and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were very dirty with mould. Ceiling mould, tiles mouldy, shower recess and doors mouldy and gross.

We had a great stay. The place was so close to everything walking distance to food places and beach. The apartment was clean. We did have cockroaches around but the staff were on to it immediately which was fantastic. It is the season for them.

The apartment owners seem to spend the absolute minimum to make the places look presentable, or just leave it looking like you’ve stepped back into the 70s. You just don’t know what you’re going to get - a lottery.Don’t believe the sales photos!!
We’ve had a non-functioning dishwasher in one apartment (the managers knew it was broken before we arrived. A bathroom mirror was balanced against the faucet and ready to tip and smash.Old appliances, broken power switches, tired furniture, a mixture of crockery and useless kitchenware, no steamer, broken toilet seats, dirty grout, raised tiled floors for toe stubbing, unstretched carpet…
It’s pot luck if you get a coffee machine. The lounge TVs aren’t smart. Foxtel with limited content.
The plumbing is frightful - wobbly faucets, toilets that run on.The hotel building smells musty, is tired and, if you catch an Uber or taxi, they have to park down the street.The dodgy shutters in one of the bedrooms lets in light all night.The sea view apartments heat quickly in the morning as the sun belts through the untinted glass. Air conditioning has to be run 24/7 with fans to push cold to the bedrooms, which are still too warm for sleep. The yelling people, trucks and hoons are super loud. Massive construction site next door.
Although pleasant, the people who manage the reception seem “over it”. They will help, if you ask, but you otherwise feel quite invisible.

Construction happening on building next door during the day, on weekdays and Saturdays.

We happened to be there on an evening when a storm caused a suburb-wide blackout for about 2hours.
The welcome letter and website only had one phone number, for the lobby, which was going to message bank. No after hours numbers. The lifts were all out, and people who weren’t in their apartments couldn’t get to their levels because the doors on the fire stairwell were locked. You couldn’t get your car out of the parking garage because the swipe systems wouldn’t work, so everyone was either stuck in the building or stuck out of it.
Our apartment had candles scattered around the place but no matches or fire lighters anywhere so we were in darkness with no food, the black out was from about 6pm-8pm. We really felt there should be an after hours contact to help people get into their apartments (some had young kids stuck at the bottom of the building) and perhaps to help with getting vehicles out, surely there would be manual override systems for the parking garage.
Overall it’s the best location, but a few things left to be desired.

Bedrooms were hot at night with no aircon except in living room which didn’t reach the bedrooms, and the road outside was too noisy to have windows open. There are fans but when it’s muggy Qld weather, they don’t help.

The property was in the perfect position and the staff were friendly. We stayed 2 nights. The only down size was not having any staples (salt pepper tissues etc) having to pay for an extra toilet roll, no bin in the ensuite and only one dishwashing tablet then you had to purchase if you wanted to use the machine again.

Apartment was large and beautifully presented ,clean and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Being on the 10th floor had the most amazing views.
Sraff were friendly and so helpful, very professional and the pools were great.

The managers are lovely, very friendly and will definitely make your stay pleasurable. Pools, gardens and bbq area are all very clean, the temperature of the pools were perfect. The spas were a bonus very relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, meters from the beach - flagged areas. Great views of the beach from the unit.
We enjoyed our 10 day stay and will definitely be back.

Managers aren’t particularly friendly & they certainly don’t miss you if you have more than 1 vehicle - feels like they are taking advantage of the timed parking out front by charging $20/night. Given the amount of empty car spaces in their basement, you would imagine that they could find an extra spot as not everyone drives to Burleigh Heads - most people fly up from down south. Have never experienced this in Burleigh before & wont again as we definitely won’t stay here again.
Unit was ok but tired. Water pipes are very noisy but I guess this is to be expected in such an old building. Cleanliness was ok. Good walkable location but gets noisy on a weekend as very close to the pub.

The unit has a fabulous view and is spacious and clean. It's dated, but we know we paid for the view.
The washing machine would not start and we spent about 15 minutes trying to get it going. When we asked for help on the desk, the fellow told us to 'google it' as he had no idea. For the price we'd paid, we thought someone might look into it or call someone who would be able to assist. After googling it and spending another half hour looking for answers online, we gave up. My husband didn't have enough clean clothing as we'd banked on being able to wash.
Other than that, the staff were all friendly and we'd still come again.

This property is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach is right across the road. However, the wifi was terrible and that’s only if you could actually get onto it. The staff were unhelpful with the wifi too. They also didn’t help my daughter retrieve something she left behind in the room and wanted back. They didn’t follow up and really couldn’t care. We did have a great stay but I think that was purely because of where this property is located.

Unfortunately, the recent renovations were poorly done and incomplete, level of cleanliness was poor, various damage evident to walls and fittings, and overall presentation certainly didn't fit the price point. Location is excellent, however ocean views include the side of the building - so direct ocean views are not guaranteed. The photos provided for the various room types are well staged and therefore misleading. Would not stay again.

Fantastic location, right near the main beach and dining district. Thats where the positives end.

The room was dirty and very tired. Paint was peeling and cracked everywhere. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the pillow as thin as cardboard. Bathrooms had mould, both in our apartment and the common areas. The sauna was only available between 4pm and 9pm. The foxtel and wifi did not work most of the time, and when the wifi was working it was very slow. Overall it was a very disappointing stay, especially when there are so many fantastic locations within 100m for the same price in significantly better condition.

The location was excellent, as was the view to the sea. The apartment was light and airy, fresh, contemporary, well furnished and supplied with everything needed for a relaxing seaside holiday. The building itself was a little tired. Unfortunately the heating for the indoor pool and spa pools, which were features we were most looking forward to, wasn't working so we felt disappointed by the facilities. Management was trying to get it fixed, and communicated with notices in the lifts, however it turned out that the whole system needed replacing and it couldn't be done until the new year. Otherwise everything worked as expected.

Fantastic location.spectacular views.
The resort staff were friendly helpful and very accommodating.
My beautiful clean newly decorated appartment was too nice to leave.
We spent all holiday on the balcony with views of Burleigh Beach, Surfers paradise and beautiful sunsets.
The room had plantation shutters that let in the dawn at 4am and blocked half the view when we were inside- shame.

The property had renovations happening in one of units, drilling and banging the entire time we were there, you couldn't even sit in the room. There was no notice that this would be happening when we booked, we wouldn't have stayed there! Every guest we spoke to had complained. The manger was rude, dishonest and tried to play the victim card. The most unprofessional manager we have ever come across.

The hotel is in a great place close to public transport.shops, eatery's and just across the road from the beach. We were a little disappointed as the indoor heated pool was closed for maintenance and when it was finally opened the water was a little bit on the cold side.
We have stayed at Pacific Regis apartments before and will probable stay there again.
