Very handy to Burleigh Heads shops and national park. Clean and functional apartment. Unfortunately a very noisy apartment. The air conditioning unit was very noisy so at night when we turned it off to sleep it was very hot and humid. Also the people in the apartment above us made alot of noise in the small hours of the night. There was alot of street noise but that tended to stop mid evening except for Friday and Saturday night.

An older style block, but very well positioned to trendy shops and beach. Great for walks. Management are probably the friendliest we have met so far and make you feel right at home. Would stay again.

I stayed here for 10 nights, and I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again. It felt like a home away from home, which is exactly what I wanted. Burleigh Palms did not disappoint, 11/10! Big shout out to the owners who were very accommodating and friendly. Thanks again.

Loved the service, the privacy, proximity to Burleigh beach and the shopping district. Really quiet, beautiful room, the grounds with the rolling lawns, Palm trees, sitting and BBQ areas and beautiful pool - it was idyllic, and the hosts were amazing. Keeping an eye for availability for next time I stay on the Gold Coast.

Proximity to James St and the beach was great. The apartment didn't feel very private. Some privacy blinds or curtains would be good so you can see out but not in. The apartment also had an odour that was a bit fishy

Only a bed and shower and toilet.
The male owner came in, in the morning, after I told him I was leaving, and I told him my partner was checking out later. My partner could have been naked or in the shower!!

Great Weekend!

We booked in from Sydney for a weekend stay while attending a Wedding nearby. The manager, Michael was convivial and helpful. The apartment was spacious, well appointed, clean and neatly kept and with a great pool and bbq area. With interesting cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, and a pub and beach just around the corner, Burleigh Palms made our stay both relaxing and fun...

Short walk to beach via private alleyway. Apartment in reasonable condition. Air conditioning very noisy and didn’t seem to work properly.
Management were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend for a few night getaway. Burleigh heads is a great location.

I would stay here again

The apartment was a great location for our visit. Having a laundry and kitchen in the apartment was a benefit over a hotel room. There is WiFi at the apartment even though this isn't listed on the site. Very convenient passage way to the beach so you don't have to go round via the main road (with a great coffee shop at the end of the path!). The management were very friendly and willing to share information about local restaurants etc.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. A little on the older side of things, the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds was small and basically the 2 beds just fit in there next to each other with virtually no room between the beds and the walls. Great location and close to beach and places to eat. Ideal if like me you need to grab a shuttle bus to the Titans home games at CBUS Super Stadium.

Stupid god access to the beach and Burleigh.

I stayed in two different rooms during my stay.
The first room was an older room. Had the classic 80's Gold Coast feel to it, but it was charming.
It was clean, the bed was comfy so I really was happy with it.

I then extended my stay and was moved to another room.
This room had been renovated quite nicely. Had a modern feel to it.
The room was as clean & comfortable as the first so I was really happy.

The parking is easy to get to. You just have to do a lap of the block if you come from the M1, but once I worked it out I was happy with the access.

The poor staff were so helpful when I arrived.
I had a badly delayed flight. They allowed me to check in really late & I was so appreciative that they were so helpful.

For the price, location and comfort I really cannot be happier with my stay.

Room smelt of stale cigarettes

We only stayed for one night in unit 3 and when we walked in all we could smell was stale cigarettes. The unit was very dark with not much natural light at all and the furniture was old and outdated.
The bathroom had been renovated and was the best part of the unit. The grounds were well kept and the area around the pool was pleasant.
Overall it needs some updating for the prices they charge.

The unit we stayed in was very comfortable. Was clean, very well equipped and had comfy beds. Was not happy with people smoking on the ground floor balcony which blew into our room all afternoon/night. Otherwise was a really great stay and would re-book in the future.

Good position in Burleigh Heads with short cut to beach. Close to bars and action but just off main highway however road noise not too bad. Great hosts very helpful. Good secure car parking and apartment was well furnished with even washer and drier. Pool and seating and bbq area. Only downside no free wifi.

We only stayed for 1 night and that was enough for us in Room 10. It was clean just very outdated in regards to furniture. Sofa did not look enticing to sit on at all it actually appeared as if it needed a clean. The beds doona covers were stained, not appealing to cover yourself with at all.
However the upside is that staff were very lovely and accommodating. And the proximity to beach and restaurants was excellent. 2min walk to amazing eateries, shops and beach.

Very nice and clean place to stay we unfortunately had a permanent tenant that lived above where we were staying and he played his music till after 3am in the morning, it wasn't until we contacted the manager that the music finally ceased.

Booked a 2 bedroom and then they only had a one bedroom available for the first two days of our stay so we had to stay in a one bedroom and then move to a two bedroom in the middle of our holiday. They also charged us more than wotif quoted and gave no discount for the mess up with the rooms the room wasn't that clean either but place was in good location
