Amanta hotel was excellent for my extended stay. It had everything needed to either make my own meals or warm up room service. Laundry facilities adequate. Breakfast included with stay for additional reasonable price was well worth it and very tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful, not all spoke English but I had no problems getting the help needed when necessary!! Would highly recommend!

Thanks to the kind front desk staff who remembered me and put me in a better Pool view room due to a mix up on a past visit.
This is a apartment style hotel with big rooms,Kitchen,utensils,medium size nice pool and good breakfast. Plus near Mrt Train and Shopping, one of my go to properties while staying on this side of Bangkok, thanks guys.

Overall a good experience , Apartment style Hotel with nice size rooms near Mrt Train , modest but full kitchen everything you need like fridge,microwave, washing machine for small loads , balcony ,fairly nice Pool and good breakfast that is pretty good most of the time some days better than others refering to the breakfast but above average and room rates are fare..

The property itself is nice, with a good gym and pool area and large rooms. It’s also walking distance to night markets and malls.

Downside was that they were very strict on their cancellation policies. We had a change to our travel plans and requested to leave a day early but they refused to give a refund or even partial refund for that day. Felt a bit frustrating after having booked a longer stay with them and spent money at their hotel, which is more expensive than a lot of the comparable options.

Property is fine, large sized rooms and good bathrooms. Breakfast is supposed to have a western/American option but in reality amounts to some chicken sausages (no pork sausage or bacon of any kind on offer) and no cheese that I could find. Half the breakfast seating is outside where one is plagued by pigeons hopping around and onto the table.
I explained my disappointment with the western option and was suggested to try the thai version of breakfast. I explained that I paid for a western option and wanted a refund of breakfast for my last day. This refund was refused....so it was toast and butter for breakfast...
Would this stop me from staying again? No, the amenities are good. I would just not recommend any westerner paying for the breakfast package.

The hotel location is good. Less than 5min to thailand culture mrt.
The front desk english is not so good but ok
The shower water pressure is not so good n the aircon blower is noisy...tv channels is limited hopefully they will improve..the toilet seat is automated! .housekeeping everyday. The room is clean n modern.

Overall, loved the hotel location & room layout. Good selection of Foreign Cable Tv available. Pool, wifi, safe deposit box, 2x TVs, own laundry machine, kitchen facilities .. all good. Only two disappointments. 01. My room 51 suffers from leaky a/c in the main room, water marks still visible on ceiling (same room, Same problem?) 02. Not too sure how clean the main living room was be occupation was, before my occupancy... but there was dust and shopping litter under the main sofa area.

Larger room than expected, as I booked the cheapest one, so certainly of residence size. Got upgraded to a pool view which was nice and lush. Bathroom was also spacious, and room came with more appliances than anticipated - built-in microwave, hob cooker, and washing machine. I booked this place to avoid rush hour and work while waiting to watch The Lion King, it served as a great hotel office, although I didn't have much luck with the free wi-fi, though I may have used the wrong one that didn't require a password. I also found the room well lit but with multiple lights to configure the mood. Would also recommend this place for a staycation of great value. However, when asking for an early check-in noting that I only needed it for day use, the response was a penalty pricelist. Perhaps offer day rates as you advertise as office away from home. Or simply say you're fully booked and can't accommodate my request.

1400 meters to Thailand Cultural Centre, not 400 meter. Reception could not advice where to find a steakhouse nearby. Only one small powder coffee per person in the suite. Had to argue for more. The neighbourhoof is not worthy og a 4.5 star hotel nor is the entrance and reception area. Breakfast area is good. Can choose between small indoor or ny the pool

I have at Amanta many times. The room sizes are spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient. MRT is close and there is a 7/11 and Starbucks next door. The highly popular Train Market is close too. A special mention must go to the guest relations manager who organised a cake and flowers for my girlfriends birthday. Highly recommended.

The location itself is fine but the suite we booked was very dirty and wasnt managed well. Most importantly, the air con has a loud weird sound “like water flowing and dripping sound” , both in the bedroom and living room. It was so loud that even turn on the tv, the sound still cannot be masked...... it a continuous sounds so didnt really get any sleep the whole night.

Hotel next to metro station and esplanade mall.

Location is good with metro station and Esplanade mall right next to the hotel. However, the interior of the hotel is not that new and the sofa fabric and bathrooms are not clean in the first room that was given. I requested a change of room and while the bathroom is slightly better, the sofa fabric still looks dirty in the 2nd room. The bedroom slippers in both rooms looks worn too.

The room was huge and overall nice, I believe there is some maintenance needed in our particular room, the air conditioner in our bedroom made a very loud banging noise a few times a day, it wasn’t a huge deal except in the mornings because it scared my friend and I a few times. Location is more localized and not touristy but we knew that going into this hotel. The pool is AWESOME! We spent so much time at the pool and ate at the restaurant pretty often and it was very good and just what we were looking for.

Perfect location for Rachada market, and subway.
Nice swimming pool and gym.
Got small kitchen with basic kitchenware provided, microwave, fridge. Also got washing machine provided.
The whole space is cozy and comfortable.
Only 3 shortages for this place: pricy breakfast (no much choices nearby), pigeon problem (make balcony not that clean), traffic around this area at night.

Convenient Location for Business Trip

One of my usual choices of accommodation in Bangkok. It is next to the Thai Cultural Center Metro Station, the AIA Capital Building, two shopping malls and a famous night market. Quite a convenient location. I left my wallet in the lobby during my most recent trip, and the friendly staff took the initiative to return it to my room.

5 mins walk to shopping center A or 10min walk to shopping center B. 7 eleven just 1 min walk.
everything was great but wifi signal was bad. be prepared to bring 3000baht for hotel deposit. when i asked why they couldn't explain. just a hotel policy.
bring your own slippers, dont use hotel's. they aren't disposal ones, unhygienic to use.

Hotel is Lovely. Staff are wonderful. I forgot my water bottle, they returned it to me next morning when i went for breakfast! Language barrier is not a problem, simple English and smiles sort everything. However they need to pay a little bit more attention on the room cleanliness, heavy dust on Sofa and the floor near closet. Overall We have a nice 3 days in this hotel.

We had stayed here 5 years ago and thought we’d try it again. You can’t beat the area. Right next to mall, train and night market. We got there an hour before checkin, and although I told them I’d be early, and same as 5 years ago, they wouldn’t let us in the room saying it wasn’t ready. No toaster but some funky grill thing in the microwave that just didn’t work like a toaster. Bed was like a rock, not what I remembered 5 years ago. I slept on the sofa. I also asked for a bottom floor apartment but they didn’t take any notice of this either. I would probably stay somewhere else next time. Not very smiley staff.

Room was so so, luckily we didn't order the breakfast because it was like serving food in one day tour.

Friendly staff. I was the visiting my family. My elders came visit me and they accommodated us well. Staff addressed any issues I had immediately. I complained bed was hard. They got me soft mattress. Room was beautiful exactly like pictures. Restaurant food was delicious. Housekeeping was awesome. Great to have kitchen , laundry everything in room for great price. I would definitely recommend and return. Quiet and relaxing place. I do recommend getting breakfast included with room.

hotel room is very big (around 70-80 sqm) and clean. location is superb, very close to MTR station and Esplanade shopping mall ( just 100 m. walk). There is big kitchen with microwave, washing machine and everything you need for cooking. Although staff is not friendly and not professional enough for hotel business , this hotel is still our choice for next visit.

The hotel is clean and room was spacious. Location wise it is a little far from the usual attractions so travelling was a concern. The AC was quite loud so sleep at night was quite disturbing. For usual tourist who goes to Bangkok for shopping, food this may not be an ideal stay.

朝食も美味しく、スタッフの方々も皆さん親切でした。5日滞在だったので、乾燥機付き洗濯機が部屋にあって便利でした。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれて、助かりました。地下鉄の駅もホテルを出てすぐで、いろんな観光地へのアクセスも困りませんでした。ゆったりと過ごせる部屋で、大満足でした。
