Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Right next to the MRT line & opposite a huge shopping mall. 7-11 also a few yards away.
Good size room, though odd design ( a pillar in one of the corners with a settee on the back side. Liked the free minibar ( no alcohol though!). Our bathroom also had a full size tub and a very good size shower. Room spotlessly clean.
Only slight issue was the traffic noise - even on the 14th floor it was noticeable- wasn't a problem for us but might be for light sleepers.

Book the premier suite and the experience will be great. Yes agreed with latest comments, hotel could do with updating. Considering the price for each room per night. Overall its a decent hotel location is good or bad depending on what you want from your trip. Its not a million miles from Sukhumvit but it is a quiter hotel and in bkk if you valuse your sleep its a good place.

Really nice stay in Aetas.

Hotel façade and lobby really clean. Warm welcome right from the reception. Spacious room and bathroom. Big windows with nice views of the street and One Bangkok in the front, and you can see both parks at a distance. Nice selection of food during breakfast buffet. Didn't try the in-house dining so I can't comment on that. Room cleaning on-demand. Gym is adequate, and the pool on the 9th floor looked nice. Didn't get to try the sauna on the 8th floor. Overall, really good experience and customer service from the staff here at Aetas. Would recommend and would love to stay again.

I didn't wanna complain as much and I checked in the hotel. They had a smell that I could not stop coughing and it made me sick for the three days I was there and I made a complaint about it and they apologize and he said it was gonna clean the room, but it wasn't the room. It was the vent and I found out would not stop coughing I cough so bad. I had a headache for the night. I was there. I had to leave the hotel and get another hotel room and another area. I know they under renovation are they did some renovations but the smell I can smell it coming through the bed and I stay for a day or so and then I start watching the staff. They were doing the same thing they were coughing, just like me so even other people around and I was like you can't just be me and then I was noticing it for a while and that's what made me decide to find another hotel cause it was hurting me so bad I had chest painand like I said, I had to check out and purchase another hotel and I was really disappointed in that cause I like that hotel it was just something things were not the way it used to be when I used to stay there

Aetas is all good with me

The hotel is clean and cross from a mall, the service was very good and was the food. on the 10 day of my 15 days at the hotel I hurt my leg, it was hard for me to walk, the hotel staff help me all 5 days with food and other needs. I have to give them 5 stars for going beyond the call of duty for me.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly and tried to help me in every way possible. Unfortunately, there were very few options for vegetarians. This hotel is a great choice. I have stayed here before and it never disappoints. A big plus is the view from the room, looking along Rama IV Road and toward Lumphini Park. The park is excellent for a morning stroll and can be easily accessed by crossing under Rama IV Road using the MRT (Lumphini) entrances. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast selection is excellent. Access to the hotel is easy using Lumphini MRT, as the hotel is a very short walk east of the eastern exit (Exit 1A). I am sure that I shall stay here again.

Well maintained and looked fresh, newly renovated? Delivered what it promised in the app. No hotels.com VIP treatment, not mentioned any possible upgrades. When asked, the young lady looked for a minute at the computer and told me no upgrades were available. In the app, rooms were still available. Pool opens only at 9.00 am, very late for travelers who want to swim before discovering the city. Easy to use the MRT and good access to One Bangkok and Lumpini/Benkitti Park for some exercise

Good location: next to MRT and shopping center. Staff and size of room was good. Let me just point out few major problems; I stayed for 7 nights so had plenty of chance to see if these problems were corrected, which was not.

Major problem with internet connection. If any traveler is serious about connectivity, avoid this hotel. It's on and off again every single day, and one has to reboot to connect. Other problem is TV which stopped working on 4 nights. Engineer came to the room and it works for that day, but same problem next day. This problem can easily be fixed if the hotel invests some money to upgrade their system. Hopefully they fix this problem (I am a business traveler so internet connectivity is important). Also tried to use Sauna, but no towels and the room is very very small, and it was not maintained. Gym is really small also, so be aware.

Good thing is the location; right next to MRT and big shopping center across the street.

We stayed for seven nights. I was starting a new job in Bangkok and we were settling in. We had some new clothes and a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones stolen from our room My four requests to have the matter addressed including the review of CCTV. We were politely ignored on each occasion. We were far from happy. No apology, no concern. We will not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I selected the 2nd option \"Breakfast for 2. — $0\".
Upon check-in, the front desk informed me that breakfast was not included. As a result, I had to purchase breakfast at the hotel for triple the price.
