A wonderful stay, starting with a complimentary, celebratory birthday cake which was delicious - thank you very much. Our room was quiet and spacious and the housekeeping was not to be faulted. The pool is perfect for laps and the location was excellent - only a ten minute walk to Marina Bay Sands. All the staff we encountered were unfailingly charming and a credit to the hotel.

Check in was slow. After checkin it looks like our luggage got misplaced because it took a lot of time, we actually left the hotel to our sightseeing without having changed our clothes. Some room keys did not work after a couple of uses.

Our stay at The Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is beautifully appointed, with elegant rooms that live up to the Ritz reputation. The art collection throughout the property was a real delight and added a unique character to the stay.

Two standout highlights were Colony Coffee and the Republic Bar. Both offered excellent quality, great ambience, and consistently warm service. We also hosted a few friends during our visit and had a lovely time with good food, laughter, and attentive staff taking care of us.

The only part that felt a little below Ritz standard was the taxi and arrivals assistance. Staff at the driveway seemed a bit unresponsive at times, which is unusual compared to the high level of service I’ve experienced at other Ritz properties. This didn’t overshadow the stay, but it was noticeable.

Beyond that, the hotel delivered a refined, comfortable and memorable experience. The rooms were superb, the team inside the hotel was excellent, and the overall stay was truly enjoyable. I would gladly return.

The the Ritz-Carlton hotel is the most amazing facility that we have a visitor in our lifetime. The Ritz-Carlton hotel in Singapore is our heaven on Earth. We visited last year and found the reception to be surreal we were treated like Royal family. We especially want to say thank you to Nicolette and Jega for the Superior service. We also want to thank Mei Mei for making us feel like family. We even had the opportunity to meet the hotel manager Peter who was very generous with his time. We plan to return to the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Singapore next year. It is a fabulous hotel with an incredible buffet and dinner and all the staff treated us like family.

The access to hotel especially from 1/10 midnight onwards very difficult. I hardly found the entrance to hotel walking from Marina Bay Sands. Waled more than half hour more and finally found rear entrance by asking people to get the lift to podium and press hotel card to enter the lobby as nobody answered the bell call.

On 1 Oct 10 am, we checked out and could only get hotel car to airport with charges of single trip of 60 dollars. Seems ok as no other means of transportation.

My and my new wife had an incredible stay on the first part of our honeymoon to Singapore and Indonesia. The corner club suite was absolutely incredible with amazing views over Marina Bay and towards Raffles. One of the best parts was the club access which was beyond amazing with the service, food selection and amazing drinks on offer throughout the day. The spa and treatments were also unbelievable - we don’t think we have had a better massage anywhere before ! We couldn’t recommend the Ritz Carlton Singapore more - they do everything right here ! We will definitely be back.

I had such a pleasant experience at the Ritz-Carlton in Singapore. Cannot recommend club access enough especially for the incredible hospitality (shoutout to Winston) and the views of Marina Sands Bay + the delicious food throughout the day. I had the pleasure of checking in with Francesca at the front desk who provided wonderful recommendations and made sure my check in process went smoothly. Sadly, the room took a bit to be ready during this busy period. However, the concierge on the club floor (didn’t catch his name) was so accommodating and kind and upgraded me to a suite because my room would be delayed in cleaning. It was such a pleasant surprise especially after a 2 week trip throughout Southeast Asia and ending it here was such a highlight. The staff was absolutely high class, the food at the Colony was delicious and just over worth every single penny.

Every time I am in Singapore, this is my go-to hotel. It is pricy but I believe it is worth it. The buffet breakfast is one of my favorite parts of this hotel as well as the nice spa smell when you enter the lobby. The rooms are cosy and I love the view from the high floors of the Marina Bay. The staff are pleasant, helpful and kind. They used to have more free shampoos/conditioner/lotions but they seem to have reduced that feature in the bathroom. Otherwise, the room and bathroom are nice. The shower has great water pressure and rainfall water head for a nice relaxing shower after a long day of walking around in humid weather. Bathtub is standard size so not suprised I couldn't fit in it.

I've stay at the Marina Bay Sands and other nice hotels in the area. I still really prefer the Ritz.

I have stayed at multiple Ritz-Carlton hotels in various countries and have always been satisfied with the experience. However, my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Singapore left a deep impression—unfortunately, for the wrong reasons.

The room facilities were noticeably outdated. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit by a strong musty wooden smell. Within ten minutes, I began experiencing allergy symptoms such as a runny nose and watery eyes. After approximately 30 minutes of discussion with the front desk, I was relocated to another room on the same floor. This new room had been pre-sprayed with a fragrance, and I initially did not feel any discomfort. Unfortunately, after about two hours, the same musty wooden odor returned strongly.

In addition to the odor issue, the bathroom in the first room had a clogged sink drain, and in the second room, the faucet did not function properly.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience at The Ritz-Carlton in Singapore. While the hotel boasts an excellent location and a pleasant surrounding environment, the room conditions were not in line with the high nightly rate of $750 USD.

The room was nice, but I would say due for a renovation. It did not have adequate charging ports given today's technology. I also complained that they should warn guests when booking a room that there is major construction underway across the street that will detract from the otherwise beautiful view.Also you can tell the furniture is a bit worn, and the television dated. It was under par for a Ritz Carlton. The daily breakfast offered no variety from day to day. The coffee was never hot enough either. On the upside, the staff was professional, friendly, and attended to all of our needs. The lobby and facilities were lovely.

Outstanding as always! The club lounge is our favorite in all of the hotels in Singapore as it features the best staff, chefs, dining and drink options. Champagne flowing all day, the RC signature, yes please! The suites are the most fabulous and the views of the marina are just amazing and more than worth splurging for. Thank you RC Millenia, but particularly Sam, Sathish, Jit and Chuck in the Club Lounge as they were all incredible again, just as they were during our last stays. Thank you!!

We were very surprised to experience an unclean and in need of repairs 5* hotel. There were drawers that had the face coming apart, a part of moulding that had fallen off the wall, there were areas that were not cleaned and the shower appears to have what we suspect was mold.

We ordered a fish&chips on the swimming pool, caught by the rain, tried to take back to room, but the bowl couldn’t take away which was reasonable. We just back to the room with no issues.And hotel rang us and prepared another take away fish&chips and send to our room.

Appreciate for the consideration and taking care of us for such a small thing.

Strong recommend, kid has kid’s slippers and and own bathrobe. Start loving Ritz Carlton

AC remote issue

The air conditioner in the room had issues which we did not notice when sleeping but woke up freezing. Went to adjust but the controller seemed broken. Asked the front desk support and had it arranged with personel also challenged taking about 5-10minutes. Imagine, all this happening at 2am on Christmas Day with kids potentially waking up thinking it’s Santa was quite stressful. I expect much more pre checks on hard ware at such a prestigious hotel, paying more for security and service, and of course some apologies when checking out. I did not say it but wouldn’t you usually ask about how was your stay etc? And some apologies in the morning? It is a lovely venue and we due Annually go but a bit disappointed in how things were handled

While obviously it’s a great hotel and the best of the best, one problem did occur. While most would think it’s trivial, to me it was very frustrating.

As a deaf person, and for what I paid for one of the best rooms in the hotel, I wasn’t able to relax and watch a movie with English closed captioning. The TV wouldn’t allow it. The staff even tried to fix it. I would expect more from a hotel if that level. They didn’t accommodate someone who is deaf. Not even at check in.

But the room, wow! I got to watch the light show from room!
