overall lovely stay at Naumi. the pool was always quiet with a stunning view of the city. the front desk staff were lovely and upgraded my room. the room was overall clean - but some stains noted on the lampshade in the bathroom, scuff marks around the closet and in corners. but overall clean, spacious, good location.

We stayed 3 nights in Naumi hotel. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Syukran, he is so nice and very friendly, and gave us all information we need to have a good time in Singapore. The staff were absolutely incredible, we were checked in earlier than 3pm which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was clean, very beautiful and the space was used very well. It felt like a home away from home, while I was here on a business trip. Whilst I didn't get to use the pool, i did pop up to see it in the morning and it had such a great view.
The gym is small and over 2 levels, but very adequate for a traveller to use.
There's also some great art all over the hotel, and the batik pattern robes inside the room are a lovely touch.

Negative part was that there were some construction works for the external walls of the hotel and it was not specified in the website or here

However I definitely recommend it as it was good value for this money and should be very nice after construction is over

Shops and places to eat nearby, but hotel itself was small and cramped atypical of what you normally experience in Singapore. Who on Earth goes to Singapore to experience a New York style hotel. Gym is basically two running machines in a small room. The restaurant was undergoing complete refurbishment so there was no fine food to experience that the photos elude to. Never again and not for me.

We were checked in well after midnight by a lovely bright and friendly lady who was very welcoming
The location in the Colonial district was great with loads of cafes specialty and local restaurants with minutes walk
The rooftop pool is gorgeous
Unfortunately the rooftop bar is only opened between 5 - 7 pm while the pool is opened to 10pm…….would be great to have nibbles and drinks while the pool is open

Thatcha and Kaverha made our stay excellent, they were so friendly and helpful as well Thatcha allowed us to book into our room early. The rooms were quite small and gloomy and looked out onto a small patio area with 'walls' all round (ie no view at all). The gym rooms were also very small. The hotel was not expecting us to have children (our party was mother and daughter and my daughter's 3 grandchildren for 2 rooms). We were expecting there to be a roll out bed but they expected the children (13, 11 and 9) to sleep in the bed with us as they said hotel.com had not passed on that information. They said there was an extra charge for a roll out bed of 70$ per night. In the end they agreed to provide the roll out bed at no charge. The staff were friendly enough but there were few of them. For example we had no help with luggage. The roof top swimming pool is lovely as is 'happy hour' from 5 to 7 each night with free drinks

While the hotel was in good place and reasonably appointed, we had major ant infestation. The staff was responsive but despite reaching out to the hotel management multiple times, they chose to ignore us.
We’re going to request our money back. It was quite traumatic as you can see in pictures.

A little gem!

Stayed here for two nights, Staff were attentive and helpful offering us a room extension as we had a late flight and also very helpful in sorting a taxi when we left for the airport. The complimentary bar was really appreciated and the room was a delight. No complaints and would strongly recommend.

The Naumi is very nice boutique hotel - new and very nicely appointed and located. However, the rooms are more suited for singles, or doubles who travel lightly. We had been on a long trip and had a lot of luggage which was challenging to negotiate in the room size. Also, the storage in the bathroom is very limited. That said, what really makes this hotel worth a stay is their staff! Everyone was amazing, but a special thank you needs to be given to Kishern, Christopher and Agnes! They went above and beyond to make our stay and first visit to Singapore fabulous!! And it was!!

Staff are great. So helpful and obliging. I enjoyed the poolside happy hour, it was much needed after a busy day. The staff even gavbe me a drink after I arrived very late after happy hour closed. Love the hotel artwork. Rooms are small but fitted out well. Only complaint was no small facecloth and not enough cotton pads.

This hotel was in a great location near the Raffles hotel and shopping center. The staff were great. The room, although small, was very adequate. Nice king bed with great pillows but a queen size comforter so we had to sleep close together to cover! The hallways smelled very musty but in Singapore that is probably normal because of the humidity. Our room’s view was another building - that was disappointing. The breakfast was good with a few differences each day - always eggs and toast, coffee, and juice.

Lovely personal boutique hotel with fabulous 10th floor swimming pool
On Singapore standards, this is a small boutique hotel where the front desk staff seem to know you personally. All staff were polite and very efficient but special commendations for Christopher and JR.
The hotel is close to two MRT stations and Little India, with plenty of shopping and eating opportunities in the immediate neighbourhood, so great location.
We booked the standard Habitat room which had a fabulous large comfortable bed, quiet air con and excellent sound proofing. We were on the sixth floor facing a plain concrete wall across the street (attached to Raffles I think) so not brilliant views, put on the flipside very private. There was a proper pod coffee machine and complimentary soft drinks in the minibar. The room was not huge but it was comfortable, quiet and had the usual amenities.
One of the highlights was the 10th floor south facing, rooftop pool which has unobstructed views over Raffles and to the CBD; fabulous particularly at night time. Complimentary drinks were served between 5-7 pm by the pool which was a nice touch.
We did not have the breakfast, but this was self service buffet in the lobby area and did not look very inspiring.
So a lovely small hotel with great staff, but I’m not sure about the five star rating. The Hotel doesn’t have a bar or restaurant, although there are plenty of options in the neighbourhood, and didn’t really have a 5 star presence (including externally).

This is not a luxury hotel. While the location is ideal for business or exploring, the hotel itself is fairly basic. Aside from some interesting artwork, it feels similar to an Aloft or La Quinta. The staff was pleasant, but nothing noteworthy. Despite noting it was our honeymoon, there was no acknowledgment, not even a verbal congratulations. We also prepaid for a car service through the hotel, only to be told upon arrival that there was an additional surcharge due to Formula 1. Upon check-in, we had to handle our own bags, which isn't what you'd expect from a luxury property. The rooms are small but well-designed. Overall, it was just okay.

Lovely boutique hotel with a pool and gym. Great service from the front desk staff, very eco friendly, good location and walkable to either the NSL/EWL at Cityhall or CCL at Esplanade. Near many dining options (personal favourite is Tess Bar, located just next door for the great food & drinks).

Room was comfortable, noise came mostly from the street, but it is a small road so was quiet past midnight. Great for mini getaways in the heart of the city yet relaxing and peaceful.

The room is old, small, and dirty with no appealing view. (I took tens of pictures of the room to share if giving me option to post them). The room Internet was sucked. My daughter could not complete her school work. The lamp was flashing in every few hours. Scare you to death. The phone rang a couple times. Each time my daughter said “hello”. No responses. It’s an extremely unpleasant stay at Naumi Singapore hotel. The manager Christopher indicated in his email to me that my negative reviews would be removed if I posted. I will file my complaint to the Singapore Tourist Board.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond their line of duty to make our stay comfortable, to the point of getting one of the staff members to queue at the Raffles Hotel Long Bar so that we didn’t have to, to enable us to have the famous Singapore Sling there. Nothing was too much for them to do to make your stay enjoyable and always with delightful smiles. One of their staff, Christopher was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and a delight to converse with.
The rooms are comfortable and functional, with good quality toiletries and good brands of tea and coffee, which my tea loving husband appreciated.
There are many restaurants and local eateries nearby and if you are a keen walker, Marina Bay is walkable.
All in all, if you wanted a niche small hotel to stay in, you could do no better than Naumi Hotel, we loved it.

Location perfect (& close to the super efficient MRT) for everything that we would want to see or do. The Free Happy hour had a great vibe and was an ideal place for meeting others or relaxing before venturing out for the evening. The pool has a stunning view and all the staff were so friendly & helpful. The room was ergonomically impressive and so quiet considering the hotel’s central location.
No negatives to offer, this is the only place I want to stay when we return to Singapore.

On the plus side: great location, quiet room, comfortable bed, friendly staff - but not like a 5 star; beautiful rooftop infinity pool with a view.
On the minus: small room, could barely walk if more than one suitcase is opened on the floor. Sink and poorly lit vanity in the middle of the room. Odd assortment of ceiling and mood lighting. Outdoor “patio” more like a jail, with very high walls all around. Breakfast only fair, with limited choice of items. Happy hour served beer and wine with pretzels, m&m’s, small nut packets - really marginal. Basically like a $200 - $250 hotel in the US for closer to $500.

It’s at a wonderful location with easy access to public transport, shopping and good restaurants. They provide filtered tap water not bottled as in keeping with their commitment to sustainable experience. A big reason I choose this hotel.
