Great location, very central. Room was pretty small but view was great. Nice atmosphere, staff friendly and decor attractive. Only small negative - problems with housekeeping ie wiaited over an hour for an icebucket and had to ring again, coffee supplies not replenished properly. Other than that will stay again

honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Pullman HotelI didn't catch everyone’s names, but a huge thank you to everyone—from the reception desk and the guards to the guys who helped with our bags, the restaurant crew, and even the housekeeping.

The biggest shoutout goes to the front desk staff during our check-in. I was stressed about traveling with my mom’s insulin, but they totally took care of us. And to the staff who helped us store my mothers travel gel packs in their main freezer so they’d be ready for our flight. It was such a relief. If you’re traveling with seniors, Pullman really goes above and beyond. Kudos to the whole team!

And the most exciting part, We really appreciate the surprise birthday balloons and gift for my mother who is celebrating her 77th birthday in SG

Singapore— Your country is not just beautiful but extremely has an amazing people.

My husband and I stayed at the Pullman - Hill Street and were most impressed. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The hotel was both luxurious and comfortable in a fantastic location that was in walking distance to most attractions. The only minor downside was that there was no powerpoint to plug in the hairdryer in the bathroom and the bathroom lighting was a little dark to put on make up.

We have just stayed 11 nights here. The staff in the executive lounge were excellent and their hospitality was most welcome. The stay was let down by the behaviour of the door staff on our exit. We had called a taxi and as two women we had suitcases which we would have appreciated some assistance with. Instead we watched as other guests were assisted and the doorman deliberately ignored us. It felt racially motivated. There was no way he did not see us as I had given him our luggage tag. All the other staff were excellent including those on the door when we first arrived. However this incident really put a bad impression of our stay and is in no way indicative of a 5* hotel experience. As someone who intends to come back to Singapore in the near future, I will not be recommending or staying here again.

Pullman Hill Street Singapore

On the whole we really enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Hotel, El Chido on the roof was especially nice having a few drinks by the pool with a fantastic view of Marina Bay and the Esplanade. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. All the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as were were exploring the city during the day and night.

We stayed in a deluxe King which was small but nicely laid out, the bed was comfortable and the shower cubicle was a really good size. Filtered water from the sink was a nice touch. Self opening day and night curtains were nice and operate independently at a touch of a button as does the A/C and lights

Our only complaints would be the Nespresso coffee machine didn’t seem to work, the lighting above the sink was not bright enough and the television didn’t have many international channels.

Rooms are small at 32 m2 but very modern and comfortable with great shower.

Lovely property in the heart of lively Singapore a few minutes walk from the harbour waterfront.
Upstairs pool was longer than expected and made for a good swim.
Rooftop bar views were unbeatable.

The staff ensured that our room was ready for 11am as we arrived at 8am - thank you for this.

Unfortunately, after arriving and explaining we had had a long journey to get here, we weren't offered a welcome drink which would have been appreciated, also the promised shower facilities until we could access our room were limited, but much appreciated all the same.
2 fruit juice drinks purchased in the downstairs area were very expensive compared to the local area, perhaps why we weren't offered a welcome drink.

Overall, a lovely hotel and a great introduction to Singapore.

Property Fairly new. Great design. Well located. Very nice. Special thanks to Jangan at the breakfast. He was always very nice and even brought us cake for my son birthday at breakfast.
Only point with a lot of room to do things better is breakfast. I’m s not bad but is boring. For the type of hotel it should be remarkable and is not. And crowded. You can’t be queuing for breakfast.

We truly appreciated the staff and the entire team at the Pullman Hotel.

They were incredibly helpful and humble in everything they did.

A special thank you to Jesper and Justin for the wonderful surprise when we returned from our tour late that night, entering our room and seeing the welcoming decorations on our bed made our 30th wedding anniversary feel even more special.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for ensuring our safety during our stay. We will definitely be back! Wishing the entire Pullman Hotel team a blessed 2025.

Mixed Experience – Service Could Be Better

As a frequent traveler, I decided to book Pullman for three nights due to its location.
Pros:
1.The hotel itself is nice, with modern facilities since it’s relatively new and some staff are friendly
Cons:
1. My experience at breakfast on the first morning wasn’t great. One of the staff members was quite strict and ignored my request for a regular table, instead insisting I take a high chair—despite me specifically asking otherwise. She told me unapologetically that I was alone and the place will be full. That's why I arrived early at 7 AM and could see plenty of empty tables. It set a bad tone for the day, especially since my legs weren’t in great condition. I ended up just having a quick coffee while standing and left. The experience was disappointing that I decided to skip breakfast the next day. That said, other staff members seemed fine.
2. On my second day, housekeeping seems forgot to pick up a used wet towel left on the floor.
3. On 3rd day, I lost my USB-C cable, so I called the front desk to ask if they had a spare I could borrow—my phone was out of battery, and I needed to book a Grab. Without much thought, the staff immediately said that they don't have it without offering any options. Due to urgency, I went down to the lobby and asked again, suggesting maybe they could charge my phone for a few min.The staff remember me told me just to buy one at the nearest shop. It was surprising that a hotel of this level didn’t have a single spare cable available.

Stayed 8 nights at this property in an executive room with lounge access (I visit Singapore regularly). The Pullman excels in its customer service. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you enjoy your stay. Breakfast is excellent with various buffet stations and ready to order items (often pre-cooked but gladly made fresh for you). Do come early as it gets quite crowded. Same goes for the executive lounge. This is a nice spot open all day with free coffee and sodas; complimentary wine, spirits, and canapés for two hours around dinner time. While satisfying, it tends to get overcrowded at this time. The drink options are somewhat standard, cocktails only if the right barman is there. The food is nice but not extraordinary compared to other lounges. The rooms in the Pullman are on the small side for their price point with scarce space for your luggage and clothes. Amenities emphasize sustainability and the coffee/tea is good quality. The shower and toilet rooms are nice but the vanity is cramped with insufficient light. The bed is very comfortable and the room has black out curtains and good sound isolation. The true miss is the lack of a work desk. The oversized chair and a stool around a small round table are impractical and uncomfortable. Finally, the hotel offers ample public spaces with a nice pool and exercise facilities. So all in all, this is a truly welcoming place at a great location if you don’t mind a smaller room.

My wife and I stayed at Pullman for our honeymoon. We had a room with Marina Bay view with extra cost.
Everything was great except the fact the walls between rooms are not sound proof. I was able to hear the Chinese couple making love all night long. They were very enthusiastic and loving each other:)

The service here was so sweet. The room was average though - the size of the room was quite small. And I was disappointed to be staring out to another building (picture attached). The gym was really nice and partly outdoor - quite the array of equipment. The pool areas were very nice.

This was a lovely hotel in a great location. Very central and easy to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the extras you would hope to find in your room. We stayed for 6 nights and had the half board option. The breakfast was amazing lovely choice of cooked or cold. Lovely choice of fruits,however we felt the evening menu was a bit monotonous for six nights. This is not a complaint as all the evening meals that we had were nice we just wish the menu was different each day. The staff were lovely and friendly, they welcomed us each day and made our stay a happy one. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Honestly amazing, the attention to detail was so good. Very clean and quiet, room had all the amenities you needed. Location was perfect to get to all the main attractions, plenty of restaurants nearby - the rooftop has a great view of the MBS. The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely. Had a small issue with a shard of glass in the yoghurt; the staff were extremely apologetic and took it very seriously - they even sent some sweet treats to my room to apologise again.

Will definitely be staying here again if I come back to Singapore! Loved the train design of the hotel!

The room came with a water filter instead of providing bottled water which saves on single use plactic bottles. This is a great feature. The room was well layed out. Great location with a subway stop around the corner or an nice walk down to the marina.

We stayed here a day after it opened, the room was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Even the small features were thought of, with buttons at both sides of the bed to control the blinds and light settings. The pool area was lovely, only fault would be that you couldn’t order drinks easily to the pool area but there is a beautiful rooftop pool that has one of the best views of Marina Bay Sands and it’s also a bar, they even delivered drinks to us in the pool!! Porters and cleaners went above and beyond too. Location was fantastic, a lovely walk across to marina bay takes about 20/30 minutes but you get to pass so many pretty places and the train is a 2 minute walk away from the hotel.
