A good value, clean hotel with everything we needed. The staff were keen to help and polite. Breakfast can get very busy but there is a good selection of food.

The entire hotel was excellent. Loved the pools! Food was expensive. Periodically I had to wait a very long time for hot water. Front desk and concierge staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is located centrally to the major attractions.

The lifts were temperamental and we sometimes had to wait 10 minutes.
The breakfast selection was good although different to what we are used to. Location was great.

Checkin was amazing . The concierge held our luggage and we hit the town. Our room was clean and comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was great, many different types of food and all fresh. Coffee was also great. We picked this for the location and it did not dissapont. We took the metro and walked everywhere .

We had room 1700 and a perfect center view of the Marina Bay Sands. The hotel location is unbeatable. Closed to the Raffles hotel, restaurants, nightlife and cafes. Breakfast is very expensive at 35$ per person but you can go to cafés near by. Would go again.

Great location central for all tourist attractions within easy walking distance, 20 mins from the airport in taxi, check in was swift staff where really good James on reception especially supported our request for additional extended checkout and upgrades for breakfast and executive lounge access. rooms are well equipped, very clean, modern mattress a little to hard for my liking but comfortable, good internet throughout the hotel, tv (not that it was used much could have offered Netflix / Prime etc. otherwise limited to several channels. Staff great housekeeping super efficient and friendly. Overall good location, good quality hotel especially for the rates.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of the reception staff member who helped us check in. We arrived at 9pm after a long trip, and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with. The hotel itself is a great city hotel, with easy access to everything you need.

The room was very comfortable and clean and we got the feeling that the hotel had paid attention to detail, from the temperature of the room being cool but not cold to free experiences in Singapore you could book just for being a hotel guest. Great location for walking to some of the main sights.

Hotel is well located near city hall.Concierge very helpful. Housekeeping had room looking immaculate.Great views from premier bay room.Easy to get to airport and cruise terminal via MRT. Negatives, room noisy- from streets below on 17th floor, not sure if they were even double glazed.Adjoining room doors noise suppression not up to scratch with noisy occupants next door.Avoid rooms with adjoining doors.

My absolute favorite thing about the property was the bed!!!!!I LOVE a firm mattress and this hotel delivered. I got some of the best sleep on the mattress. I will be contacting them to get the brand of mattress so that I could purchase one. I know that the property went thru a full renovation and all I can say is that the money was well-spent.

The overall hotel was 5-star with ambiance! food! personnel and location. The staff were friendly, professional, responsive and helpful. BIG Kudos on the customer service! This hotel is a people first hotel and I will definitely be back!!! If for nothing else, I will be back for the bed!!

Check in and check out was slow. I've never spent so much time checking in and checking out. Bathroom had a drainage smell. I've experienced this smell in other Asian countries, it comes from the drain in the floor. Our room was spacious and clean however it had an adjoining door to the next room and our neighbors were very loud, started around 12:45 am until 2:30 am. i feel a five star hotel should not have adjoining doors due to the noise transfer.

The room was nice and did what it needed to do. The shower was great, but access to the shower and toilet were too narrow with very limited space. If I had been sharing, it would have been awkward.
Wi-Fi was poor and breakfast and room service need improving.

Whilst our room was well appointed (fairly standard type room) I thought it was overpriced for what it was. We elected to pay for breakfast on our first morning which was not worth the money. One of the staff members told us the top breakfast room was full, it only had 3 tables in use, there were dirty tables & dishes everywhere. Check in was very slow, only 2 open. We had checked in online but we’re still held up. Unable to get any info from the hotel about sightseeing and tours. The staff at the bar downstairs were very friendly and helpful & the older gentleman at concierge was the most helpful.
Would we stay again? No

Gym was pretty basic and treadmill kept resetting which was mildly frustrating. WiFi in room was pretty poor and kept dropping out.

Room was very spacious. Lots of empty space. Bathroom is very tight.. the step up was a bit unexpecting. I was caught off guard, hit my toes.
The shower is the worst of it all. Red Mold in the grout. I don't think anyone has washed it well. I am thankful I brought my slippers to wear inside the shower.

The bar in the large reception lounge area closes at 9pm and no snacks are available. As there are a lot of evening and late arrivals this appears to be shortsighted. By the time our bags were delivered to our room we were left little time to get anything to eat outside the hotel as most of the quick food establishments also close at 9pm. Nothing to eat until breakfast the following morning.

We had adjoining room doors to another room. Very noisy. Doors are not insulated or sound proof. We were able to be moved to another room without an adjoining door. Much quieter and enjoyable.
