Location was very centrally located. The 24 hour convenient store right outside the hotel especially came in handy when at 4am I woke up hungry and thirsty since I was still jet lagged and nothing had opened yet. Loved the roof top pool and not that i used them but the kitchen amenities were amazing. Especially liked that it had a washer and dryer and i was able to do a load of laundry since i was already a few days into to traveling and could wash before packing up again to go home.

Great location, nice facilities, neat apartment. It’s really 5 stars, but deducting one because:
1. Have to run the tap/shower for a full 5 minutes to get hot water and
2. Aircon can’t really set, the space is at a chilly 20 degrees no matter what. Have to switch off the aircon to obtain a more agreeable temperature.

For a place that constantly reminds it guests of its greening efforts, that just won’t do. Oh and the breakfast is overpriced.

Well located with good outlook. One of my favourite accommodation in Singapore but starting to age. There was some damp smell on floor we were staying on and the shower took 10mins to warm up. Service is great as usual. Busy hotel.

i have stayed in this serviced hotel many times. The personnel there are great. However, the shower room door is of poor design since it's prone to leaking shower water into the bathroom floor. The bathroom floor mat/towel cannot be lay flat in front of the shower room.

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. Our only minor issue was the noticeable temperature difference between the main room and the bedroom, which required some adjustment.

While the hotel itself doesn’t offer breakfast, they directed us to their connected sister hotel, which has a breakfast buffet. The buffet was convenient but fairly average in quality. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the peaceful and well-designed accommodations.

The shower water will leak into the bathroom floor. I have stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites at Beach road multiple times (you can check your records), this situation exists for all the rooms I stayed. Recently I stayed at one of Ascott's properties and found their shower room designed differently than yours and they don't have the shower water into the bathroom floor issue.

Overall decent stay in November 2024.

The check-in process took a lifetime though there is the option to do a portion electronically ahead of time, which is recommended. We did not and paid the price.

Our family booked 3 rooms here. The staff was nice enough to put us on the top floor for the sake of our baby due to construction below. (Construction is just starting and expected to get worse. Recommend staying at a high floor to avoid noise).

Two of the rooms we occupied had no issues. One room was problematic - the A/C unit was not consistent and the set temperature never held. The bedroom itself was always hot. We had someone come take a look but the issue was not resolved. Of note, we were told by the maintenance crew that there is actually no A/C vent in the bedroom and that the A/C vent is only in the main living area. The vent inside the bedroom is a return air vent. A/C would have to trickle into the bedroom from outside by keeping the bedroom door open.

The 3rd room also had a kitchen sink leak, which required maintenance.

Apart from these issues, stay was decent due to convenience. Rooms were equipped with a full kitchen set up, including cookware, tableware and utensils. Each room also had a washer/dryer (all-in one) unit. Would have been nice if the property provided an instruction manual. We manually pressed wash and dry for each load and had to time each cycle. We only found out later that the machine's \"star cycle\" included drying.

Really lovely modern serviced apartments. Well equipped and cleaned daily. Top floor pool is fabulous. We were very happy with our room and the amenities. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Short walk to bus stop and MRT. Right across the street from the wonderful shops and cafes in Kampong Glam. The entrance is a bit tricky to find and the construction outside is a small headache, but overall this is a great place to stay and a very good value. Would stay here again.

We arrived in Singapore with a reservation at another “4 star” hotel and we left after one night. There were ants and holes in places where there shouldn’t have been—I’ll leave it at that because I’m shuttering thinking about it. Anyway we quickly hopped on the Hotels.com app and found this absolute gem of a place. It has everything you could want, great location, it’s quiet and clean but the staff is above and beyond. I’m not sure I’ve experienced a kinder hotel staff. Not just accommodating but truly kind. Everyone was friendly and so good to us. I travel quite a bit for work and have stayed in so many hotels and this staff is the kindest. They took such good care of us especially after the horrid experience we had at the other hotel. 11/10. Wonderful place.

Most comfortable hotel bed we ever slept in!

Stayed in Singapore for 2 days towards the end of 2.5 weeks honeymoon/birthday trip, I had to say that the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we ever stayed in, we even asked them what brand it was. Spacious single bedroom apartment with all of amenity included. The washing machine/drier combo was great and they provided laundry powders too. We put some load, went sight seeing, came back home with clean clothes. Hotel price in Singapore has gone up significantly post covid so we claimed our free reward night towards this stay which was great. The hotel gave us chocolate to congratulate us. I have been to Singapore multiple times but has never stayed in this part of town before. Location is reasonably central, opposite of Haji lane/Arab st. We went to a very nice bar called Bar Story. Hotel is close to MRT, about $20 to the airport by grab. Will recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was lovely. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Room was serviced daily which was really nice. Only downside is that the rooms do not have any windows that can open and so when you first enter the room there is a musty smell. However once you get the aircon going the smell becomes less noticeable. Another down side was the mattress is quite firm but again not major. The rooftop pool is a lovely way to cool down with great views and the gym is also well equipped. The hotel is well situated across from Arab street which has many places to choose from to eat. Only a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the airport. There was construction work happening outside our window however we were never disturbed with the noise. You could occasionally hear horns beeping from the road below us and sometimes you could hear activity at the mosque but this did not have any impact on sleep for us.

Good overall, but a few issues.

Good stay at Pan Pacific Suites. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had a problem with a blocked sink which was fixed immediately. Was less impressed with the used dishwashing sponge and stained dishtowel that was left for us. The sponge was replaced immediately but the dish towel was not.
The sofa in the room was very uncomfortable and not much room for opening your luggage. To be fair we had quite a lot of luggage having been away for a month.
Overall though the property was good. Location reasonably close to Bugis station, but there a lotnof roadworks going on nearby which meant pavements closed, and the most convenient path to the station seemed to be round the back of hotel past the service access.

This is my third time staying at this property. The previous two stay was good. However, on this recent stay, noticed that the water volume from the taps and shower heads are kind of low. The water temperature was either too scorching hot or freezing cold too. The induction stove also get overheated up too soon with the cooking have to be halted and wait for the stove to be cooled before I can boot up the stove again to resume cooking. I guess is time to check for repair or do some maintenances. I hope this feedback get heard and actions can be taken. I really like this property and hope to be back again soon.

Not so good experience on Labour Day

We had a not-so-good stay overall. Plus points were - having a washing machine and dining table in the room, staying near good food places near Haji Lane such as Mrs Pho and Alaturka.

We weren’t informed that the bathtub was in the Deluxe room and not Premium and thus was charged more for the Premium though I stayed in Deluxe. Other than that, understandably it is a service suite/apartment but if it is marketed in Hotels.com, there should be a notice stating the below in their page rather than treating it like a hotel:
1) having no housekeeping during more than half our stay during the long weekend
2) because of no. 1, we have to clear our litter and bring it downstairs
3) same as no. 2, we had replies for all our requests a straight no when it came to 1-2 extra bath towels, floor towels, pillows (something i’ve not experienced before in sg)
4) room was musty when we came in likely due to the carpet, but was cleaned up shortly after)

Located near Suntec city and eateries, comes with fully equiped kitchette, oven and washer-dryer but don't suggest washing the clothes as it takes ages for the dryer to dry the clothes. View at the swimming pool is awesome but need to book a slot at the receptionist counter and you have to collect and return the access key. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable but there is a mouldy stench which was quite bad when we entered the room, requested for the room/air freshener but they never came. Good for couple or family stay, overall pleasant staycation.

It's a full functioning service apartment so having a kitchen in the room, as well as room service operating is best of both worlds. Can definitely cook a small meal if you feel like it. There's even a washer and dryer, and soap powder is provided. Only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that the check-in took 1.5 hours (bcos it was the start of the Sept holidays). I felt that the hotel could have managed it better instead of letting everyone wait for an hour or so for their turn to check in.

Nonetheless, during off-peak, it's clearly one of the best hotels/service apartment to have a staycation in.

Staff was very nice. Room was very cosy. However we would have to highlight this not so pleasant experience.
Firstly room with a bad odor smell which the housekeeper admitted that it was very bad. after spraying fresher it came back after 6hours. Requested to change a room at night. The new room, the water heater was faulty. called and report the heater. It took us 1hr to get a still cold water. (a tiny bit less cold but still colder than room temperature) it was about 12am so we gave up and bear with it.

Booked a stay for my sis and bro-in-law, to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

Plus: Great location, superb condition, beautiful view from the infinity pool, huge room.

Cons 1: The staff had plenty of opportunities, but never once well wished my sis and bro-in-law of their anniversary. I felt that lack of personal touch was a rather poor taste.

Cons 2: No booking system in place for usage of the pool and gym; it was entirely on a first-come-first-serve basis - which wasn't most efficient.

Good view of the Arab quarter from our room which was spacious and modern. A dip in the pool, with the amazing view of the harbour and the city, is a must after a long day out and about.Loved the free breakfast (but not available on Sundays or Public Holidays). Walking distance to Bugis Shopping Centre and public transport made it easy to go shopping and get around.

Very good location, close to Bugis junction, shops, Arab street, metro, bus stops. Tasty and filling breakfast. Excellent staff and service, going out of the way to help!
Modern and clean rooms, beautiful swimming pool.
Overall amazing property, would stay again and would recommend anybody to stay there!

Suites were quite spacious and well serviced.
Buffet breakfast was a bit boring when staying for several days. No breakfast or room servicing on Sundays is not ideal, but managable.
Gym facility is good and swimming pool in a nice position to see Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay.
