We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status.
It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. They had a tour desk that was helpful. Welcome Champagne

A great break

The hotel managed the COVID factor very well indeed with visible extra cleaning taking place both inside and the pool areas (sun loungers). The room was very comfortable indeed and again kept very clean. We felt very safe and both guests and staff adhered to the mask wearing protocols. The hotel is well positioned as we like to walk into area rather than step into them but is only a 15 min walk to the main strip.
Food at the evening was exceptional both in quality and choice. We went half board but we had the option of having lunch rather than dinner which gave us the flexibility of eating out.
Plenty of nightly entertainment available with a variety of acts and black jack and pool tables.
Staff were very helpful when needed and we experienced nothing that would keep us from revisiting.
Would recommend the sea view rooms and the higher the better.

Enjoyed adults only , so was. nice and peaceful . Nice hotel but requires some updating in the rooms . Food buffet was ok lots of choices but some food was bland. Staff friendly, entertainment in the evenings which was ok. Lovely big swimming pool but was so cold , needs some heating.

Beautiful place. Excellent food. We stayed half board - the variety of food for both breakfast and evening dinner was excellent - so much variety and beautifully laid out. Each evening, there was a different theme for dinner so eating was delightful.
Our room, whilst specious and with a fine sea view, was a little dated but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no problem recommending this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

An amazing hotel. As the hotel is on the sea front, there are amazing views from the property. There is a path leading from the hotel, along the sea front, that takes you directly to Playa Blanca which is a beautiful walk. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, peppery was spotless, A/C in room worked great, and the food was good too.

Friendly with style

The hotel could do with freshening up in places but what makes it is the staff. There is a friendly atmosphere and it feels stress free. Food is good with enough choice for everyone. There are facilities to be active or just relax and the beach or main town are within walking distance
Many people return again and we definitely will.

Fabulous adults only hotel, approximately 15 minute walk from resort centre. All inclusive option with premium branded spirits ( purchase option before arrival as more expensive in hotel ). Stayed in room 416, a double room with seaview, on the same floor as reception.
Excellent food quality with different themed night every evening. Live entertainment every night in main lounge, plus in lobby bar, a pianist, guitar vocalist or sax player.
THE STAFF MAKE THE HOTEL. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS.

Excellent hotel. When can we go again?!

Fabulous trip for 10 days. Had a great time. Hotel is beautiful and in a great location not too far from down town playa blanca. Hotel visitors tend to be a little older which makes the place quiet and relaxing. Wouldn't have minded if the bar stayed open past 1 the odd night... we stayed half board and would do so again. Try to get a room on floor 2 and above as we were on 1 and had an ok view.

Eccellent presentation but needs some fine tuning!

Very relaxing. Lovely surroundings and very well maintained. Pool was very cold - much colder than the sea water at the local beach so we went there instead! Excellent food quality and choice but lacking in quality of wines, bar service and seemed quite short staffed all round. Watch out for additions to your bill! We were charged for 2 safes (even though it took 3 trips to Reception to get the right combination lock for the safe!) and for 2 towels!! They were added to our bill on the last day ( they said it was a deposit!) Seriously - I don't understand why the towels are not readily available at pool or in the rooms! We needed translation service to understand what the charge of €40 related to! Queueing at reception seems ridiculous for a hotel of that standard. Overall, with a slightly different approach from management this hotel has potential to be best in class.

Weather not great but staff & hotel were brilliant

Weather a bit of a disappointment but when we asked for an extra blanket and heater it was there and on the bed for the duration. Great facilities, room well proportioned and hotel well positioned to Playa Blanca (about 1.5 miles) walk along a beach promenade. We walked this most days. Hotel facilities and staff made this holiday; a wide choice of food/snacks always available. Try to miss the rush hour and the experience is even more pleasant...prices were very reasonable for a 4* hotel. The only downside for such good inclusive facilities was that we were asked to pay for the room safe...could not quite understand the logic here and it seemed just unnecessarily penny pinching. Apart from that could not fault the whole experience and will certainly return.

We had a relaxing and comfortable 10-day holiday in this excellent hotel. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return next year! The evening entertainment in the Disco Bar could have been better but the daytime activities were well run and very enjoyable. Housekeeping service was also excellent and our room was spotless! The main restaurant had a varied selection of good food for breakfast and dinner (we stayed half board).

We have stayed here before and always recommend The H10 Timanfaya Palace to everyone. The whole hotel is clean and decorated to a high standard. The service is excellent. The restaurant is fantastic and food is of high quality. We like the location, which is a short walk to lots of shops.

A great resort, very comfortable. We had a nice large ocean view. Food was good, but all buffet style unless you pay extra for the restaurant. I recommend half board so that you can spend a meal outside the resort each day. I stayed here with my girlfriend in early December, we are both 25, and I would say that we were the only ones in our age group for most of our stay. The resort is popular with 50+ at least during that time of year, but it did seem to get younger as we moved toward Christmas and kids got out of school.

Very enjoyable, no real problems, top class hotel. it was difficult to find the room on arrival due to lack of signs, reception had offered help which we should have accepted; so not really a complaint. Room clean, staff helpful and corteous. Excellent location on the beach close to everything.

An impessive hotel on the coast

This hotel for couples! The building is impressive, clean and in good condition. The location is great, right on the coast with walks to resturants, shops and cafes along the coast in both directions. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked for bed and breakfast (the breakfasts were lovely) however I would not recommend half board or fully inclusive as the self service 'cafeteria' atmosphere in the main resturaunt is not very relaxing or romantic!
The pool area is lovely with two pools and plenty of sun and shade. The gym was not good - no treadmill, old machines which I couldn't adjust, and no air conditioning so very hot.

Very good hotel

Very good hotel, close to the beach, harbour and places to eat out. The breakfast in the morning is superb, although we would not recommend eating at the hotel in the evening.

Only slight moan is you can not pay for items there and then in the hotel as you have to pay at reception at another time.

For the price and type of island you can not ask for much more from this hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay in Lanzarote and the hotel.

January in the sun.

The hotel was lovely with very well planned areas. The gardens are beautiful,as are the views. It is very accessible for people with disabilties. The swimming in the sea was great,the hotel has a manmade sandy area on the rocks by the sea and there is a ladder down into the water. The hotel has two very good swimming pools and it is also a 5 minute walk to a sandy bay with lovely swimming. It is 5minutes walk from several cafes and a small supermarket.
The only complaint was that the dinner was very average but then it was the same most other places. The breakfast was good and there was always a good range of fruit. However the tea and coffee were poor.
I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again, it certainly is well run and the staff were helpful. There is only wifi in the reception area.

Wonderful start to 2012

The best thing about this hotel for me was the food. A fantastic selection which was different event day meant we never got bored. The weather was not fantastic whilst we were away (first week in Jan) which meant that we could not take full advantage of the pool. The pool itself looked very inviting and there were plenty of sun beds. In the summer I imagine this would be fantastic.

There were lots of demonstrations and activities each day to take part in, we especially enjoyed the tortilla making demonstration and the sangria making demonstration. There was also plenty of evening entertainment.

The hotel staff, especially the restaurant staff were outstanding, very attentive and friendly and helped add to the overall experience. The restaurant had plenty of seating and there were always seats available.

The room was very comfortable and clean with a massive bed and spacious bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay here but I would recommend avoiding the winter months as the weather was not great. All in all a wonderful holiday thanks to everyone at H10 Timanfaya Palace Hotel.

Overal we had a lovely time during our stay. But, it would have been nice to receive a detailed welcome pack as we found that comunicating with staff was a little difficult.

We would have also liked to know of the costs of meals if we were able to book, as on this visit we did only book b&b, but, would def, consider half-board to fully inclusive next time.

Some staff were a little vague although again maybe due to language barriers, And Some, especially the waitresses and entertainment staff were 'EXCEPIONAL' which made our holiday memorable, huge thanks to them and hope they are still there next time we come xx

A couples' paradise

We booked this hotel for a short 5 night break before Christmas and although our room did not have the best view (partial seaview) it was modern, clean and comfortable. We had booked for the cheapest room and were pleasantly surprised by the standard and size of the room. The only negative thing I could say, which was not the hotel's fault, is that at times the couple next door had their flat screen t.v. on a little loud.

What we were the most impressed with is that on arrival we noticed that there were no kids! We later found out that the hotel was being offered by Thomson holiday company as a couples hotel. For us, this was wonderful news.

The hotel has 2 pools, both impressive to look at but cold! There is an outside jacuzzi too, which more people were in so it must have been warmer. There was a reasonable gym and sauna too, and activities were organised if you wanted to take part.

The hotel is on a lovely promenade where you can walk either way for miles beside the sea. It is a lovely quiet location but only about 15 minutes from a much busier part of Playa Blanca if you want it.

The food was plentiful, all buffet style, and there was enough choice for anyone (including my fussy vegetarian husband).

We found the drink and food prices were cheaper than those outside of the hotel, which is very surprising. The one meal that we did have out cost more and was not as nice as the ones we had in the hotel.

We will definitely be returning.

Would recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel and great location close to flamingo beach and. Few shops/restaurants. The reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great with lots to choose from. The only downside was lunch in the pool bar was disappointing and no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The rooms were also quite dark so hard doing make up and hair in the room while the bathroom was being used by my other half.

Wonderful relaxing holiday

Very pleasantly surprised. We had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed the Timanfaya Palace Hotel. The room and sea view was great and the service very personal and friendly. There was a little decorating work taking place near reception but this had no relevance to the atmosphere or the rest of the hotel at all. Breakfast and food in general was lovely. The pool area and sunbathing wonderful...very comfortable and great views across the sea. Playa Blanca is about a 15 minute walk via the coastal walkway or you can stop en route for coffee... a further 15 minutes or so takes you to the Rubicon Marina which has a great selection of restaurants, shopping and a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The airport is about a 35 minute transfer away. We aren't disabled but did notice that there was really good access and help for people who need this....ramps, swimming pool hoist, lifts etc. Altogether we really had a very relaxing holiday and would definitely come back here again...not something we would usually say as there is so much world and so little time!!! Hope you enjoy your time as much as us.

Nice hotel but could do with a few improvements

Stayed for a week and thought that the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor spaces were well maintained and very nice to use. The overall design of the hotelwas quite good.

The choices for breakfast was large but the quality was variable and the options remained the same all week.

The main pains during the stay were;
1. The surely and uninformed reception staff. They really wanted to be somewhere else and were not welcoming during check-in, did not give accurate information about Lanzarote tourist attractions, and then kept us waiting to check out when there was no one else to server.

2. Due to the thin walls and tiled floors, guests returning to their rooms in the wee hours did wake us up almost every night.

3. The limited wi-fi areas (no in room wi-fi) andslow internet speedswere annoying. Also you need a seperate log in foreachdevice you wish to use the wi-fi on.

4. The charges for the fridge and the safe in the room were quite unwelcome.

The main pluses were;
1. The ocean views.

2. Free parking.

3. Clean, comfortable rooms.

If you're looking for a peaceful holiday this is a well placed hotel; yet amenities of Playa Blanca within walking distance as is the ferry to Fuerteventura. Clean comfortable rooms and very quiet especially at night. All general areas of the hotel well maintained (some sun beds could benefit from cleaning however). Staff friendly and helpful with the exception of some of the restaurant staff who would benefit from some training. Food of good quality and varied. Neither swimming pool was heated in March despite advertised to the contrary.

Hotel clean and food good. I would rate it as a 3 star, rooms very clean, staff very amenable and polite. Some areas need updating ie toddler pool but on the whole an ideal place to stay. Location good - promenade into Playa Blanca lovely walks - good local eateries - wi fi access on site in hotel reception which was good. Clubs for children and entertainment in the evening. Good customer services with Vicky before we left and we were given a complimentary tea/coffee tray in our room.
Recommended.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. Not on a beach - is on a rocky cliff but still beautiful. The buffet is Ok. The larger of 2 pools had a leak and was closed the entire visit. The gym equipment was dated but Ok. Also, service at the concierge was great & the people were friendly but very slow during busy times. The room was beautiful. However, we were guaranteed 3 beds from hotels.com & upon check-in, but later realized that they don't offer 3 beds. Only 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa. Rooms don't have irons/ironing boards - have to leave a cash deposit & hotel had to call 3rd party for delivery which was never delivered. Hotel was located very short walk to the shops in Playa Blanca, and offered great tours that could be booked at the front desk. All in all. Great experience. Would definitely return.

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer, bei dem nebenan die Zimmer renoviert wurden. Ab 10:00 - 14:00 Uhr gingen Bohrarbeiten los.
Ein kurzer Mittagsschlaf war nicht möglich.
Bei der Anfrage für den Zimmerwechsel wurde uns ein Zimmer 1 Stockwerk unten angeboten bei dem man die Bohrarbeiten genauso hörte.
Das weitere Zimmer war ein Downgrade im untersten Stock, welche eine Aussicht gegen eine Wand hatte.
Das nächste Zimmer hatte einen Generator auf dem Dach, bei dem die ganze Nacht ein lautes Brummen zu hören war. Leider so laut, dass man wieder nicht schlafen konnte.
Danach gingen wir in das 5. Zimmer in der untersten Etage, was ein Downgrade war aber dafür wars ruhig.
3 Tage von der einen Woche Ferien waren wir nur mit diesem Thema beschäftigt.
Bauarbeiten müssten kommuniziert werden bei der Buchung…
Sehr schlechte Kritik diesbezüglich und daher nicht empfehlenswert.

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques mètres de la mer et des commerces. Grand établissement mais sans être les uns sur les autres. Large choix pour le petit déjeuner et le buffet du soir. Très bel hôtel qui offre une superbe vue sur le coucher de soleil.

Les piscines mériteraient d’être chauffées pour pouvoir en profiter tout comme les chambres d’être mieux insonorisées (bruit de télé et d’évacuation), mais ce ne sont que de petits points à soulever face au tres bon séjour que nous avons passé.

Très bel hôtel, accueil et service parfait. Une personne à l'accueil française, charmante, qui nous a bien aidé. Beaucoup de calme tout en étant à proximité de tout.
Services pour location voiture super et pas cher taxis dans la minute.
Excursion et visite organisées un peu chères mais très bien.
Bref excellent séjour.

Las instalaciones impecables. La ubicación inmejorable. Los bufets variados y el restaurante con muy buena carta. Pero lo mejor es la atención. La actitud servicial, amable y dispuesta es digna de mencionar. Volvería sin duda (por algo está lleno de repetidores).

Bra hotell i Playa Blanca

Mycket bra hotell i turistområdet Playa Blanca. Om man vill ha sol och bad är detta perfekt. Enda minus är att man endast kunde äta buffet eller a la carte på kvällen. Fanns inte några smårätter. Då var man tvungen att ta rumsservice. Likaså är matsalen alldeles för stor och opersonlig. Man skulle dela upp i mindre enheter.

Fijn hotel jammer dat wr geen strand is

Ik vond het jammer dat er stond dat er een strand was. Dit was wel in de buurt maar niet bij het hotel.
We werden niet naar de kamer begeleid waardoor we zelf op de kamer alles zelf moesten ondervinden zoals de werking van de kluis en airco.

Très belle hôtel au bord de l'eau

Nous avons passé un super séjour en amoureux, personnel au top, repas délicieux et le tout inclus est génial.
Je mettrais 2 tous petits points négatifs, l'hôtel mériterait un petit dé rafraîchissement mais reste quand même magnifique et s'il pouvait avoir un peut plus de documentations, de menus et de personnels en français svp. Sinon séjour au top, je recommande.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Service

Wir hatten eine ausgesprochen schöne Woche in dem Hotel und waren schon sehr zufrieden. So richtig überzeugt waren wir dann am Flughafen, als wir feststellen mussten, dass wir ein paar (wichtige) Dinge im Hotel vergessen hatten. Der Service war extrem unkompliziert und nach ein paar Tagen lagen die vergessenen Sachen in einem Päckchen in unserem Briefkasten.

La experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Visualmente el hotel tiene una arquitectura fascinante, tanto el edificio como los exteriores captan tu atención, su ubicación es excelente, si a esto le añades un personal de lujo con un trato muy agradable, es dificil encontrar peros.
Agradecer a todos el servicio prestado y daros la enhorabuena por el magnifico lugar que habeis creado.

Fantastisk hotel - og terrassen beskytter godt mod vinden. Super opgradering til \"Privilege\" - det kan anbefales på det varmeste. Vil helt klart vælge H10 fremover når vi skal rejse.
Området er dog kedeligt (Lanzarote) - men i Playa Blanca er der fin shopping. Lejede en bil og kørte i nationalparken - kun lava, et par få kaktus og firben - ellers intet. Fint område for cykel hvis man vil have aktiv ferie.
Hotellet er kun for voksne - giver en god ro til afslapning og hygge. Fine aktiviteter med minigolf, tennis, etc.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel

Der Aufenthalt im H10 Timanfaya Palace war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Als positiv empfanden wir \"adults only\". Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Zimmer sind recht gross und haben einen gedeckten Balkon, sodass man auch mal bei Regen draussen sitzen kann. Lobby, Bar und Restaurant sind grosszügig gestaltet. Das Essen ist sehr gut, täglich werden wechselnde internationale Gerichte angeboten. Die Poolanlage ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet, der Indoorpool ist geheizt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel bestens empfehlen.

HOTEL TRANQUILLO si presenta con una HALL grandiosa ma ci sono alcuni particolari che andrebbero ristrutturati se vuole passare come il migliore hotel di Playa Blanca ad esempio le porte della nostra camera erano scrostate e il bagno
avrebbe bisogno di un ritocco sui tubi e rubinetteria varia.
Nel complesso ottimo HOTEL magnifica vista panoramica dalla terrazza della hall e ottima colazione tantissima scelta sia di dolce che salato ci siamo trovati proprio bene

El hotel es espectacular.
Los camareros del buffet, tanto de la piscina como del restaurante, fueron muy amables y agradables.
La única queja que tenemos fue la camarera de la cafetería Mike`s Coffee o algo así, era como una especie de Starbucks, pero la camarera fue una antipática y una maleducada.

Gran hotel, tranquilo al ser solo adultos. Personal muy resolutivo y encantador. La oferta gastronómica perfecta. La situación en playa Blanca correcta, con playa Flamingo muy cerca, y las instalaciones excelentes si bien alguna se beneficiaria de una reforma.

La realizzazione della struttura alberghiera, l'organizzazione meticolosa e l'efficiente staff consentono a questo hotel di essere una meta unica nel suo genere. Per chi volesse trascorrere qualche giorno o un periodo più lungo di relax assoluto, mangiando nel migliore dei modi, coccolato dal personale e all'occorrenza organizzando le visite alla stupefacente isola, la scelta è quella giusta.

Bon rapport qualité prix sur cet hôtel bien situé et très calme (pas d'enfants)
Plusieurs piscines et plusieurs plages avec transats disponibles
belle chambre avec vue mer et piscine
Personnel agréable et accueillant (très peu le parlent le français )
Attention toutes les animations sont en espagnol ou en anglais
Les repas dont sous forme de buffet , varié avec thématique chaque jour
Quelques reproches : la wifi ne marche pas dans les chambres , le coffre est payant et le mini bar aussi (location)
Autant augmenter le prix de la chambre pour les mettre à disposition .

We did not enjoy our staying

This is a huge hotel, 350 rooms, so if you are looking for a quiet breakfast, this is not the place for you
The room we received was disgraceful: the furniture was broken, the bathroom old, a smell of cheap detergent
After asking, the room was upgraded to a better room
The use of the safe and the fridge in the room requires extra payment
Breakfast is good and varied
To my knowledge the hotel does not answer the description of four stars hotel

Fijn hotel maar......

Wij, een echtpaar van bijna zestig behoorden tot de jongsten in dit overigens goede hotel.
Alles beoordeeld met 4/5 omdat het soms wat kruideniers-achtig overkomt. Drie euro per dag voor het gebruik van koelkast op de kamer. Of je kunt tien artikelen aanschaffen van de hotellijst. Bv een flesje water die in de supermarkt naast het hotel gekoeld en wel 1/5 kost van de hotelprijs
Het gebruik van de kluis op de kamer kost ook geld.
Veel Britse ouderen. Mooie zwembaden maar niet verwarmd op een klein zwembad na waar niet meer dan 16 personen in mogen.
Mede door de hoge gemiddelde leeftijd is het een bijzonder rustig hotel.

Superbt hotell i trevliga Playa Blanca!

underbart trevligt hotell med fantastisk personal och bra service. Buffémat av mycket god kvalité och härliga gäster också! Finns inget att klaga på överhuvudtaget, möjligen att wifi ej fanns i rummen men i den stora välkomnande foajén med sköna fåtöljer satt vi gärna ändå en stund under dagen! Vill åka tillbaka!

En blandet fornøjelse

Til alle unge mennesker: stedet er næsten udelukkende besøgt af ældre mennesker - ikke at det gjorde os noget, de var vældig søde - det er blot til orientering. Vi blev mødt meget venligt med et glas cava og en sød receptionist. Værelset så godt ud og udsigten var fin. Vi fandt dog ud af senere på aftenen, at det var piv utæt og vi frøs helt vildt om natten. Vi fandt dagen efter et vattæppe, men vi var nødt til at sove med tøj og strømper. Gulvet var iskoldt, selvom der var 16-18 grader udenfor.
Aircondition i værelset kunne kunne kun blæse kold luft og det regnede ind fra altandøren, da den var meget utæt. Værelset blev dog gjort pænt rent hver dag.
Maden var fin - lidt for mange købekager ved morgenmaden, men rigtig fin dessertbuffet om aftenen. Kødet var super fint især deres kylling og fisk. En del spanske specialiteter som mojo og saltbagte kartofler, paella og en super god gazpacho. Forskellige temaaftner med lidt blandede oplevelser, men alt i alt fint. Ved morgenmaden lavede de pandekager og omeletter, hvilket var lækkert.
Lidt ringe træningsfaciliteter, da der manglede en del redskaber og nogle var i stykker - men okay, lidt var der. Super udsigt fra hotellet, der ligger ved den lækreste strandpromenade. En ringe minigolfbane, men med en god udsigt og en ok tennisbane, dog var den fyldt med vand, da vi spillede, da regnen fra dagen før ikke var fjernet. Flot hotel - lidt voldsomt, men flot. Vi kommer dog ikke igen grundet det uhyre utætte værelse

Genussvoller Aufenthalt in herrlichem Hotel

Das Hotel besteht aus einer grossen aber überraschend schönen Anlage, welche einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck macht. Besonders die Beleuchtung am Abend macht das Hotel zum Hingucker. Man fühlt sich wohl und ungestört in diesem Hotel. Das Abendessen im Buffetstil ist mehr als nur reichlich! Das Meer hat man direkt vor der Türe. Ein bequemer Küsten-Promenadenweg lädt auch noch spätabends zum Flanieren ein. Ein sehr empfohlener Mietwagen lässt sich bequem auf den vielen Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel abstellen. Falls man es vorzieht seinen Urlaub weitgehend im Hotel zu verbringen (was angesichts der Schönheit der Insel zu bedauern ist) dfann kann man auf ein stets wechselndes Unterhaltungsprogramm zählen. Am Abend manchmal etwas schrill - aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut d.h. die Getränkepreise im Hotel bewegen sich auf vernünftigem Niveau. Insgesamt also ein sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt!

hôtel bien situé belle chambre bonne nourriture

Un bel hôtel bien placé, hors de la zone concentrationnaire des touristes, un service de restauration comme on les aime (cuisine et service), on aurait cependant aimé plus de spécialités locales, un lit confortable et un beau balcon.
Seul petit bémol, avec veneré on aurait dû avoir une chambre vue mer avec un canapé lit, on n'a eu qu'une chambre vue mer partielle, plutôt vue piscine et point de canapé lit comme indiqué, mais deux fauteuils. De plus, le système d'ouverture du coffre et du mini bar est loin d'être pratique, c'est un détail qui devient lourd au quotidien, le sèche cheveux pourrait aussi être rajeuni.
