The general facilities were good, but there were fewer staff than previous visits, and there was evidence of preparations for the forthcoming ‘refurbishment’ programme. The entertainment was limited and not terribly good. Food was still a good standard and the improved sunbeds were welcome.

It was only a one night stop over but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff very gelpful and hotel was clean our only thing we noticed was the area around the pool was very slippy. Normally a hard brush is used for cleaning the alghi build up but wven to touch you could feel it slimmy.

We really enjoyed our stay it was relaxed and quiet which is what we wanted. The staff were all helpful and courteous, and we found the variety of food to be good at the buffet. The hotel was further out of the centre of Playa Blanca than we realised but we did walk back from the main port in Playa Blanca one day. I think it would be helpful to hire a car.

The aircon was broken 4 out of the 8 nights, therefore, we could not sleep for 4 nights due to the heat in our room, not what you expect when you go on holiday to relax.

Average pool and sun hotel

Average 4 star hotel. Was not happy about staying one week and they only changed my sheets once. Also offer water the first day, and none after that. Had to go to reception to grab or changed pool towels, not that convenient. On the first night, they did not have me on their list for the dinner (half board) which created a tense moment in front of the other guest. When I called to ask and for them to fix it, they apologized and said they would have a gift or something for the trouble. Nothing was given. Cero. They also offered one night to dine a la carte, versus a buffet but was never available as they said the restaurant was very small and had no capacity. If that was the case, they should not offer it or advertise as a perk. When checking out, they had to fix my bill because the amount they were retaining for expenses was instead charged in full so had the refund me. For me was a very typical beach and sun hotel with nothing memorable.

Very nice hotel with roomy and comfortable rooms. All the staff were extremely friendly and eager to please. Location is excellent, right in front of the sea and direct access to the waterfront walk along Playa Blanca. The food was in general very good/excellent, but the deserts could be better. Apart from two very nice swimming pools (one is salt water) there is also a jacuzzi, miniature golf, tennis, a nice bar with evening entertainment. The adult only atmosphere was very nice and peaceful.

Second time visiting for a short stay and brought a friend who was also in need of some rest and recuperation
We had a slight issue with our room (unpleasant smell/insects) but this was dealt with promptly by the manager and our room was changed and we were even given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for the inconvenience.
The food was exceptional and all staff very pleasant. A great restful stay in a beautiful location.

30mins from airport. Restaurant staff attentive. Food good. Check in was good. A little rough checking out but restored by gentleman who first attended to me but he stepped away to help two other people when a young lady came up to me offering help but I told her the gentleman was helping me. She said I was rude to her by what I told her. I was alarmed and replied that she should not tell a guest that. I waited for the gentleman and he gave me sparkling wine which I declined but he insisted. Thank you sir.

Spotlessly clean hotel and great service all round

The hotel was very good indeed, great staff, room was excellent, half board food was amazing, and we normally don’t book it, so we’re really surprised how good it was. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout too. Really impressed overall and will be back.

The only downside we experienced was the air conditioning which while it didn’t work properly our first 24 hours and the room was so hot in the night I couldn’t sleep for three hours, it was promptly fixed the next day and worked sufficiently for the remainder of our stay.

The terrace for food was also incredibly good, and when full was always worth the five minute wait for a table.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday during my stay at the hotel and the staff ensured this was very well celebrated. The pools were lovely and clean and there was a couple of great dining restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel

We are very lucky to have spent 19 days in this hotel
in July 2023. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and unusually for us we will definitely go back. The presentation of the hotel entrance is pretty impressive and looks more than its 4 stars. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We had a lovely premium room overlooking the sea with fabulous views of Fuerteventura. Unusually we had an empty fridge provided for us to keep drinks cool, which was a nice touch. The pool area is huge and
the large space around the two large pools meant that you didnt feel on top of other people. There are loads of sunbeds and the hotel has a policy of not allowing people to reserve sunbeds, although a few people still seemed to think they had the right to do that which is annoying. This is a bug bear of ours and always iritates us in other hotels we have stayed in. Here though it was not necessary as there are so many there was never an issue with finding a couple for us to use. The food choice every day was incredible and while it didnt change much because of the large choice you could always find something you fancied each day. The seafood night was our favourite! The bar and entertainment were equally great, both staff, entertainment each night and the work of the hotel animator (Zelinda) was amazing. My wife loved the pilates most mornings. I loved using the gym by the pool. We cant wait to go back!

Hotel Natura, a refined experience away from the h

A very good, comfortable and quiet hotel. Lovely room overlooking the pools and the sea. There is an excellent poolside bar for lunch, and very reasonably priced. No loud music by the pool, nice and refined. A faily elderly clientele, but suited us because we are elderly! Staff very helpful and polite. We can recommend this hotel. Very extensive buffet for breakfast and dinner, really too much choice.

Just returned from a very pleasant stay at Hiphotel Natural Palace. On our arrival we were given a warm welcome by the hotel staff and also given an upgrade. The hotel, bedrooms, communals area were very clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were excellent, with a range of fresh food, drinks and provision made for intolerances too.
The two outdoor swimming pools have sea water and is a great spot to sunbathe.
The staff at reception were friendly and particularly helpful in suggesting what to visit in the region and to answer any queries or booking a taxi.
Highly recommended if you are looking to get away from the noise, particularly children as it is an adult only hotel-what a difference this makes!

Great stay at this adults only hotel. Lovely looking building, large hotel but never felt too busy. Has a partial sea view with balcony which was great. Only real negatives were the aircon smelled bad (sweaty feet odour) but we didn’t need it on anyway, and the extra charge to use the tennis court (crazy golf and petanque are include). The age demographic was a bit older than us and that was reflected in the nightly entertainment, but we still enjoyed it. It’s a fair walk to the bustiest part of town but that was fine with us. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and was ok for quality. Would happily stay here again.

Probably one of the nicest and most beautiful hotels i have ever stayed. Staff were so helpful and genuinely seemed to care about their customers. It is a more quiet resort and not much in the immediate area but it is a €5 taxi to playa blanca which is full of restaurants and bars. We were looking to get away and relax so were delighted for the more relaxed atmosphere

At check in, the staff was delightful and brought us out a glass of champagne which was much appreciated after a long travel day. We had booked with the dinner and breakfast and the food was top quality. Can’t beat the location with access to the ocean. Room was super clean and bathroom was also spotless and modern. Resort was well kept and maintained. My super fussy husband couldn’t say enough great things about the resort. They also offer COVID testing on site which made it super convenient for heading back to the states. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip back!!!

Fantastic hotel, check in staff were very friendly and informative and i was given a room with a fantastic view.
2 bottles of water and a bottle of orange juice were provided along with tea and coffee in the room which was spotless.
Told that the hotel was about 80% full, it didn't feel like it, always spare beds around the pool and no queueing at meal times, Food was excellent.
Great hotel for a relaxing holiday. Will return.

Beautiful hotel with a highly professional and motivated young team.
Excellent food and exceptional value. Nothing was too much trouble.
Helen my wife said that she really enjoyed every minute of her stay.
The choice of food was varied and original and good quality cava seemed to be available at every turn....the pool bar was spacious and comfortable and lunchtime snacks good value. The sea was only 50 mitres away and the view across the bay just stunning. Our comfortable room with tempa mattress beds had air con and were cleaned by smiley and happy maid every day. Disappointing four day break

Stayed twice before at this hotel and regrettably the food has not been up to previous standard. Plenty of choice but regrettably the roasts have ranged from average to very poor. Breast of chicken one night was like a piece of leather and Duck on another night was inedible. Roasts were over cooked and also cooked on too high a heat which was very disappointing. Staff very friendly as always but one criticism is the waiters were very slow in clearing plates. Finally we found having a shower dangerous since bath slippy and no rail to hold on to.

This property is special, it looks and feels amazing. Reception is very big but quite slow. The rooms are excellent, clean and very comfortable. Good big beds a mini bar and tea/coffee along with a kettle.
There is a little shop in the foyer but it doesn't open much but just across the road is a very nice wee shop, with nice owners.
Pool is freezing, gym has no air con and sometimes you stand around a while waiting to be seated at breakfast, maybe an extra person to do this would be good, although the maitre is a terrific guy and seems to see everything.
Breakfast is excellent and the omelet station is my recommendation
Coffee brought to our table is good.
Just occasionally not enough staff, the cocktail bar is lovely and do great cocktails but often the wait is too long. Although the staff are very nice
A great hotel and a great base to explore this side of Playa Blanca

A lovely adult only hotel conveniently situated near a Playa Blanca. Everything is first class, food and service excellent. However, we were most disappointed that there is NOT an indoor swimming pool, despite the website listing one. Hotels.com please amend your website. The 2 outdoor pools are lovely, but too cold in January, saw only 2 hardy soles in them during our 11 day stay.

An excellent hotel for relaxation and chilling

If you want a relaxing holiday in a wonderful location, pretty surroundings and excellent food then the Natura Palace is the hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed, the staff are very welcoming and helpful, the food; especially the A la carte restaurant, was wonderful. Being an adult only hotel was brilliant; having no screaming kids around the hote, the pool nor in the restaurant lead to a calm and relaxing holiday. Can’t wait to return.

Woeful air con. Our room got evening sun and dribble of slightly cooled air was barely enough to cool a well insulated dog kennel. Stifling. Food great, pool area very nice, pool salty but good size for a swim. Everywhere has that bit more space than where we’ve stayed in Tenerife. Could do with a few more shops, cafes and bars near to. Good business opportunity for someone but the upside is we were never once hassled to buy anything. Good for strolls along coastal path each way from hotel. Ample parking.

I really enjoyed my experience at the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, friendly and nice. However, I would have liked to see more local cuisine at the buffet. Buffet was mostly focused towards British and German visitors.

We last stayed in Natura Palace 16 years ago. It was excellent then and remains so in 2018. Hotel has been recently refurbished.We stayed in a standard room which was of a very high standard. Hotel is very clean and food (apart from soups which were bland) was as good as any hotel we have stayed in and staff are very friendly. Only minor gripe is sometimes slow to clear empty plates etc from tables.Views to Fuerteventura from hotel are stunning. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Uncomfortable hotel

The Positives:
Substantially sized hotel located directly on the coastal path with a long walk to the town and over 1 hour to the Marina. Food is pretty good, but becomes really repetitive 4 days in. Evening entertainment above average.

The Negatives:
Rooms are poor. The mattresses vary from unbearable springs pressing into back, to sticky/unbreathable foam. Tiny ants in the first room we were put in. Air conditioning does not work in any rooms we were put in. This means need to sleep with door ajar otherwise stifling hot and no air! Mosquito's a big problem. Both myself and wife were eaten alive. I gos 1-2 hours sleep each night because of the mosquito's, heat and back pain on bed. I had to try and get 2 hours sleep on the sun loungers each day. I returned home knackered and itching all over. Never will I stay again.
Never use the ATM in the lobby (reception advised to use it) It charges 10 Euros to withdraw money! I attach a photo of the culprit.
