These lovely villas are ideally situated in the southern Lanzarote fishing village of Playa Blanca, just 200 meters from the Marina Rubicón. Each villa features a private outdoor pool, garden, barbecue, and a sun terrace with loungers, a table, and chairs for al fresco relaxation.
A fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and coffee maker. The spacious living room offers direct access to the pool area and is equipped with satellite TV, a CD/DVD player, and free Wi-Fi.
Villas have two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms with hairdryers, and most are duplex, with a few single-level options available. All villas include free on-site parking and a safety deposit box.
Luggage storage and an information desk are available at the customer office. Departure cleaning is free, with an intermediate cleaning service, including towel and sheet changes, provided for stays of seven nights or more.
Playa Dorada beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the center of Playa Blanca is less than 15 minutes away. The stunning Papagayo beaches are a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk along the promenade.
Cots and highchairs are available free of charge for babies up to two years old (upon request and subject to availability). Families with one or two children aged 3 to 11 can book the two-bedroom villa (for four people) or the three-bedroom villa (children included in occupancy).
As this property does not have a 24-hour reception, please contact the establishment a few days before arrival (preferably by email) to arrange check-in and key collection. Guests receive a complimentary welcome pack upon arrival, including tea, coffee, juice, milk, water, and biscuits.

Spacious villa in the perfect location for walking to the Marina Rubicon, shops and Playa Blanca centre. 3 bathrooms, so perfect for a family. Private pool was not heated or covered, but cleaned during our stay. Sunny & sheltered garden, very private. The villa needs some love and renovation as the bathrooms are quite dated and there are stains around the tub. Dishwasher was rusty inside and the fridge showed signs of wear, too.

The villa was tired lacking maintenance and could do with a deep clean. Paint flacking of the walls, Things like shower chrone rusty. Water was brown when first arrived so obviously hadnt been prepared for our visit start of season so would have thought they would have run water to clear pipes of dirty water. The bedding was damp bedroom smelt of damp. Mirrors in bathroom needing replaced corroded round edges. The poolside furniture was old tired and dirty. The pool itself had flacking paint and cracks. The pump switched itself off on timer which its supposed to but never came back on again until handy man came and switched it on but didnt bother fixing problem so it went off and stayed off so water wasnt filtered nor chemicals dispersed.
The area is ok with superrmarket 5 mins walk away and many restraunts and cafes within 10 mins walk..
Shame about the Villa it could have been so lovely if it had just been maintained.
The staff really nice except for 1 who When the power went off and the water went off we phoned the weekend emergency number that chap was very rude. But to be honest the management could have come in to help/ explain to tenants what was wrong and suport their staff.

Villa spotless. So accommodating. Came to clean 3 times during stay. Also pool man came twice. Loved the stay here. Left lots of nice touches like dishwasher tablets tea towels extra towels if needed with no extra charge washing up liquid teabags coffee etc bin liners. Large Bottle water fruit juice. Magic. So unusual. Would definitely stay again. Staff at office great too.

The property was in an ideal location for access to The Marina area, but thought it a bit tired internally. It was also a bit of a noisy location as the villa and pool faced the road leading up to two big hotels with passing coaches picking up and dropping off. The villa and pool were cleaned 3 times during our 2 week stay and the staff were very friendly. Would I stay again, possibly if the villa was smartened up.

This is the fourth year we've stayed here. As always it was clean comfortable well equipped and quiet. The pool is small but clean and just what you need to cool off. It is ideal location for walks along the promenade and the huge selection of eating places at the marina (5min. walk).

Really good sized property, simply furnished but more than adequate, well equipped kitchen, surprisingly some toiletries are supplied as well as a welcome pack in the kitchen with Milk, bottled water, tea , coffee and even a packet of biscuits.

Each villas has everything you need including towels, kitchen applicances and cutlery, a private pool and so much more.
The team are all so helpful and do an incredible job. They make your stay perfect.

The villa was great. It had everything you would need. The location was excellent, just around the corner from the Dino supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the marina. It was very spacious with two en-suite bathrooms as well as a toilet downstairs. There was an outside area with the washing machine and dishwasher. There were tablets for both that we used. The pool was cold and we only ventured into it twice in the 3 weeks we were there. It may be more inviting during the summer months. There were two sunbeds and a table and chairs in front of the pool. It was lovely to have breakfast outside every morning!! The pool was cleaned regularly during our stay. There were also two towels for the sunbeds. There was a cleaner who came in every 4/5 days and changed the bed sheets and towels. The receptionist in the office was very helpful and we had the use of the courtesy room on our last day which was a real bonus. A few more soft furnishings would be welcome in the living area as well as a few lamps, but these are only suggestions to improve the experience. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the villa. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return.

The property was great and in a great location near the Marina, communication was brilliant and towels and cleaning was an unexpected benefit. My only complaint is no air conditioning but i wouldnt let that stop me returning. We had a great relaxing holiday.

Most of it was ok but it is very tired and needs a lot of work spending on it. The showers need a complete overall and new ones put in. The towels and bedding are very thin. The net curtains are all ripped where people have drawn them

Loved the privacy and staff were on hand for any enquiries. Villas are a bit tired and in need of TLC. Perfect if you dont want to have to queue for sunbeds every morning. Also close enough to bars and restaurants to walk to but not be bothered with noise.

My husband and I enjoyed our week in no 21. It was private and quiet and the rooms were spacious we liked that only on one day midweek did anyone visit us to clean and do pool maintenance. There were lots of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall a fantastic vacation !!

The apartment was adequate but some areas could do with a more thorough clean. The sliding doors both upstairs and down were in need of serious maintenance as they were difficult to open,close or lock.

The kitchen was brand new and had everything you could need. Satellite TV pretty useless,150 channels of which 15 were English speaking channels,but they were only available until about 8pm, after that time they were scrambled or unavailable, while all the rest were still fine. I reported this to the office. they said they would fix it,but didn't.
It was only a short walk (2 minutes) to the shopping precinct and marina. There are quite few nice restaurants and bars located around the marina and plenty more if you walk for about twenty or thirty minutes into the older part of town.

Satellite TV pretty useless,150 channels of which 15 were English speaking channels,but they were only available until about 8pm, after that time they were scrambled or unavailable, while all the rest were still fine. I reported this to the office. they said they would fix it,but didn't.
It was only a short walk (2 minutes) to the shopping precinct and marina. There are quite few nice restaurants and bars located around the marina and plenty more if you walk for about twenty or thirty minutes into the older part of town.

We have just returned from our stay at one of the 3 bedroom villas. As a mixed aged family (3 generations) from 9 to 60, we could not find fault with anything we found.
Although not right in the heart of the resort, everything from supermarket ( 2 minutes) to restaurants (5 - 20minutes) were within a short walk. The accommodation was clean and extremely well equipped and had everything we needed and more.

A good place to stay near everything
We enjoyed our stay here , the location is very good close to shops and bars and the beach . The villa was clean and had loads of space for the two of us as well as a dish washer microwave oven and washing machine . On arrival we found milk biscuits orange juice and a selection of tea and coffee which was welcome. Before we arrived Ana was very helpful arranging early access to leave our luggage and providing easy to follow info .
We did find the fixtures and fittings a bit industrial, all of metal construction and the pool was looking a bit the worse for wear but all in all no problems. I failed to make sure there was air con which there is not and the pool isn't heated but was fine. Some noise which is to be expected in a resort but very little.

Great location, lovely villa. staff very helpful.
Lovely villa and pool. Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the stay. So many essentials in the villa such has pegs, fairy liquid, dishwater tablets, plenty dishes and crockery including the cutlery. Although no air conditioned at no point did I feel we weren't coping inside the villa. There is mostly a breeze in playa Blanca. I would definitely come back again. Overall, very little noise apart from the odd car/lorry. Beds comfy. And best pasty is a washing machine. (That's only because I'm a mum) lol.
