These lovely villas are ideally situated in the southern Lanzarote fishing village of Playa Blanca, just 200 meters from the Marina Rubicón. Each villa features a private outdoor pool, garden, barbecue, and a sun terrace with loungers, a table, and chairs for al fresco relaxation.
A fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and coffee maker. The spacious living room offers direct access to the pool area and is equipped with satellite TV, a CD/DVD player, and free Wi-Fi.
Villas have two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms with hairdryers, and most are duplex, with a few single-level options available. All villas include free on-site parking and a safety deposit box.
Luggage storage and an information desk are available at the customer office. Departure cleaning is free, with an intermediate cleaning service, including towel and sheet changes, provided for stays of seven nights or more.
Playa Dorada beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the center of Playa Blanca is less than 15 minutes away. The stunning Papagayo beaches are a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk along the promenade.
Cots and highchairs are available free of charge for babies up to two years old (upon request and subject to availability). Families with one or two children aged 3 to 11 can book the two-bedroom villa (for four people) or the three-bedroom villa (children included in occupancy).
As this property does not have a 24-hour reception, please contact the establishment a few days before arrival (preferably by email) to arrange check-in and key collection. Guests receive a complimentary welcome pack upon arrival, including tea, coffee, juice, milk, water, and biscuits.

Villa spotless. So accommodating. Came to clean 3 times during stay. Also pool man came twice. Loved the stay here. Left lots of nice touches like dishwasher tablets tea towels extra towels if needed with no extra charge washing up liquid teabags coffee etc bin liners. Large Bottle water fruit juice. Magic. So unusual. Would definitely stay again. Staff at office great too.

The property was in an ideal location for access to The Marina area, but thought it a bit tired internally. It was also a bit of a noisy location as the villa and pool faced the road leading up to two big hotels with passing coaches picking up and dropping off. The villa and pool were cleaned 3 times during our 2 week stay and the staff were very friendly. Would I stay again, possibly if the villa was smartened up.

This is the fourth year we've stayed here. As always it was clean comfortable well equipped and quiet. The pool is small but clean and just what you need to cool off. It is ideal location for walks along the promenade and the huge selection of eating places at the marina (5min. walk).

Really good sized property, simply furnished but more than adequate, well equipped kitchen, surprisingly some toiletries are supplied as well as a welcome pack in the kitchen with Milk, bottled water, tea , coffee and even a packet of biscuits.

The villa was great. It had everything you would need. The location was excellent, just around the corner from the Dino supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the marina. It was very spacious with two en-suite bathrooms as well as a toilet downstairs. There was an outside area with the washing machine and dishwasher. There were tablets for both that we used. The pool was cold and we only ventured into it twice in the 3 weeks we were there. It may be more inviting during the summer months. There were two sunbeds and a table and chairs in front of the pool. It was lovely to have breakfast outside every morning!! The pool was cleaned regularly during our stay. There were also two towels for the sunbeds. There was a cleaner who came in every 4/5 days and changed the bed sheets and towels. The receptionist in the office was very helpful and we had the use of the courtesy room on our last day which was a real bonus. A few more soft furnishings would be welcome in the living area as well as a few lamps, but these are only suggestions to improve the experience. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the villa. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return.

The property was great and in a great location near the Marina, communication was brilliant and towels and cleaning was an unexpected benefit. My only complaint is no air conditioning but i wouldnt let that stop me returning. We had a great relaxing holiday.

Most of it was ok but it is very tired and needs a lot of work spending on it. The showers need a complete overall and new ones put in. The towels and bedding are very thin. The net curtains are all ripped where people have drawn them

Loved the privacy and staff were on hand for any enquiries. Villas are a bit tired and in need of TLC. Perfect if you dont want to have to queue for sunbeds every morning. Also close enough to bars and restaurants to walk to but not be bothered with noise.

My husband and I enjoyed our week in no 21. It was private and quiet and the rooms were spacious we liked that only on one day midweek did anyone visit us to clean and do pool maintenance. There were lots of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall a fantastic vacation !!

We have just returned from our stay at one of the 3 bedroom villas. As a mixed aged family (3 generations) from 9 to 60, we could not find fault with anything we found.
Although not right in the heart of the resort, everything from supermarket ( 2 minutes) to restaurants (5 - 20minutes) were within a short walk. The accommodation was clean and extremely well equipped and had everything we needed and more.

We enjoyed our stay here , the location is very good close to shops and bars and the beach . The villa was clean and had loads of space for the two of us as well as a dish washer microwave oven and washing machine . On arrival we found milk biscuits orange juice and a selection of tea and coffee which was welcome. Before we arrived Ana was very helpful arranging early access to leave our luggage and providing easy to follow info .
We did find the fixtures and fittings a bit industrial, all of metal construction and the pool was looking a bit the worse for wear but all in all no problems. I failed to make sure there was air con which there is not and the pool isn't heated but was fine. Some noise which is to be expected in a resort but very little.

Lovely villa and pool. Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the stay. So many essentials in the villa such has pegs, fairy liquid, dishwater tablets, plenty dishes and crockery including the cutlery. Although no air conditioned at no point did I feel we weren't coping inside the villa. There is mostly a breeze in playa Blanca. I would definitely come back again. Overall, very little noise apart from the odd car/lorry. Beds comfy. And best pasty is a washing machine. (That's only because I'm a mum) lol.

Had a great stay in a three bedroom villa which was over two floors and had a lovely private pool. It had everything you would need including oven, microwave, toaster etc and a safe for your valuables along with off road private parking. The garden was well maintained and the pool area had loungers, also an outdoor dining area on the covered terrace. Walking distance to the marina with restaurants and shops. Fantastic villa, even better than expected!
Absolutely loved staying here, would definitely stay again. Great location! Walking distance to a fantastic supermarket and bakery/cafe. Very short distance to gorgeous Marina Rubicon area, with lots of restaurant choices! And a lovely local market on Wednesday and Saturdays. Only a 15/20 minute along a lovely pathway by the coast to Playa Blanca, with even more restaurants, shops and bars and a gorgeous beach! Highly recommend!

Excellent location near the marina + Dorada beach
These villas are literally a 5 minute walk from the marina, 15 minutes from Dorado beach and about 20 minute walk into Playa Blanca town. We were in number 223 which faced a road. I would have preferred one of the others that was not on the road side.The villas are spacious and very clean. I have two criticisms. There was no air conditioning which would have been beneficial on the warmer nights The kitchen layout was not really suitable if you wanted to prepare a meal as there was very little works surface space and plugging in appliances was cumbersome

Top class cccommodation in a quiet area of town
Our \"villa\" was a semi-detached house on a development a couple of minutes walk from the Marina Rubicon and about 30 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca. Playa Blanca could also be reached by both bus and waterbus. The house was a good size with lounge, dining area, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There was a large flat screen tv with satellite channels, dvd player and free WiFi. The kitchen had a full cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and washing machine. A free starter pack (tea, coffee, water, biscuits etc.) was provided. A free in room safe was provided in a bedroom, which also had a balcony with table and chairs.. The main bathroom had bath/shower, wash basin, wc and bidet. Sachets of bath gel were provided.Outside was a large patio area with table and chairs, a barbecue, a small private pool and sun loungers. The whole place was absolutely spotless and there was maid service once a week to change towels, bedding etc. English speaking staff were available to give assistance if required but the office was only open between 9am and 6pm. Out of hours telephone numbers for property or medical problems were supplied. Within a couple of minutes walk was a supermarket and, just beyond, there were lots of cafes and restaurants at the Marina. Overall, the property was superb, well deserving of it's very high rating and we would gladly return.

The air-conditioned bungalows feature a master bedroom with a well-appointed bathroom and an-suite shower room, spacious lounge and dining area and terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Satellite TV is also provided. The on-site bar/restaurant offers a delicious menu of international dishes made with local produce where possible.
Playa Blanca's golden beaches, promenade and yacht marina are just a walk away. POLICIES: The resort requires a credit card to secure a refundable security deposit of €100 per apartment on check-in.

The cleaning schedule may vary depending on the length stay. Please note that all the swimming pools and solarium area at Jardines del Sol will be closed for essential repairs from 21 April 2025 to 14 July 2025.
