Overall stay was not the best. Property is really run down and not kept. Many amenities were either old or damaged, and not clean. Room was not prepared well, stained and damaged bedding, dirty floor and dilapidated light fixtures. Countertops were not wiped down and curtains were broken and dirty. Outside was a mess, with trash carts out and trash laying around. Will not be staying here ever again or in this area.

Have never done a review. Bad ..... , no fridge, well it was there but just for looks, asked for one for 2 days .food was picked up before the closing time , ran out of water, water wouldn't drain in the sink, non smoking area smell like weed night and day. The securety chain was all loose. There just for looks too. There was no quality in this Qualifying Inn .

We had to switch hotels last minute because our kid wanted to swim and this was the closest one. The pool was nice other than the surrounding areas( landscape) was not taken care of. The room wasn’t the best. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people and when asked for some, they said they didn’t have any. When they knew we had 3 people checking in. We had to use bed sheets to dry ourselves off. One of the blankets had stains on it . The room we were given had a connecting room with a lock missing that you can see in from the other side and the door was broken making it feel very unsafe. The shower was dirty and the temperature fluctuated so much. I want my money back.

Completely disappointed, when I arrived at the hotel they told me that the system was down…. And they said that I had to wait hours for check in… I had an event to attend and I was needed to dress up, they don’t gave me the option to had a room and later check in when the system came back, so I went to another place to be on time for my event.
I called later and they denied me a refund!
Thanks for nothing!

Sheets and blankets was not clean, the smoke alarm wasn’t even installed, tv control didn’t work, restroom ceiling had mold, all walls were peeling off, door handle was broken and restroom door handle didn’t lock. The people next door were fighting all night, and you can hear everything from people passing on hallways. Only good thing was the location next to freeway and close to almost everything.

Oh where to begin… The first room I was given was infested with cockroaches.
Then the person who checked me in didn’t register me properly and I had a maintenance worker unlock my door while I was sleeping (I work nights) telling me I wasn’t supposed to be in the room. I politely explained the situation and they left. 30 minutes later a woman pounded on my door and very rudely told me I needed to get dressed and go to the office to talk to the manager. I asked her “why are you acting like I did something wrong here” to which she replied “I’m doing you a courtesy so we don’t call the police”…

I arrive at the office and proceed to go through an inquisition regarding who I am and what I’m doing in that room. I kept my cool and explained my situation and showed them my reservation and key. They were still skeptical. After about 5 minutes they found me in their system and said “you’re good”… that was it, no apologies, nothing.

If you like being treated like a criminal, this is the place for you!

This place is horrible….i booked 2 rooms , went up to rooms they where horrible i came back down and ask for refund because to dirty ugly …. Alot of drug activity going on … they did not give me refund so we end up going to the best western by the airport… mind you the pictures on expedia are nothing like the actual room or the property… pool is green , rooms are dirty and very sketchy palce to stay there with family…. I have never been more terrified to stau in a motel in my life... first i was given keys to an occupied room
.. then the next room they key would not work... finally got into a room... the door was not secure it had daylight showing around all side the bar bolt lock was busted off so i could not secure my room... the tv screen was shattered... about 130am yelling and screaming outside.... 245 yelling and dods barking.... when i checked out i was told the night clerk abandoned his shift and left the motel un attended ...i would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

The first one I stayed in was missing a bult lock and the smoke detector was missing w wires coming out .. then I moved rooms to a whole other one w the same issue. It was 2am I was to tired to get another room or complain.. the second room light glitched wasn't cleaned right was missing things inside like toilet paper all half way used. Complete nightmare didn't even sleep well at all

To start at check in staff didn’t bother to let me know what time breakfast happens. The property is falling apart. It’s very dirty. I stayed 3 nights only because I was going to a family emergency and didn’t have the mental capacity to move to a different hotel. The room was dirty, we found a big water bug. Hard to get warm water in the shower. Cigarette burns in the toilet and shower despite it being a smoke free room. The pool is green. Parking close to the front was difficult at night. Due to the terrible condition of the hotel we didn’t even bother to go down to the breakfast. The room floor was slanted and the AC didn’t really cool. Overall the worst property I have ever stayed in.

Rooms smelled like weed. Got another room: this room had pee stains on both beds, dirty walls, the shower head was very low, the fridge was disconnected, the television got zero channels, there was no breakfast offered, and they ran out of towels, elevators were dirty. I do not recommend anyone staying here.

Everything very dirty, nothing matches the pictures.
once I get into room - there were no towels. I went down - asking manager about it. Then in one hour went back again - no towels. Manager says - he don't have an access to laundry room...
Only in the morning I received towels from another manager. After breakfast my key was not working. After 2 times going to the front desk back and forth manager came along with me and opened door with another metal key.
TV set not working, breakfast was a piece of... Nothing was there at 8:15. No milk, no yogurt, no fruits, NOTHING!!!!

This location is the worst I ever stayed in my life!

Well first of all my key wouldn't open the door. Went to the front desk and felt like i was bugging the front desk attendant. And then the hot water was barely luke warm. Yhe room didnt ha e to towels, toilet paper and cold draft was coming thru the front door. Finally waa given a different room nezt door to the original amd had the same problem with the key. Room was dirty didnt have a comfortable night needless to say. That same night i tried to cancel the next night. But im still waiting for my refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

When I arrived there were two people behind the counte; however they were having a personal conversation with two people and although they did attend to me it was more rushed so that they coold get back to the conversation. When I got to the room, the number as written on the wall with what seemed to be a sharpie, inside the room was dingy, and it had a smell! There was was no remote to the tv and it seemed that they only had basic channels. Not all outlets worked had to look for one that worked. So I had to switch devices to charge them up. There was visible wires coming out of the back of the tv going all o er the place. Not visually pleasant. Wanted to take a shower however didn’t because it was filthy there were stains in the tub that I couldn’t explain. There were no towels nor were there any toiletries. No hangers to hang my cloth! Needless to say it wasn’t my best stay! Actually it was one of my worse motels that I’ve ever stayed at! I wouldn’t recommend this motel at its current condition at this time! Hopefully they do somethibg about this motel to keep clientele coming back! As for me,I probably not stay at above Qualiry Inn.

There were blood stains on the duvet. I took pictures of the bedding as proof. They didn't offer housekeeping services, so I had to change the bedding myself. There were cobwebs in the coffee maker. When I called to complain they were rude and even charged me an extra day of stay. I have called the health department to report them. I also have filed a dispute with my bank regarding the extra charge for an additional day of occupancy. Do NOT recommend these facilities!

The hotel in general is filthy and unkept. The garbage containers in the hallways were overflowing. I reserved a King size bed whereas the room had a bed no bigger than a full. The entrance light was out of commission and the power outlets next to the tiny bed did not supply enough current to charge the phones. Lastly, the doors to the closet and the bathroom would not open or close correctly. Instead of Quality Inn we ended up staying at a roach motel. I am now exitant to use Travelocity for reservations.

The counter person was nice but that didn't change the run-down condition of the room. There were blood drops on the cover of one bed. The bathroom door had a hole punched in it from the inside. The bathroom floor was badly warped and the toilet leaned to the left as a result. We came in at 2am so no time for changes and left by 6am so we lived with it but it was definitely a bad experience.

Horrible place. The pool was bright GREEN. The rooms were riddled with stains, burnholes, and visible handprints all over the window and headboards. Not to mention the hundreds of Pigeons living on each of the balconies, I was bombarded by 4 pigeons when I walked out onto the balcony. My room was PUNGENT with cleaning supplies that barely masked the smoking smell. Got a sore throat and migraine within 30 minutes of being there and only got relief when standing outside in the “hallway”. Of my party we had 5 rooms rented out, and they were all horrible.

I’m shocked this is a Choice brand hotel. You expect certain standards to be upheld as part of a national flag but they were not upheld in our room. Basic maintenance was lacking. The toilet paper dispenser was barely hanging onto the wall. I could have pulled it out if I wanted to. Stains in the bathtub- not sure if it was from hard water or if it just wasn’t clean. Microwave didn’t work. TV remote didn’t work. No Kleenex. No washcloths. The extra door lock (not sure what it’s called, the silver thing) was loose and not effective. Woke up at 3am to find roaches on the wall in the bathroom. Woke up at 7 am to find a huge roach dying on the middle of the bedroom floor. On the bright side, it was cheap and my car wasn’t stolen. I just wish I had been aware of the condition of the hotel before booking-but then I wouldn’t have booked here. There was a sign at the checkout desk that said “no refunds”. That was my first red flag. There is “not fancy but clean and maintained” or “not fancy, barely clean, falling apart”-this hotel was the later.

The room itself needs a top to bottom scrub down. Its just dirty.
The curtains had boogers or something stuck to them, all the towles and sheets had stains. Looked like brown stains.

It was very dissatisfying..upon my arrival, as I was needing to use the men’s restroom after a 5 hour drive, found there was No paper towels to dry my hands after washing..! The front desk service clerk responded by letting me know that their shipment hand not come in, so they are out of hand wipes…in addition, the clerk advised me that there was NO hot water as well & there was NO fix in site, since the hot water had been out since the night before…I asked if the hot water was not up & running by my 3:00 p.m. checkin time, could I be Refunded so I could book a room elsewhere, but I was advised that I would have to go thru the company (Expedia) for my refund…! It was a very displeasing experience..
I typically stay at this hotel due to its convenient location..! I will No longer be booking my stay at this hotel..!

Room key had to be replaced every time we returned to room 180, Shower didn’t work in 180, curtains looked like they had poop in them at the bottom. Cracks in walls. It was dirty asf, the floor was dirty had dust and hair that wasn’t mine , the pillows under the cases were very yellow, we had stains on the bed sheets, the tub has seen better days, a bunch of weird suspicious stains on the wall that were brown and red. Sink was busted and leaking water. Don’t stay here unless you acknowledge you get what you pay for. Smelt really bad outside like cat piss. It was gross I didn’t walk around without shoes and we just left, didn’t even bother to shower. I paid $79 it’s more like $50 stay I would say.

Checking in was terrible. Girl didn’t listen/understand it was 2 rooms under different names. She clearly was frustrated with us and either was only half trained or just didn’t want to deal with us. Finally got 2 rooms (on the 3rd floor) and Initially told us to open second room from the adjoining door. (It was crewed shut) had to ask for second key card. Checked rooms and one was very dirty. Looked like adult shenanigans took place all over the bed/sheets and they weren’t changed. Explained to front office and had to go back to the room to take pictures to prove it before they would do anything. Showed pictures and got room changed. New room was better but only 1 towel and no toilet paper. Had to go back and ask for toilet paper. Bathtub was gross with stains on the walls. Only good thing was the BBQ place around the corner from the hotel and the beds were actually decent

I wanted to extend my stay as it was for a staycation for my family and I. When I went to the front office the lady in the front was crying on a personal phone call and refused to assist me. My family and I used the pool and they were unable to provide with towels that same night. The pool had a poor condition but that was the purpose of my staycation so we made it work. I ended up leaving a whole day and night early due to not having towels to shower.

Woke up to the upstairs room people screaming having sex. Front desk guy at night (1:00AM) was unpleasant. Was eating a hot pocket and Doritos and still had food in his moulth while talking, couldn’t even understand what he was saying. Put me and my family probably in the worst room possible, the room was filthy dirty with dust and stains on the sheets ,walls and mattresses had big dark stains in all honesty looked like blood. The bathroom tub was nasty and the door to the bathroom full of body fluids stains. Me and my family had to sleep on top of the bed sheets with our own blankets and clothes, I did not leave the hotel just because we were too tired and all hotels were booked (Due to a Coldplay concert). Also the pool was temporarily closed and I paid over $300 for 2 nights I only stayed for 6 hours just to get some rest after traveling 9 hours.

The rooms were incredibly filthy. Shockingly filthy. The walls were gross, there was food, dried contact lenses, and worst of all, stains on their pillows and bodily fluids on the bed sheets (yes, the type of body fluids you’re thinking of). The bathrooms were atrocious. Wouldn’t shower there. Wouldn’t even lay down on the beds. Immediately checked out 10 minutes after my check in. The staff couldn’t be bothered by my concerns and nearly refused to refund me 6 night stay (I only stayed 10 minutes). Shoutout to Expedia for advocating for me and for fighting for this refund. Do not recommend for families. If you’re there for “certain activities” then this is the hotel for you.

I secured my this through the Expedia app. I was booked in for two nights.
I checked in and got my room key. Once I went into the room I was disgusted as the walls around the shower were falling off. The shower fan screamed like it was going to catch fire.
I decided to make the best of it. I woke up to no hot water…. I ended up with no hot water for a shower either day as it never worked and I was advised it’s an issue via management.
And if you enjoy dog poop. Go behind this gem! Gross. Save yourself the bad experience. There’s more, but that’s enough.

No hot water in the room

The TV in the room had to be changed because eir didn't work. The smoke detector was disable, looks like all that was done by the previous occupants so makes me. Wonder how well they clean and check the rooms. The hot water didn't work and the answer of the person at front desk was what do you want to do about it? Is not the o oh room like that. It was very disappointing because the reason we were there is because we didn't have water at the house because some maintenance so what we really needed was shower. They didn't offer to change room a discount or nothing.
