booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised as having a water park and a functional hot tub, but both were closed during our stay. To make matters worse, the breakfast was terrible.
The pool area felt very uncomfortable; there were groups of men just lingering around the central pool area, which made me feel uneasy being there with my small children. I was glad my husband was with me, but I can't imagine how a single parent would feel. Between the broken amenities and the overall atmosphere, this stay was absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

I was not happy with my stay here at all. The room was nice but everything else sucked. First i couldn't get my room any warmer than 70°. Literally had to wear sweats and a hoodie the entire time in the hotel. Next the wifi was horrible to the point it didn't work 90% of the time i was there and i was in a room very close to the lobby. Last was the free breakfast. It was absolute garbage. All they had was sausage, eggs, bagels, and a poor selection of cereal. To make that worse the sausage and eggs weren't even good. I won't be staying at this hotel again

Its a older hotel, roomy, and was there for a conference. There was older furniture in the rooms, could use some brighter paint in the rooms to lighten it up. Ac thermostat in room was accurately so I had to lower thermostat to try to cool off room. Some other folks rooms had the actual ac unit in their rooms which were cooler. Staff was very helpful. wyndam could spend some money and revamp the place. Needs a makeover. Convenient to airport across the driveway.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind.
Very functional hotel, at walking distance from airport. They had a shuttle service which brought us to the rental car location which was less than 2 miles away, which we appreciated.

Good for one overnight stay.

The outdoor pool was NOT heated so it was impossible to swim in April despite the warm weather. The water park was closed, only open after Memorial Day.

Breakfast was Ok (eggs, sausages, apple juice, including some apples and oranges) served in real platters and silverware.

The hotel is very well maintained but we can tell it is dated, in the interior design, and common furniture.

The food at the restaurant is good as well and the room with the massage chairs is great. I look forward to staying here when I need to stay in El Paso.

What a great place to bring the kids! The staff were all very pleasant and eager to help in any way. The dining area is a unique area and the breakfast was a really full breakfast with many hot, fresh options. It's even within walking distance to the airport on safe sidewalks. I'd certainly choose this location for my next trip to ELP.

Not bad price but not much breakfast (cereal, eggs, bagels), water slide was down, our key card stopped working twice, same with our friends, no gates would work with our card and wasn’t told about it until we couldn’t get in.
I feel it’s a little out dated but it’s nice that it is next to airport. You can hear planes so if that’s a problem I would look elsewhere.

The one pool that is open is very nice although half of the water park is a construction zone and has a sulfur like smell. Not a single lamp worked in my room (no overhead light) and when the door to the room was closed there was about an inch gap between the door and the frame which was kinda creepy as a solo traveling woman. Staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.

Neighbors in adjoining room & above us were so loud & had no concern for others. Ended up calling front desk to complain. Doubt anything was done. Frustrated with lack of sleep & ended up leaving at 2am just to get out of there. So disappointed in the stay after this location had such great reviews!

Stayed in a back building this time, room was a bit shabby and there was a metal part of the bed frame sticking out along the side of the bed which I hit my shins on getting in and out of the bed. Have stayed in the main building on other trips which is nicer. Very convenient for an early flght out of ELP.

Rented 2 rooms. Both had mediocre AC. Advertised as included breakfast until 1030. At check in, night manager told us it ended at 10, so we went at 915 to find it closed. Front desk said we should have checked paper included with room key sleeve and wouldn’t offer any sort of credit since it was through Expedia - great satisfaction guarantee. Expedia made it right and gave me a credit.

This is a comfortable hotel and a good value for the money. On an overall basis, I would rate it at 3.5 stars. Clean, neat, not luxury, but solid, dependable and respectable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, exactly what you would expect. Easy access to the city and to the area. Next to the airport, but the rooms are well sound-conditioned, so you don't hear the planes. Great outdoor terrace -- ate breakfast out there, and it was delightful. Looked like a nice waterpark.

I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Customer service people in the front were amazing, my room was great.Only problem was I found hair in the shower and poop.Smeared on the wall. The cleaning ladies started knocking on my door at 10am asked them for more time came back fifteen minutes later knocked again.So we just rushed to leave to check out, But check out was at 11. The pool was beautiful, but dang was a COLD. but overall it was great.

Slide,kiddie pool and hot tub closed. Limited options for breakfast. Hotel restaurant serves breakfast all day (Starting at 4 pm??) our check in was delayed 3 hours, when we got our room we found a pizza crust in the corner of the room and pizza sauce and crumbs on the end table. Furniture was very worn and room had holes in the wall where the door hits. Coffee maker leaked. Gum stuck to the bathroom tile. Overall very disappointed with our stay.

I really enjoyed the size of the room. I was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. The selection was sparse and uninspiring. For fruit there were some bananas, the only options for toast were wheat bread, no bagels or English muffins. For hot items there was the usual watery eggs and soft sausage, neither of which were very good. There were no pastries of any kind and no yogurt options. I left feeling very disappointed with the whole breakfast experience.

The room needs to be updated and remodel. There was water damage in the ceiling by the sliding doors and in the bathroom there is water damage by the shower, there is a lot of stuff thats needs to be fixed. The sink and tub are slow to drain and toilet takes a while to flush down. If i would have gone straight to the room after check-in i would have requested another room. But I check-in and just left was visiting family member in the hospital so got back to the room late.

This hotel is run down and dilapidated. The hot tub, pool, and slide are all closed and shut down. The pool that is open has cloudy water, no towels, and no chairs. Front desk staff is unhelpful and rude.

The staff was very welcoming. A big plus was the ability to walk 5 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The property can definitely use an upgrade though. Its very out dated. The water slide is seasonal. So you may need to call there before booking if you want to use the waterslide. The powdered eggs for breakfast was not good at all.

Room was very spacious with its own living room and microwave and fridge. (Fridge froze our food.) The front desk gave a voucher to get food from onsite restraunt. Rooms were a bit warm. Unable to turn on AC as it is only February. Staff are very polite and helpful. Parking was decent. Beds decent. Rooms carpeted. Breakfest ok. Hot sausage and eggs. Shower water got hot! Would stay again.
