The price was unbeatable for a double queen and a small kitchenette, which also included a free breakfast. The property is in a great location close to the Border Patrol intake center and the airport, which was one of the most important factors, as we were in El Paso to see my son take the oath of office to become a federal law enforcement officer and we needed to drop him off to both of the locations mentioned above. The beds were clean and comfortable but the carpets in the room and the hallways are worn and somewhat dirty. You can see there are signs of wear and tear all over the place and a need for upgrades. But the price and location are unbeatable. There is a pool (it was closed for repair the entire time we were there - 5 days whihc was a bummer as the avg temp was 100 deg) The free breakfast was decent but limited, as you can imagine. Every day there was: 3 cereals, scrambled eggs, potatoes, refried beans, bacon or sausage, waffle makers, juices, coffee, and bread/pasteries. The offerings do not change they are constant which is fine by me. It allowed me to fill up for the day. Breakfast is available M-f 6 am - 9 am and weekends 7 am - 10 am. The grounds are not well kept. The blackout curtains in the room were a little too short and let light in. The night staff were not very friendly and hard to understand (older gentleman at the desk) Teh young ladies at the desk in the daytime were personable and polite. The breakfast attendant was alway busy but not personable.

On Saturday june 6 2026 Check in @ Hawthorne ( Boeing) Was given room 126. Complained to front desk staff of the loud noise coming from the ac unit and. Was changed to room # 159 . I check out on June 11th 2026 forgot a gold bracelet in the second room # 159 Went back to hotel spoke to desk staff,
mentioned . Cleaning staff had left for the day .Nothing was turned in to them .But that they had there own Locker room .To go in the following day . I WENT ALL THE MANAGER A MS. B. GARCIA THAT NOTHING WAS TURNED IN . HOW ? THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ITEM AND THAT NOTHING , WAS TURNED INN FROM THE CLEANING STAFF. IT SADENS ME & MADE ME VERY ANGRY ... VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Property is horrible dirty from the entrance to everything including the room, old dirt carpet and smells horrible dirty. Air conditioning with a very loud sound, room entrance light not working, one lamp light not working, only one used not new toilet paper. I checked out one day earlier since this was a disgusting environment. Will like a refund for the second night.

Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a strong odor (smelled like a hot sweaty Italian kitchen). The air conditioner was turned off, air was stagnant. Turned it on, and it started making noise. Turned in lamp on the desk, and it was flashing. Talk about a vertigo trigger! I immediately went back to the front desk, and requested another room. There were no other King rooms available, so I was placed in a double queen room. Smelled much better.
The hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. The carpet is old, the sink had cracks in it, as did the tub. The pool and jacuzzi were out of service, and the patio just look neglected. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again.

Overall the property is dirty and dated. The room was so dirty I found personal items from previous guest in my room. I tried to talk with one of the manager but the manager was dismissing and rude to me because he wanted to keep having his personal phone call.

Pool and hot tub were drained and not in use, the room itself could have been cleaner, and the overall property needs a refresh/remodel it's all old broken stuff like it hasn't been well maintained. Also, killed a roach in the bathroom. Not a good look. The breakfast was cold I couldn't finish it. But the stay was ok. 5 out of 10 should have been cheaper for what was offered.

Checking in was fast and easy, the location is very convenient. Close to restaurants, some within walking distance. Parking was plentiful and safe. Only disappointment was the breakfast, started late and went downhill from there, coffee was not hot or fresh. Otherwise the staff was courteous and professional.

The hotel is sorely in need of a renovation. We occupied 2 separate rooms and bother were similar states of wear. It just felt dingy and old. The linens were clean and fresh, but the flooring desperately needs replacing. It met our needs, but we will not be back.

Top three of worst hotels I’ve stayed at.

I received a welcome text asking me if there was anything I needed. I replied, saying my shower was lukewarm at best. No response. I spoke with the front desk. I was told to let the water run for a while (this is a city in the desert). No other options offered.

There were water stains and “dirt” smudges in the bathroom. The room was dingy and outdated. The air conditioner rattled all night.

It was cheap and close to the airport. If that’s your top priority, it might be worth it. Had I known it was this poor, I would have spent an extra $50 and booked a better hotel.

Pool was shut down. They stop refilling hot breakfast items 40 minutes before the end of service. Sinks are cracked, exposed pressboard in rooms, overall needs updating. Shampoo barely works. The room was clean and staff were kind. Just maybe more of a 2.5 star hotel.

I left this residence 5 Minutes after checking in , due to the cleanliness of the hotel and the sink and I didn’t feel comfortable washing my Infants bottles in the room, I still have yet to receive the refund I was told by staff it wasn’t going to charge me but it did and i still have yet to receive my money back

Will never stay again. The staff that checked me in are helpful. I asked for Ada room. It was not ada in the bathroom. The room was so small I couldn’t use my wheelchair so I had to use crutches the entire stay. They didn’t provide a seat to shower or a bench or a stand up shower. The pillows were small. The patio had wasps. The entire place needs updated. The elevator rail was broken, holes that needed repair. The wall and ceiling in the room need painting. The vending machine out of order. No mention of the pool being shut down which is why I rented there and of course the pool jacuzzi is closed till who knows when.

I would like to express my opinion, however I was able to stay due to I showed at midnight and my reservation started the following day at
o'clock. I asked for amendment on my reservation and I was told very rude the have no rooms available: SO i crashed and spend the night sleeping in my truck I was too tire to drive around looking for another Hotel, the following day I was lucky and coordinated all my appointments for the same day by COB I called the hotel and Canceled my reservation. I will be back in a couple of weeks but I am going to use another Hotel.
Your particular Hotel left a sour note. Thanks and very sorry .......

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t receive the room I originally booked—instead, I was given a smoking room, which was completely unacceptable. On top of that, there was a terrible sewage smell that made the stay unbearable and even made my daughter feel sick.The room was also located far from everything, making it very inconvenient. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

The room was antiquated, it was hit-or-miss when to turn on a light IF they had lightbulbs in the sockets. The breakfast, and the serving lady, were the ONLY saving grace. The food was hot and delicious and the attendant had more customer service skill than the front desk clerk.

What should have been an easy comfortable stay, ended with me having to check out an hour after arriving and seeking and paying for new accommodations!!! Let’s start with my suite not being available for Maintenance issues on the day of my arrival. I was notified and promised rewards points, which I also haven’t received, and a downgrade to a regular room. I understand that things happen that are out of our control. I’ve been through it and have worked at every level in hotels. But to arrive and be greeted by a young man, with a “what’s up man?”, Is ridiculous! I was not notified that the pool was closed. And upon entering the room I was downgraded to, more disappointment followed. The room had a bed that was sloppily made, used coffee still in the coffee machine, from at least a few DAYS prior, hair in the sink, and a crack in the shower! I only sat on the bed long enough to book another hotel. And now, to boot, I cannot even get a refund!!!! To say that Expedia and Hawthorne have BOTH let me down, SEVERELY, is an understatement!!!!
I am now out even more money from having to book a second hotel, and didn’t even get the rewards to make up for the downgrade at least?!

Hotel is not updated at all. Their “amenities” are not even worth listing. The toilet, shower and room were all showing extreme wear. Terrible customer service. Only offered 1 additional pillow for a room with 2 beds and call with so painful. Would recommend 2/10 in a pinch.

Was very clean beds comfirtable and quiet,area safe a d walk to several good restaurants, Cattle Baron was excellent and next doot as was Applebbe's though I did not eat there. Hotel has airport shuttle,microwave fridge, decebt breakfast n coffe 24/ 7 .3 story with mumtiole elevators. Area was safe and convention cebyer across street. Near by is a military base. Easy to access on Airline road and many shops a d eateries very close by along that multi lane street.
