The property is in a great location and it has a wonderful pool and hot tub. The staff was amazing and such a great help. I was disappointed in the fact that breakfast was less than amazing and most of it was cold and not very appealing. I was also disappointed in the fact that there was mold in the shower and it didn't drain well.

Staff was very nice and welcoming, but there was no housekeeping services for the entirety of our stay. I let front desk know and still nothing was done. I had to talk to them twice about this but I gave up and just asked to receive extra towels since we used the ones that were first placed in the room. Upon check in, I saw there were several long black hairs all throughout the shower and all over the shower gel that was placed in the tub as well. Totally gross!!

The windows were extremely dirty. The rooms had a funky smell and poorly cleaned. In fact we found a quarter on the floor so we are relatively sure they were not vacuumed. One day of our stay the room was not serviced at all and we had to request clean towels. The weekend kitchen staff was not real friendly or motivated. Many breakfast items were cold and the tables were not cleaned. The silverware was literally the dirtiest I have ever seen in an eating establishment anywhere in the world! The breakfast staff on Monday morning was engaged, cheerful, and cleaning constantly.

Breakfast was good, although many items were gone by the time we got there. The room was average, the beds small and uncomfortable. The hot tub was not warm definitely not hot and the pool had murky water. Front desk attendant was friendly. The property definitely needs cleaning. Lobby, hallways were dirty with debris, carpets stained and unraveling in places. Will not be returning.

On the breakfast, we must’ve got there late because there wasn’t much to choose from. I thought we got there at a reasonable time. At the pool. They did not have towels ready for us to use an in the room. We want extra towels because we have Longhair and we like to use separate towels for our hair.. so no towels at all or extra towels

There was pet hair left on the floors. No cleanliness, the beds had black specs on it, don’t know what from. One room the lights flicker and turn off at times.
The bathroom seemed to be cleaned. Hair was left in the tub, and on the counters. Pubic hairs left on the toilet seat.
Chairs are stained and it was damp when we checked into the room.
Dog toys left under the bed. Missing chairs and lamp for desk in one room.
Fire alarm was hanging off in one room. The pool and the pictures online do not look anything like the hotel. Rented three rooms to not be given a refund from this hotel but provided a 50$ after spending nearly 1000$ on the rooms. This is a place that glams up their online pictures, basic catfish is a Motel Vibe

The hotel it self was nice. The only thing I will never return to a hotel that charges your credit card without confirming to the customer the charge. My mom came from out of town a made a reservation at that location. She was with my niece and her dog. I decided to book a room after we spoke with my mother to spend time together. I received a room about 4-5 doors from my mothers room. We really enjoyed our stay but the next day I saw a $40.00 charge on my credit card for a PET FEE for a pet I did not have in my room. My mother had paid the pet fee on her booking. I went back to report the charge to the hotel and the front desk agent told me that there was nothing I could do about it. She had charge my card because she saw the dog with me, which is true but he was not staying in my room. She was rude and yelling at me to leave because there was nothing I could do. She just guess the dog was staying in my room without confirming or telling me at check out which I would of been happy to pay if I did have the dog stayed in my room. It's not about the money , is about the way the front desk agent handle it which was really disrespectful and charging my card without confirming the situation. I will get my mothers booking info and proof the PET FEE was paid by her and fight the charges. I know it's only $40.00 but the way that agent stole it was just wrong.

It is an older hotel. The room was adequate. The plumbing was aged, but adequate. The person next door was either smoking a pipe or vaping on and off all night - despite our complaints to the desk. The smell was very strong. The ventilation was good enough to remove the smell within an hour. We will pay a little more to stay at a newer place next time.

Pool heater wasn’t working and then pool closed. The “game room” is just that. There’s a pool table and table games. Nothing electronic like an arcade. It took several requests to receive clean towels. The beds are terrible. Every time I moved I could hear the spring in the bed.

The pictures definitely make the rooms appear nicer than they actually are in person.

Lipstick on a pig. Grand lobby and cool pool area then the old bones of a 1970s resort set in. Low ceilings, small bathrooms, confusing hallways. Many rooms have windows that used to face an outside walkway which has now been converted to interior space. Lobby and pool would make a great party location but I would not have people stay here. Furniture and such is modern so that helps.

The room was disgusting. The sink was backed up from a disposable razor jammed in it. The shower head was broken & there were long black hairs all over the inside of the shower. No hot water in shower. Because the room was so dirty we chose not to eat our complimentary breakfast there. Also breakfast doesn’t start till 7 which makes it impossible to leaving early to hit the road.

Main issue was that the concierge wouldn't let us check in 30min before 3pm when the hotel had plenty of rooms available. I would understand if it was all booked but we just needed to put out luggage away while we went out for a sunset at white sands. We even checked out early in the morning, what did you have to lose on 30min early check in?

The room was very clean, with crisp white linens & towels. However, the sheets, comforter & towels had a heavy bleach odor. The bed was very comfortable, & loved the pillows. The hotel in general needs a general facelift. It’s seen better days, & a fresh coat of paint with new hall carpet would give the whole appearance at least another star, maybe 2. Location was very convenient, on the frontage road just off the freeway. There are dining options close by, but I didn’t venture out after arriving. Went straight to bed & although my room faced the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet. Only sleep interruption was the next door guest kept slamming the door thru the night. Don’t understand people who do that. The thermostat was set at a great temp. Not too cold, not too warm. I personally appreciated that. Nice & comfy upon entering the room. Overall, I’d stay here again.

The hotel room floor was extremely dirty as I proceeded to clean the immediate floor next to the bed. Black and brown came off into the white towel. The electrical outlet behind the bed, below the headboard was broken with live electrical wires exposed. The sink faucet fixture was extremely loose. The bathroom towel rack was loose and frustrating as an everyday use. The alarm clock was not working and broken.
All of these issues, problems, and safety concerns were addressed to the front desk the next following morning. The young lady in the front desk did not seem to be concerned as did not ask for my room number. My room number was 107. I stayed there from November 13, 2025, to November 20, 2025. Very disappointing as no issues were corrected throughout the week nor was I offered to be moved to another room.
I will not be staying in another Best Western Hotel. Very poorly operated with lack of professionalism.

Overall the stay was good. The rooms definitely arent the same, as the impression you get from the entrance area. Both the shampoo and body wash, wall mounted , containers were empty. The pool was very nice and heated, the staff was friendly, although they seemed to have only 1 person to check in guests, as well as answer the phones . We checked in around 4 and it took a long time. They might want to get a second staff member, so the wait to check in would be faster . Also i was disappointed, that their shuttke service is not 24/7. I booked this motel because we has a flight the next morning at 5. Their shuttle service only starts at 7 am. So then we have to pay for a uber. Which was only $12 but still it be a good thing to mention before people book..

This is an older property but well kept. The outdoor area is nice, the pool, the BBQ area. The bar is a nice touch and the service is amazing. For the most part it’s clean, beds were comfortable, showers were fine. The age shows but it’s still well kept. My only complain was the fact that the lobbies music echoed into the room while I was sleeping. You can hear the people walk by, the ice bucket being filled, the bucket shaking down the hall, the people showering next door. It’s not a deal breaker considering I stayed just because I was passing by, but for the price it was a good stay. I will be staying here again, as long as it’s for a night.

Although the hotel and room were good for the price, the experience was not. The walls are super thin and we were woken up at 2am by the people next us arguing loud and until 3-4am. I called the lobby and let them know and they said they would send security but it didn’t really resolve the noise disturbance. Unfortunately we were not able to rest peacefully and left exhausted. Very upsetting and frustrating.

You can tell this was property is not new the toilet moved when you sat on it. The carpet needed cleaning and the area around the pool needed to be resurfaced. The one good thing about the place was the staff. They were friendly and very professional. Ty hey made the stay worthwhile.

The worst ever.. what was good was the pool that’s it.. everything else not good..

Breakfast is 7-10 my family and I went down at 8:00 and the chef told us what’s out there is left we not making more and there is still 2 hours left of breakfast buffet.. no bread no eggs no bacon no sausage not even milk for cereal.

The rooms our phone room didn’t work we told the front desk and they said “ok thanks I’ll make a note” no towels in room.
Bed sheet were dirty we had to get them exchanged..

Room keys didn’t work 2 time..
rooms smell like old house no one has lived in for years!

Staff let us eat in lobby yet the workers walking around were talking about my kids not staying seated…

The hotel might have been nice back in the day; however, I couldn’t see any conditions in today’s visit that would be described as nice. What was most unsettling is that walking down the hallway in the hotel, you can look into everyone’s rooms. In our room, you could see not only the bed but straight to the bathroom, full toilet visibility from the hallway, which was odd. Also, we could never understand why there were two peep holes on every door. The building oddities a building oddities aside everything was worn down, it was also dirty. In the bathroom, all tile, I could see other people‘s hairs on the bottom of the shower and on the walls. There was a stained dirt line near the bed, which I’m assuming was where the old dust cover used to rest; now it was just left bare and all the paint was chipping. It gave an overall grunge aesthetic. When I was reviewing the pictures posted, these were not the same rooms that I was staying in. I don’t know if they put a filter on the photos they took. But it felt almost like a lie when I walked into the room.
