The suite we got was just about in great condition. The only things that bothered me I could tell the bedding had not been changed as there were fecal stains on the blanket that i unfortunately did not notice until i pulled off the sheets the next day to make sure they were replaced for the next guest. Luckily the stains were on the side that I was not laying in. Breakfast was over by the time my family and I arrived. That was my mistake as I was used to breakfast hours from other hotels. The website does advertise two pools but I’m not sure if one was out of order or I just was not able to access. The hot tub at the main pool by the office was also out of order. The furniture by the pool needs to be cleaned it was very uncomfortable sitting on them as the filth was visible. The staff was great very polite. My kids really enjoyed the stay so much they wanted to move in. It was just minor details that can be fixed.

Once you drive up to this property, you will notice these were apartments that have been changed out to be a hotel. We booked the two king bed suite. The upstairs level was very hot. It had one of those mini split ac's on the inside wall but it still would not get any cooler than 84 degrees. The bottom floor had bugs in the bathroom. The mini kitchen area was dirty. Neighboorhood was okay, aside from the people a few doors to the right blairing their loud music from their car for awhile. Over all not as bad as I have encountered but definitly not a place I would book again.

Had a staycation here and it was everything I needed .. staff is friendly and helpful loved that it gave an apartment feel not so much a hotel vibe. I definitely will be booking again when I need some time away . I had one issue with the AC and they fixed it right away other than that loved my stay there .

Chase Suite Hotel was excellent. They offered everything, from a clean room to a great breakfast, evening social hour, complimentary airport pickup and dropoff.
The rooms are cozy, clean and the hotel staff is so welcoming. Each person working at the hotel ensured that the stay was pleasant and hassle-free.

This is the to-go place to stay when I visit El Paso again.

This property has gone significantly downhill. The room was dirty, damaged and dated. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced. Trash all over the outside areas- didn’t seem like anyone cared. Didn’t receive any of the perks for gold membership, as advertised.

This motel has become overflow housing for the base- so if that doesn’t describe your stay, I would avoid this place. Otherwise, you are dealing with staying up late while they drink and party, getting up at 0500 while they slam doors and stomp above you in their heavy boots and stepping over empty cases of beer, energy drinks, zip ties (?!) and other “party supplies” in all common areas. Nothing against the military; I wouldn’t want to pay $$ to stay in a dorm room either.

Breakfast was folders coffee and extremely limited and unappealing options. We passed on that. Parking was free if you were among the lucky to find a spot- couldn’t use the handicapped parking or any sidewalks - due to all the trucks backed in and completely blocking them with large hitches - grandma was unable to use her walker or move around the property. We only come to El Paso to visit grandma, so we will have to find a better option.

Do Not recommend this place!

I waited almost an hour past checkin time to get into my room apparently waiting for my room to be \"inspected\". In that time i saw the front desk help many other customers and got them checked in immediately. I saw her offer the complimentary wine bottle to another customer but then I had to ask for mine. She never offered me the wifi code, but freely explained it to others checking in. Poor customer service all around.

When finally in room I saw many unclean or falling apart items in the suite. The sink had a major chip missing in it. The unit needs upgrading and better cleaning.

Everything was excellent as per usual. I have watched their GM grow from Front Desk Clerk to GM and as a retired GM myself, find him to be one of the best in the business. He has molded his staff to understand the guests experience and comfort is top priority. I am a 63 year old woman and feel completely safe, secure, and respected at this facility. You cant go wrong booking your stay here.

Beware as the deposit is $200 - $250 a night, which is questionable as this property is very old and it is not prominently posted in the fees. The room was nice, however, there were no shower amenities as there are in new hotels. Asked for more towels at check in and when they did not arrive after a couple of hours, I called multiple times to the front desk with no answer. When the front desk finally answered, they still never delivered. Never received the bottle of wine as stated in the reservation. In the morning I called to ask for a later check out and was only offered 30 mins extra.

Our room was not dirty at all but had a worn feeling. Just a handful of things but noticeable. Eg the shower door made a lot of noise when opening and closing, the towels were a little thin and the toilet flush lever had the end broken off and the room keys wouldn’t open the exterior access gates to the pool area. Not the end of the world but not the best either.

I would stay here again however I was disappointed that my key card kept erasing and I would have to go to the front desk to have them redone. Also my room had a clogged drain whenever the second floor guest would run their water and it would overflow our sink and onto floor. Toilet ghost flushed every 15-20min. I was told that maintenance would be there the next morning, when I returned at 10 PM it had not been done. I had them switched me to a different room. Toilet didn’t flush correctly, the toilet paper holder fell off wall. It would be nice to see some signs that point to the office, the way that we entered the parking lot was very confusing and I had to call the hotel to help me find the office. Property was very clean and staff was extremely nice. The rooms I were in really need updating if you’re going to call them suites.

The front desk threw out a few sandwiches and chips after being asked for the “free social hour”. When asked about the two free beverages, he pointed to the fridge where we had to purchase drinks. He never refilled the sandwiches even though others came in to eat. I had to also ask for my complimentary bottle of wine that was included with my reservation. Dirty sheets and blanket in bag in closet for pull-out couch. Had to ask for enough towels for four and clean sheets. Very disappointed in this stay! Had just left a wonderful hotel where we stayed for over two weeks in Juárez. Very, very disappointed.

We really like this stay. Room was spacious and the environment was peaceful.
Just two small notes: 1) I went to breakfast slightly over 8am, but didn’t see many choices left. Cheese, yogurt, etc. were almost empty and later taken off around 8:30am while the breakfast ended 9am (another sign said it ended at 8:45am, but guests don’t really know unless they went there). 2) It’s lovely to see several cute cats in the yard. At first, I saw three, including a black one, grey one, and a golden one. Later I accidentally saw several more black ones. My building was 16. Maybe this amount of cats can be managed better since I saw them stay around the trash can sometimes, opposite to building 16.

This is a great place to stay. We had plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen to prepare meals in and had room to sit and visit with family. A few cover plates need to be adjusted and outlets need to be flush with the wall for use. The breakfast is just okay.

We booked a suite with 2 rooms 2 bathrooms. The down stairs bathroom had no cold water. Maintenance was unable to fix at the time because they did not have the part needed to repair it until the next following working day (and it was Saturday). Front desk did not asked if we wanted to move rooms, neither did they offer a discount after learning about the situation. When I asked for a discount at check out for the inconvenience of not having cold water in one of the showers, the lady at the front desk said it was out of her hands and she could not give us a discount because we booked thru a third party. I asked to speak to the manager, apparently he wasn't in that morning. 🙄 I tried calling Hotels.com and couldn't find a number on the app to call customer service. 😒 I personally do not recomend booking thru the app instead call directly to the hotel to avoid this type of situation.

It has great potential, but is a decent place to sleep vs being a nice place to stay. Very acceptable but not above 3/5 stars.

Room above had kids running and it was very audible. The tv remote did not work.

Would I stay again, yes, knowing what to expect, but it is not the 8.8 as rated.
