I stayed for a weekend getaway and was looking for peace and comfort. I’m so happy to say that I received both at this property. My suite was so quiet and comfortable and also clean with updated kitchen and bathroom amenities that were very nice. Housekeeping was also very accommodating and kind as well as the front desk staff. I plan to book another stay here and highly recommended to anyone.

The property has been updated, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. It’s in a safe area with plenty of parking, which was a big plus. However, housekeeping was a disappointment. Even after requesting service at the front desk, no one came until the fourth day of our stay. Also, they were surprisingly stingy with toilet paper—we ended up having to go out and buy our own. Overall, decent stay, but the service could definitely be improved.

Overall, excellent hotel to stay at. Very clean and great service. This is the second time we've stayed here for a vacation and highly recommend. Having a full kitchen is a definite convenience and the location of the hotel is great: right where we wanted to be. The beds are definitely firm so something to be aware of if that's a concern for you. Also, showers are somewhat narrow if you're a bigger person but still workable. However, on the whole, the hotel checks all our boxes and we've enjoyed both our stays there.

It started a tiny bit rocky because they didn't read my messages about connecting rooms with my business associate and messed that up. We did not have that. However, the young desk clerk, Star, was incredibly friendly, helpful, sweet and courteous, and went out of her way to make the experience better. Honestly, she should get a raise for her ability to diffuse and turn a rocky situation into a soft and comfortable one. The rooms were excellent too.

Really nice hotel! Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was a lot bigger than expected and the closet area by the bathroom was so nice to have. The breakfast buffet was better than what most hotels offer. If we are ever in the area visiting RI again I would definitely come back to this hotel. The price was was worth what we got.

We mainly use hotels as a place to sleep and a base while we are in the area for something else, ie. visiting NYC or traveling for hockey tournaments. The rooms at this property were like a small apartment, with an actual kitchen! There was also a full breakfast buffet included, and I found the food to be very good as far as hotel buffets go. I liked this property so much that I will start seeking Residence Inns as first choice when looking for a place to stay on trips where the top priority is a place to sleep and serve as home base.

Stayed here plenty of times with no issues. Last night my TV stopped broadcasting at around midnight and did not come back on. I left at 12pm, still with no TV. I called the front desk and they stated it was an issue with the dish company, but upon checking to see if there were any outages in the area, I found there were none. So basically, my room had no TV to view for most of my stay.

It was a nice hotel. The night manager gave me an upgrade to a suite with a fireplace, so that was very much appreciated. I was concerned about the pillows possibly being feather (I'm allergic), and he hand-delivered synthetic ones and fluffed them for me too. The stay was very good. The breakfast was good. The second morning of my stay, I had to leave at 3:45 a.m. and the overnight staff gave me a couple of muffins and a coffee to go. Overall, they were very nice and great customer service.

I checked in at noon. Suddenly at 11 pm. Receptionist had allotted this room with keys to other guest, who entered my room in midnight and infringe my privacy. After this, receptionist call me at the counter and argued that this room is not booked and he does not have details. He asked for my ID again. This property is an old facility and showed its age. The room carpet was smelly and the toilet had flushing issues and to compound it all you get cleaning service only every 4th day. Our request for at least a small room refresh was ignored. The front desk staff were very professional though.

The walls are very thin. The hotel room next to us had a massive party. It was horrible. We had to call the front desk and police were involved. I never had an issue like that before. The front desk moved us and were nice about it, but the experience was tarnished.

Understanding and considering there was a hurricane (Henri) approaching AND COVID-19 concerns, we were still disappointed with the following: the room was lacking some supplies, dirty coffee maker, WET carpeted floor on one side of bed, the freezer had a funky odor, room was not cleaned during our 5 day stay, even though we recvd a notice that it would only be cleaned every 4 days, having to bring wet towels to front desk to exchange for clean, Exercise room had NO cleaning products, and the hand sanitizer outside the door was always empty, same for others around the hotel, the King size bed was smaller than an average King size. Considering the cost and the fact that we were celebrating an anniversary, overall disappointing.

Fully appointed hotel just off of 95
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The check in staff were wonderful, the room was like a whole one bedroom apartment. The breakfast in the morning was a lovely buffet like you would get in Italy and included cheeses, eggs, a variety of breads, fruits, yogurts etc. It is about a half hour from Newport (I thought it was closer) and right off 95 across from a Walmart, Applebees, Cracker Barrel. There is a large movie theater nearby and it is pet friendly. Great place to stop on a road trip. They even have lots of outdoor lounges and indoor ones. Definitely would recommend.

Don’t stay here in bad weather. Satellite TV doesn’t work and it’s pretty boring sitting in a $200 room with nothing to watch on tv. When we checked into our first room we realized it had not been cleaned. There was trash, it smelled like smoke, and there was a pair of blavk panties hanging on the bathroom door. The second room had clogged drains, pet hair in the carpet, and a broken light bulb on the floor (which we found because the dog was chewing on it). Hotel staff were great in helping us through our issues, but there is a clear issue with cleanliness.
