The staff were respectful and accommodating. Checked in at my room in the evening. Everything was clean and orderly no smells, quiet hallways. The next morning I went to shower there was hair on the tub floor and stains on my towel. It wasn’t to the point of unbearable nastiness but stuff I shouldn’t be looking at while checking into a hotel. Other than that my stay was calm and pleasant.

Ice machine was broke in our floor !! When I asked the front desk person what time the pool closes thats when i found out it was broke!!! I asked for some money back on our room he said I cant do thet !!What a good answer

The pool had some kind of white scrub on the surface. It used the skimmer net to clean it. Took 15 minutes. Still lots lot of white bubbles on the surface. Did not look safe so we decide not to go in. The pool was one reason why we picked this hotel.
The safe in the room is on the top shelf of the closet turned sideways. Went to turn it forward so we could use it it and it almost fell off the shelf. Unsafe plus bad location.
Tour buses were there for two of the three days we stayed there and the breakfast room ran out of food

Night Shift staff were exceptionally pleasant and courteous during our late night check-in. I wish I remember the girls name who checked us in. She was very professional and courteous even though she was managing a lot. She took care of us very well. I appreciated how professional she was even though it was late at night. Room and hotel have been recently renovated. It looked like. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Only mention I have is that a smalllampshade and small Part of a shower handle missing on arrival we never got time to report it. Because we got there so late at night and left the next morning. That was room 322. But I am sure that Steve will be replacing it soon. Seems like it was something missing from the remodeling but everything was well. Taken care of. We would stay there again thank you again to the girl at night shift.

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel that deserves to be shared, especially for those traveling late at night. After a long 4-hour drive, I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 AM, exhausted and ready to rest. Instead, I was given not one, but two different keys to rooms that were already occupied. Yes—twice, I walked in on people who were sleeping, understandably upset and confused about someone trying to enter their room in the middle of the night. I had to deal with their attitudes, which I don’t blame them for, and I’m sure they’ll also be leaving negative feedback due to this incident.
What made matters worse is the staff’s complete lack of awareness. No one seemed to know what was going on or which room I was actually assigned to. It wasn’t until I returned to the front desk a second time and firmly demanded the issue be fixed that someone finally took the time to double-check.
Once I was finally in the correct room, I couldn’t even get a decent night’s sleep because the AC unit was extremely loud and made disturbing noises throughout the night.
I frequently visit Providence, but I will not be staying at this hotel again. This experience was unacceptable, especially for a late-night arrival. I strongly urge hotel management to review its check-in procedures and room assignment practices. I also believe some form of refund or compensation is warranted for the inconvenience, the stress caused, and the poor quality of my stay.

We had an excellent stay. The employee that checked us in was so nice and friendly and gave us some nice tips on a restaurant we were going to. It really set the tone for a nice experience. The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked then chaise that was in the room. Very nice addition. Breakfast was a lot better than I was expecting. The heat was incredibly loud, the TV didn’t work, there was no hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers near the breakfast area, and the breakfast food was stale, cold, or totally overcooked or the dispensers were empty. I informed the front desk when we were leaving for the day. He said he would take care of it. When we returned several hours later the bed was made but nothing else was touched. Went back to the same guy at the front desk and he gave us a new room. Ewww will never stay here again.

Our check in time was 3pm. We attempted to check in but were told our room was not ready. There were a lot of people waiting for there rooms, not just us. We didn't get our room until 7:00 pm. I'm typing this not for a refund but as a service to the Franchise to get this place running more efficiently.
