The place was clean, but it said it was a non smoking room but the bedding smelled like smoke and as soon as you opened the door you smelled smoke. If you need a close to the hoghway place to stay, this would work. The owner is very friendly.

This is by far, not a luxury hotel. But they have redone this hotel. It is clean and it is quiet and for the price it is a great deal. I would highly recommend it if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head for a few hours that this is a great place to go

The number one thing I appreciated was how friendly the staff were and how easy check in was made. I loved the artwork on the walls in the room too.
My friend and I also loved that the Inn shared a parking lot with a dinner and enjoyed a delicious breakfast there in the morning.

Basic Room with few amenities

The room itself seemed like it had been fairly recently remodeled but further inspection revealed the room to be not so clean. There was someone's razor parts left in the shower and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The toilet seat was falling off cause it was so loose. Luckily I had a screwdriver to tighten it before it fell off. The maid had come to change the towels but never made the bed. There was no ice and the TV system was too hard to figure out. Also it had wood floors with no rugs so after coming in from the rain there were footprints all over and when I wiped them up the tissues were black leading me to believe the floors were rarely cleaned. For the price paid and the fact that there is nothing nearby to justify the price it was not worth it.

It appeared like there was a room with permanent residents in it at one end of the hotel. Several noisy kids running up and down the porch by the hotel room doors, riding bikes around the cars and screaming. They quieted down around 10pm. Then at 4:30 in the morning these kids were back at it, riding bikes, running by the hotel doors, yelling and banging into the hotel walls. This was the first time I’ve ever called a hotel to demand quiet. The hotel manager handled it and the quiet lasted about 10 minutes .. then mom was out front announcing to the world that she had lost her phone with her screaming brood following close behind. — This hotel was mostly empty. If you were management and you knew you had extremely noisy tenants, wouldn’t you book from the other end of the hotel first? Not here, the only transient guests were clustered down with the noisy folks. Nice. I have to come back to this area for work again in the near future, but I will choose another hotel.

The water was cold in the shower. There was a dirty washcloth left hanging in my room. Room wasn’t prepared at all. No towels provided. Room had a wet feeling. Room smelled. Outlets were broken and cracked. Literally a whole health code and fire code violation. Service was rude and terrible too.

They stay was ok. It was obvious the comforter does not get washed as it had stains on it and the one chair had stains also. The rest of the room was clean. Did wake up at 5am to the people next door's bed banging against the wall if you know what I mean. Cindy's diner, highly recommend since it's basicaly in the same parking lot and not affiliated with the hotel. Food was really good.

Very average facility. Had to ask for a roll of toilet paper at 11PM. The maid was in that day, she should have handled it. Had a problem at check out, paid twice, once in cash and once on card. Difficulty at first, eventually received cash back.

The property was near where I was performing the funeral and at the going rate for a room. The bed linens were clean and ready to go great big oversized towels. The pictures on the website are nothing like what the room was like. It was small. the floor was not vacuumed. the furniture was shaky and ready to fall apart all because the screws were never tightened. Finally most important the staff was rude and not helpful at all.

The worst hotel experience in my entire life

The owners were extremely prejudice towards us and forced my two relatives to purchase a separate room for the night even though they had only intended on coming into our room briefly to change their clothes and get ready for an event we were all attending that night, and also threatened to call the police if we had them enter our room.. The blanket we had on the bed was similar to the fabric of a curtain, and no comforter. It was a very uncomfortable stay and we couldn’t get any rest due to the conditions

Upon check-in the receptionist was so rude, threw the room card at me, had no type of customer service. The room was gross. Lopsided bed, smelled of whatever died in there, broken furniture, hair balls on the floor. This motel is not for comfort and cleanliness. I checked in and checked right back out and paid the same price to go to extended stay.

I made reservations for two nights , smoking room. It was easy and quick to find my reservation uppon check-in. The Owner and staff are very friendly and respectful. I couldn't get over how clean my room was especially for a smoking room. Wanted to leave staff a tip! It didnt have that after smell of someone smoking previously. It was like I got a non smoking room !! Comfy bed with the adjustible temperature fan blowing on you was a bonus! Cable tv with alot of cable station's, wifi was great! Small fridge and microwave in room. No complaints every time I stay here. Convenience of a diner Walking distance from your room. Also a grocery store across street. Very much recommend staying here!

Property is neglected. Wallpaper coming off walls and clear packing tape used to attempt a repair...fail. Toilet rocked on its base. Shower dripped all night. That said, housekeeping did a great job as the room was clean and tidy... with daily service. Decent enough for the rate.

Two adults had to survive with one towel, One soap etc..

The rooms are dirty. The carpet is so filthy that my white socks needed to be thrown away. The refrigerator still had left over food in it. The toilet paper holder was torn off the wall and the towels are gray and thin. A resident who lives in the motel greets you half naked and drunk. Run away from this motel and save your money.

Pros:
Cheapest place we could find that didn’t have bed bugs. The maid was super friendly and helpful. The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly.
The mini fridge in the room had a lot of space, more than what you would expect. The AC worked well, we stayed nice and cool throughout our stay. A great thing about this place is that someone is on duty 24/7 if you need something. Also, there are cameras that actually work too.

Cons:
The owner’s mother was extremely rude and unpleasant. Do yourself a favor and try not to interact with her at all. Just wait until the owner is on duty if you need anything. One of the doors looked as if it has been kicked in. The door leading into our hotel room no longer fit the door frame correctly and it wouldn’t seal when you shut the door. The original comforter we had felt like a curtain. The second blanket was much better but we had to ask for another blanket. The toilet seat was loose and some of tiles were cracked.

As long as you understand what you’re getting, it’s a good place to stay that is clean.

Had to ask two days in a row for towels-they were so dingy grey and thin that a person needed two! Some of the staff was very helpful and pleasant, some not so much. Very small rooms. Good location, no amenities, but the diner next door was great for meals.I booked online, and when I checked prices on the day I checked in, it was about $40 less than when I reserved the room.

The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was adequate. However, there were several issues with service and the room:
- Upon check-in, the clerk (evidently the mother of the manager) had poor command of English and of the procedures; she did not know that I had already paid for the room via Hotels.com, and she had to call the manager on the phone to confirm that.
- The layout of the (corner) room was poorly-designed: the sink was at the opposite corner of the room from the bathroom (toilet/shower); several fixtures (coat-hanging rod, towel rod) had been installed in inconvenient spots where they interfered with other things; the toilet was inconveniently positioned with regard to the wall and tub.
- There were two enormous pieces of seating furniture that didn't fit the decor/style of the rest of the room, including a semi-couch that impeded access to the entry door.
- We had booked a stay for 4 people in the room, but only 2 bath towels had been provided (I was able to get more from the front desk). One of the towels had extensive stains that had not been bleached-out.
- The front desk staff provided confusing and inaccurate directions about the WiFi in-room availability (I was eventually able to figure it out).

This is a solid budget hotel. Facilities were clean and not rundown. Everything worked and came as advertised. Bare bones but good place if you just want a bed. There is a diner right next door and it is a good location. I used it as a base for trips to various parts of RI. I'd stay here again if I come to the state.

Room, including the bathroom, was clean and in good condition. Plenty of hot water for a shower or bath and the A/C unit was quiet and kept the room comfortable, in spite of very hot weather. TV worked well with lots of stations. The bed was about average in terms of comfort. Coffee (but no decaf) and ice were available, but no other beverages we could find. No continental breakfast offered.

Bed bugs! It has bed bugs, as ive seen abd been bit. The fridge is also very dirty. How do you get hair in the fridge? Has stains, also not cleaned out from previous customers use. It looks clean, but dont be fooled.
