Breakfast is wonderful setup with very good quality on food served! The room layout is good and spacious. The location of the hotel is excellent with easy to access around.
The only thing needs to improve is the valet parking service which should be setup with more staff especially at the busy time ( like the brown family weekend). Sometime there is only one person available that makes the process slowing. Btw the workers there are working with their best effort and friendly most of the time!

The only bad thing I would say is that the trash from the previous guest(s) was still under the kitchen sink. Room appeared clean otherwise. Breakfast could be improved a bit. The eggs are kind of tasteless.

All were friendly and helpful. Mariah was a stand out. We appreciated her bubbly and accomodating personality. She got us checked in early which was so appreciated. I stayed at this property with a new born and two dogs and I was very impressed. The hotel was very dog friendly with only a one time fee for the whole trip instead of a nightly fee like other hotels. The sound proofing between rooms was phenomenal. My parents were one room over and then did not even hear the baby crying at night time. The area is extremely walk-able and directly in downtown Providence. Just be aware that the only parking is a 38$ overnight valet. However with that you can take your car as many times as you want with no extra fee and the area was so walk-able that we found that we did not even use the car most days.

I had a great stay at the Residence Inn in downtown Providence. The location is super convenient—an easy walk to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. One small surprise: there are no ice buckets in the rooms, so you have to use your own cups to fill ice from the machine, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
