Overall a pretty poorly kept hotel. The room was technically clean but definitely worn down, holes in the carpet, chipped paint, etc. I walked out into the hallway at one point and there was water leaking from the ceiling in multiple places. The thermostat does not work so the rooms are saunas with no way to adjust. Front desk staff was polite but never around so if you need something be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for assistance. There are definitely better options around for comparable prices.

Well, to be honest, if there was a 1/2 star rating, that is what I would give it. We were there for our granddaughter's dance competition 2 miles away .Beds were clean enough. Furniture about 25+ year old, scratched and worn. No kind of breakfast whatsoever. Rear entrance doors were broken and therefore open all night. Didn't make me feel very safe or secure. Some of the guests obviously had received vouchers and just were not very friendly looking. the parking lot was littered with trash The real kicker were the cockroaches in the bathroom. My recommendation would be to stay somewhere else. Pay the extra.

This place was, for lack of a better word, a dump. Honestly, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stinky, unsanitary rooms, questionable housekeeping, broken furniture, dirty appliances, collapsing drop ceiling tiles, peeling wallpaper, gross stained carpet, back breaking mattresses, and staff that couldn’t care less.

Upon arrival our room featured stale cigarette and weed smell. First person we spoke to at the front desk apologized but wasn’t able to offer any solution. Told us it must’ve been our neighbors but they can’t force people to follow the rules. Offered to have maintenance go in and do an ozone treatment of sort the next day while we were off property. I suspect that did not happen as our room still smelled when we returned. We requested a new room, and while folks on duty were reluctant to accommodate this, they did put us in a different room. They did not offer an apology for the inconvenience.

Next room was slightly better, but still very dumpy. Collapsing ceiling tiles, dirty microwave and mini fridge, broken TV. Randomly at around10:30p the whole room started smelling like burning incense? (Like, honestly WHY?!) it kept me awake for quite a while. I’ve never been so happy to be home and able to sleep in my own bed tonight.

Idk. I’m not normally a complainer, but this was so bad it warrants a warning to future unsuspecting prospective bookings. Stay away! It’s gross here.

Clean room but very dated. Old carpet, furniture from the 1980’s. It snowed while we were there, yet the parking lot wasn’t cleared until almost noon. They only applied salt to the iced over parking lot only after my husband fell three times going to our car. The management was very quick to point out we couldn’t sue (even though we never mentioned suing) after we informed them about this safety issue.

The room was missing tissues, had light bulb out in bathroom & the heating system was messed up- either too hot or too cold with temp set at 72. Also, fire alarm went off, guests had top go outside in cold & we were never provided with explanation as to what happened.

I brought my wife to the hotel to avoid the construction in our home. We stayed three days. We were quiet and had no issues, we are in our 70s and late 60’s. I called the hotel at noon and told them I made a reservation to extend another day and would be there in an hour or longer. When I arrived, which was after 14:00, there was no one at the front desk. Yet as soon as I arrived in the room, I got a call informing me that I would be charged a late fee and I must leave. After speaking directly with the manager at noon, I was shocked to get this call! I had a reservation. No discussion about my reservation. Simply get out! When I told the manager I had a reservation, he claimed there was no reservation. There was a reservation, for the next day. I made a mistake online. I simple review would have demonstrated I had made the reservation. A hotel should never treat its guest like this!! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Upon check-in there was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker and a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. On top of the room being dirty, I was double charged for it. I called and they admitted the mistake and said they’d credit me back immediately. They didn’t. Now taking it up with my credit card company. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that the bed was comfortable.

The room is so dirty that I can’t keep my feet on the ground. The chair is old and dirty that I worry for bedbugs. The washroom floor and bath is dirty. Not worth the amount paid for 2 nights and I could not sleep there the 2nd night. We had to pass a night somewhere else. I will not recommend

The room was clean but judging from its condition, the rug was a challenge.

The heat was always on. I was able to turn off the fan, but that element was always very warm even though it was in the off/less warm position.

As a result of always being too warm, I opened the windows, which I was unable to close again using the crank. I had to draw it in manually until it caught the lock. Maintenance did close it for me once.

When I checked in, the very nice and competent young woman was able to use my card, but there was another subsequent process that she was unable to complete without calling 2 different people. We were at the counter for over 20 minutes.

The young man who managed the desk the following day, was very excitable, but was able to earn me a couple of discounts in the process of correcting my original reservation, which was incomplete, apparently. Give him a raise.

They had circuit breaker problems the last night so
no tv and only dim emergency lights in hallway. Also
woke up to water dripping in the bathroom, went to
check it out and part of the ceiling collapsed. This
is the oldest part of the hotel so will give a pass but
won’t stay in this part of the hotel again. I have stayed
in other parts of this hotel with no issues except noisy
neighbors.

Oh my word! The property description is NOT reflective of what we stayed in! I felt like I was in a crime scene with slimy things hanging from the ceiling. The bedding was awful and I dare not even walk barefoot and the chairs and sofa were disgusting, ratted and not to mention the entire place had long term living and reeked of herbs. ! 0stars

I was in the back lot and at night I felt I definitely needed to be on my guard. I was put in a handicap room and I am not handicapped. The shower was almost impossible to use. I did not see anyone during my stay or receive any kind of service to my room. I was not told about the additional $100.00 charge when I booked my room or that I would not receive a refund at the end of my stay even though I did not have any additional services. I think I should have been informed when I booked my room.

I knew we were at an older hotel so I expected older finishes & furniture
But with that said the room condition was very poor
Dust caked on the light fixtures
Stains on the wallpaper
Dust & stained window dressing & broken crank on window (handle / crank came off into my hand detached from window
Old carpet
Bathroom cleanliness could of been better
I chose Wyndham Ramanda for brand loyalty & prior experience with other wyndham locations .
Nit all the same quality across the board

The room was very musty and had no AC. Only one of the windows opened and we had to get a staff member to manually open the other. All of the furniture was very dated and dusty. The bedding and towels were clean but had the same vaguely musty smell. The staff was nice enough but this place is definitely a hole in the wall in need of a renovation!

The pictures on line do not reflect the current hotel rooms. If you look at the pictures there is a phone from the 80’s? on the bedside table. The carpets throughout the hotel are stained and dirty. The bedside tables were in terrible shape, stained, dirty with some kind of lacquer over the damaged areas, that I could not imagine putting anything on them. Big water stain on ceiling over bed, ceiling was bulging also in that area. Chairs throughout sitting areas were stained, torn. I tried three rooms. I couldn’t stay there. Between bugs in the tub, smoke/pot smell in another, the furniture and carpets did me in. The rooms were dismal and very worn. Wall paper peeling off the walls. The staff person was so nice, but I could never ethically refer someone here. The lobby looked nice and the lobby entrance to the event space looked nice. If they could take out the carpets everywhere and update furnishings in the rooms it would be so much better.

Friendly checkin experience. Happy to find a gym but the elliptical and bike need maintenance/repair. No towels or cups for water and wall paper was peeling. Treadmill worked but old, rusted and filthy. Lovely large vase and large woven rug on the wall were impressive art pieces on display.

Cigarette burns in linens and excessive burns in carpet for a non-smoking room reservation. Dirty carpet. Bugs in room. Unclean woodwork in bathroom. Bathtub faucet leaked making dripping noise constantly. Supposedly no rooms available to switch. Room too cold and front desk only provided with 1 extra blanket. No daily housekeeping service to room. Had to request towels from front desk. No linen change.

I would not recommend this location and will not be staying there in the future. Cost is more than other Inns in the area that would provide housekeeping.

Rude front desk staff. Rude female bartender in adjacent restaurant.

We were utterly disappointed at the state of unsanitary conditions in the room. There was mold in the air vents. There were stains on the walls. We were disgusted by sticky residue on tables and walls. The carpet clearly had not been vacuumed as evidenced by the debris on the rug. The drawer poles were falling off of the nightstand and dresser. Ceiling tiles were a jar along with a residue coming from them. We immediately checked back out and requested a refund.

The room was not at all like the pictures. A lot of things in my room was broken and I took pictures just to make sure I was not going to be charged for it because they take a $100 deposit. I asked them to check my room but told me the housekeeping will. I just informed them that I took pictures of the room when I first arrived. It says no smoking but I could smell smoke in the hallway outside our room. You can hear all the noise from all the people on sides. I believe this is because our room had a King bed but had two doors to two neighboring rooms. This made for no privacy. The last thing I was not happy about was in the morning I was putting my cloths on and I heard a knock at the door and when I went to the door the guy was already trying to come in. It was not 11am yet. I have never had this kind of experience. I will not ever return.

The room and hotel itself was very dated. The sink was gross and when we ran the shower, the water backed up and you were standing in a puddle of who knows what. Bed was comfortable and otherwise clean. Many old stains in the carpet and hallways. The people working the front desk were very kind.

Very disappointed! Scents of mildew permeated the room. There was evident mold
On walls, windows that didn’t open to get fresh are, and disgusting stains on chairs, rugs and walls. We were going to spend the night after an attending a party in the reception hall, but decided to drive many hours in the am because conditions were terrible!

We needed a room to stay overnight, and this place was closed by to where we needed to be.
Checked in was easy. Room was dated, wallpaper is peeled away and old looking. Room was dirty, there were candy wrappers still by our bed. Did anyone swept the room?
Checked out was also easy.
Would I recommend this to my loved ones? No.

This is a tired, sad little hotel. Clearly management has given up on this hotel. Upon arrival there were no towels in the room, a broken drain in the tub, a damaged tv remote and a shabby interior. The final straw was the black hairs in the tub and bed. The staff was nice enough to move me to a different room...twice. The sheets hadn't been washed and the surfaces were dirty. I will never stay here again.

The rooms aren't bad, they're spacious, The bedding is very comfortable, the bathrooms are updated, and its very clean. They do need to update the rooms with new furnishings. They have a nice restaurant inside the hotel and the food is great! I do recommend staying here. Its affordable. The Nada Lada Ramada.
