First,The room was excellent. On the first moment i arrived, the associate was mean. She wouldn't let me use the restroom or hold my bag or didnt say welcome.
Second, i think your breakfast choices could be better. Grab and go. By the time you came at 7:30 nothing was left.
Third, the people in the room above me were so noisy at 1:30 in the morning. Made it difficult to sleep.
Too bad, it was centrally located and hope next time things will be better.

We had to stay there for a dance comp, so weren’t really looking for anything super nice, just sleeps able. Well, not this place. It was horrific ~two men were fighting outside as we drove up and the cops came, one man was arrested~ whose mother lives on property😳FILTHY room, hair on bed and BLOOD splattered on desk. We left immediately. I was absolutely mortified. NEVER AGAIN.

They did not have the room we had paid for. The hotel and the hallway smells like weed and urine. The room had no cabinet doors on them. Dresser drawers were missing. There were no blankets on the bed. We to call the front desk and go pick them up. When we pick them up, they were not even folded and had pieces of hair weave stuff to them. Also, there was no breakfast provided for the guest as average. No hairdryer in the bathroom one in the bathroom. This was the first time we ever stayed in an extended stay hotel, and we never will ever again.

We requested pans, plates etc for our room so we could cook in there. The hotel has no silverware, we only got one bowl, and the toaster was filthy. We read that we’d have a continental breakfast beginning at 6:30am and I wake up early so I went down to get some breakfast but right at 6:35 nothing was left. I went down a couple times and it was the same way every time until two days ago when we went down there extremely early trying to get something to eat and then we saw the little amount of food being put out there for all of us guests. I counted 6 nutrigrain bars, and 5 muffins. Nothing else but coffee but less than 10 total packets of sweeteners for the coffee including sweet n low, sugar, and the yellow but all the packets together was less than 10. I’d turn in our dirty towels in exchange for some clean ones and it was not a one for one swap whatsoever. Then, I ran downstairs to get a roll of toilet paper this morning but the girl said they’d run out so I had to ask her to substitute and give me a box of tissues because they will not give us two rolls so we have plenty but instead each day I had to come down to pick another up. Also, the hotel elevator was taking a long time and I think it was clear after I heard enough people saying it wasn’t always that slow. Other than that it was a decent stay for the price though.

Hotel was dirty. Homeless people were sleeping in the lobby and lurking around the property at all times. It smelled like an animal shelter in the lobby and cigarettes in my room. Our room was barely cleaned and the shower and bathroom were obviously not cleaned.

The hotel room was in need of many updates and repairs. The chair at the desk was ripped. The faucet in bathtub was running and wouldn’t stop. The mirror in the bathroom was worn and needed to be replaced. The bed was so uncomfortable. No hairdryer. The kitchenette had no supplies. And they had an ironing board and no iron. It also felt very unsafe. And our bathroom door don’t even close, The “safety” latch on the door was broken.

The bed in the room was terribly uncomfortable like in a dorm room, the hallways amelled like burnt food and cigarettes, and the security downstairs is riduculous. You can't have a guest privately unless you come downstairs in front of everyone to let them in. No discretion whatsoever. Bunch of people alwaysnoutside the doors chainsmoking cogarettes all night. Will not stay here again

From the Boston area and headed to Providence for the night. The location was easy for our plans. We arrived at the exact time for check-in. (Maybe 15 earlier) the rooms weren’t ready and they asked us to wait which turned into about 45 minutes just about of waiting before we can fully check in and get to our room. There was a woman in the lobby that has been there for an extended period of time on the phone in a fight with someone yelling profanities no one said anything. Upon finally getting to our room which was clean the blinds are broken so I had the parking lot lights blaring in all night. A lot of the doors to get into the building or having issues so all night long being on the ground floor, we heard the doors banging as people entered an exit the building at some point in the middle of the night they were people outside in the parking lot arguing. There was never information given for the free Wi-Fi that was advertised or the breakfast that was supposed to be included when we left in the morning. I did not see anything. The staff at the desk didn’t really seem too friendly, which made me uncomfortable to say anything at all considering I didn’t sleep at all. I could’ve saved myself money and just drive back to Boston in the middle of the night.

Could not fill requests for amenities that were advertised. Out of silverware and plates, we received only 2 plates and 2 forks, no cups, no cookware. Could not fill requests for toilet paper. Fee breakfast was empty and not refilled multiple days. Advertised room as queen bed and couch, room had two beds. Wifi was spotty at best. TV would not connect to wifi. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was basically a half way house.
I was harassed by a shady character outside.
The room was disgusting and not as advertised.
Walls were paper thin and i could hear the domestic abuse that was gasping nextdoor clearly.
The upstairs guests kept me up for 3 nights dragging furniture around and having their kids screaming/ parkouring off the furniture. Told management and they did nothing about it. And the so called breakfast they provided was old coffee and a nutragrain bar.

The room was dirty and the physical space looked like someone had trashed it recently. A kitchen drawer had been destroyed with the pieces left behind. Thete was a whole the size of a fist in the bathroom door, and stained and dusty loose slip cover on the only chair, dirt on the night side table and the mattress, which moved the moment I sat down showed filthy surfaces wherever the frame had a flat service. The walls were scarred with what looked like a blunt instrument. I left 20 minutes later despite having paid for 2 nights. It was located in an area where I wouldn't have walked after 4 in the afternoon, when businesses shut down.

the room was clean, but the 2 chairs they had in the room, one of them the seat had rotted almost completely away, the other was just plain old and both of them should be in the trash - for 5 days we didn't sit on either one. The staff at the front desk was pleasant for the most part. There were too many peo[le hanging around outside of the door and even in the very small foyer.

The lobby is probably the only nicest thing I can say about it as my experience was poor. The room was not clean, I had a stained bed, the chair was scratched up, the wall was dirty, and the blinds were damaged. I couldn’t take off my shoes at all because it is so dirty. Im grateful for the staff at that hotel that were helpful in every way they can be.

This property was less than desirable. Upon driving in, the parking lot was filled with trash/litter in most areas. The room had a missing drawer in the kitchen area, a hole from someone punching it in the bathroom door. The rooms had long term residents who had pets who made a lot of noise. Additionally our room was along the highway and the windows did not block any of the noise from the constant noise from highway.

Expedia is terrible. Last 2 flights they sold me seats that I paid for. They sold my seats before the flight. I could not get a confirmation number until 5 hours before my flight. Total scumbags! Pretty sure there was a One-Way Mirror in the bathroom (it failed the fingernail test)

At around 2am I was woken up by people yelling at each other and then at other guests. They were clearly trying to start fights and kept this up for over 45 minutes.

The bed was not a queen, it was definitely a full. It was really thin and lumpy.

Sheets were course and had stains on them.

Blinds were broken.

Parts of the wall had the drywall completely removed.

There was no breakfast available when I left in the morning.

NOT in a safe area of the city. The building itself had a bad smell throughout: stale smoke and cooked food smells. Many people were smoking right outside the door, as well as in the entryway. I left immediately upon arrival and when I told a local about my experience, he said, \"Branch Street?! Never go to Branch Street!\" Lesson learned.

This is a no frills hotel with what seems like homeless people provided with hotel accommodation on a long term basis. The facility is dirty and smells like cigarettes. There is a lot of yelling that happens at all hours of the night and the front desk is nowhere to be found half the time. Don’t expect any soap, shampoo, or clean towels upon arrival.

Hotel is in very poor condition, very beat up, very dirty. Room was really beaten up with rips and gouges in furniture, fixtures & floors. TV has streaks and dark spots. Many guests complaining at the front desk at check in about various problems. Offered breakfast was only some stale coffee & a few plastic wrapped muffins. Very poor. Seemed to be understaffed and overrun with issues. The place is in bad need of renovation. The carpets in the hall were particularly nasty. Gross place and especially disappointing for the above average cost. Not a bad location though. Convenient to a lot things.

* Good location - right off Interstate 95 (but see below)
* Plenty of parking
* Price is moderate

However there are several things off with this prorperty:

* Location: Being besides I-95, it does gets noisy starting
early morning through late night.
* Smell: Strange foul smell from the bathroom that gets
into the entire room (Cannabis or whatever), which
eventually goes away after both the bathroom fan and
A/C are on for a while.
* Cleanliness: Several towels had stains in them, Full
sized sofa bed had a soiled sheet. During my stay I
saw a small cockroach and a large spider in the room.
No free room service (comes with an extra charge) or
stay of 7+ days (Weekly).
* Service: No additional soap bars, no body wash, no
conditioners, no extra pillows even upon request. TV
remote was missing from the room, it took 2 days to get a
working one.
* Breakfast - since when did bland coffee + packaged
blueberry muffins = Breakfast?

As i remodel a tenant bathrooom, i places them in the extended stay in what ithought from the pictures was a nice two bed room. Tenants reported that at night there was domestic violence calls, people just hanging out around the property which made them feel unsafe. Once inside the bathroom toilet seat was broken, blinds broken, mold in the ceiling, dirty vent, cabinets missing doors just very poor conditions. Once made aware of the condition i made reservations at a different hotel. Awful experience for my tenants to have experienced.

There is nothing to do here. As soon as we crawled in bed the fire alarm went off so we had to wait for that to be cleared by firemen. Then we got no sleep because of people screaming in the hallway and people above us making noise all night. In the morning we found cockroaches in the sink. Pretty sure I was bit by bed bugs.

My room was in terrible disrepair, although the plumbing was good. Walls with gashes. An entire drawer from the kitchen cabinet was missing. The shower curtain was covered at the bottom with black mold. Homeless man was sleeping overnight on a picnic table. The entire neighborhood seemed to be not safe or desirable.

I stayed here because I refused to spend $400 a night downtown. For $150 a night, however, I expected a lot nicer place.

The manager / aftendant allegedly inspected the room prior to going to the room and the sheets and blankets were from the previous occupants. The towels were wadded up and dirty. I had to remake the beds myself and there were no pillow cases and the clerk asked me to bring the old linens down to him. I sen the same message to Extended Stay. With no reply. I will never recommend Extended stay and use other hotel sites in the future.

Room was clean but that’s probably the only positive thing. Housekeeping was scarce, towels were dirty and the room only came with one set of towels. When I asked for more they brought me some dingy stained blue towels because they were apparently washing the other ones. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in days. Definitely won’t be staying there again unless it’s my only choice
