Dont stay here if a soccer team is.....parents were drunk in lobby, kids were playing tag in the hallway and banging on doors including mine. Couldnt use the pool because there were at least 50 people in it from that group. Poor front desk girl was very nice but she had no control over any of it. Security was definitely needed as it went on all night. No one of able to get pancakes in the morning because a group of 11 yr olds were making plates of 25 pancakes and then using all of the butter and syrup and then of course not eating them. Breakfast person kept replacing the pancakes but they continued with their antics and the parents did nothing. This was convenient to our location but it ruined our trip

Room was average at best. Hotel itself was dimly lit. Towels in the bath were thin and yellow. We’ve stayed at BW hotels in the past and this is not one of the better ones. Not worth the $300 price tag for a one night stay.

I’ve been to this property before and it wasn’t as bad as this time. Breakfast was extremely limited. There was nothing there and had to take my young son out for breakfast the first morning. The send morning was the same. I noticed other guest scraping the bottom of the pan for eggs. And so for a hotel that says their breakfast is complementary, it wasn’t there. The one night thing that happened was my son and I lift the room WITH the do no disturb sign on the door. Not only did they enter my room but while “cleaning”, they through out the untouched lunch I bought for my son and I. I had to yet again go out to get lunch for the two of us. I’m so angry, but kept it together. I am done with this property. Never again!

The toilet was clogged and the front desk staff was asking me to unclog it myself. When I told her it should be hotel's responsibility, she said there was no maintenance currently and she would have done it for me, but she was busy now with attitude. This is so unprofessional. How can they ask a custom who just checked in to unclog the toilet for them???

Property is an excellent value option for quick access to Providence RI if you have a car. There are plenty of restaurant chains and/or local alternatives withing a 2-3 mile radius. There is also as shopping center within this radius with Walmart, Target and many of the other usual suspects. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are simple and quiet. My ony complaint are the pillows as being too high. Recommend they include two types of pillows.

The second room we were moved to was okay, but the outside the window were scaffolding which for my son wasn’t present. However overall we had a good stay and would return and recommend it.
