I would like to speak with someone about a redund or credit to my acount. I was unable to stay the last night due to no power and no elevator from the 5th floor. All my refrigerated items were lost and that was our dinner and desssert as well as the milk to drink. The first morning we were given access to a different room to shower in and get ready for a funeral and were told all things would be good by 9am. We returned from the funeral at 430 pm and still no power. After walking up the 5 flights again i had to the leave once i figured we had to go out again for dinner anyways. We also booked this propert for the hot tub which was out of order after the funeral as well.

Well I had to speak to the front desk. The reason why is we had people up over us doing gymnastics and loudly talking (enough that you could hear ever word. This went on from 10pm to 3 am last night. The night before a guest started on my daughter and son-in-law in the pool area for no reason at all. This guest also confronted another guest. The front desk would have given us some kind of a refund but we booked through you. The staff and grounds were great.th

When you walk into the hotel it smells good, looks great , the young lady in the front desk was nice. Room was very clean .

But !!! When I checked in I gave the young lady my credit card . I thought I placed it in my wallet which I didn’t I must off left on the counter . So instead of letting me know I left it , no someone took my credit card . Then the room was freezing. I set the temperature left to my event cake back the system reset it self to 60 degrees, mind you it was in the signal digits feel like it was -2. I set temperature went to bed, well I had to get up four times through out the night to fix it was cold … plz check the panel !! Nice hotel but needs some improvement in roomdc

While staff were very friendly the following made us cancel our 2026 xmas reservation at this same Hapton Inn.

1. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a cement brick. Mentioned it to staff Weds. am with no response to help issue. We woke all 3 mornings with pain in our backs and necks as even the pillows were useless without enough stuffing. We were lucky to get about 4 hours sleep a night.

2. Ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night.

3. As my husband went out for a walk Tuesday pm he came back to see dog poo in the hallway heading to the elevator. YUCK. Also saw some the next day in a different area.

4. Breakfast has gone way done hill from previous visits to Hampton Inns. No fresh fruit bowl, limited toppings for waffles, black bananas etc. I must say I appreciated the kitchen worker on Weds. shifts who was very helpful in making a cheese omelet instead of the items that were offered that both had meat in them.

5. Friday morning while coming down hall for breakfast a different kitchen worker was petting a dog for a few minutes( with no plastic gloves on) only to go back in the serving area and w/o washing her hands or putting on gloves put bread, bagels etc. for customers to eat. Doesn't RI have health laws about sanitary practices when sering food? You do not pet an animal and then serve food etc. w/o sanitizing hands.

6. Not staffs fault but your rooms are too small for 2 to eat breakfast in room during flu season. At xmas we will be now staying at

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Bed was very firm with annoying pillows. The air conditioning would turn off all the time and would not get the room cooled down to where I was comfortable. Water pressure was weak. Breakfast wasn't great. Ended up eating breakfast out one day to get something better. Overall the hotel was clean and safe, but with no comforts.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and well maintained. There are ample breakfast options each morning. Our room was clean and quiet with a good number of towels provided. The gym is nice and well equipped. There was a refrigerator and coffee machine in our room. Ample outside parking and restaurants and markets close by. We didn’t interact with the staff very much but they were friendly and pleasant.

Not bad, but not one of the better Hampton Inns

Electrical outlets almost everywhere we wanted them. Night stand on left side only had a USB-C charging port, no 120v outlet. Room was clean & quiet. The blackout shade did a great job.

Too warm for me, up multiple times a night. No back pain.

Bathroom: Toilet low. Would be problematic when travelling with aging parents. Good lighting for shaving and make-up. Appreciated the shelf at the back of the vanity.

Breakfast: Worst we've had in a Hampton Inn. Breakfast meats awful. French toast pieces and pancakes with apple filling had hard chewy bits to them. The timer on the left waffle maker didn't work. Guests who knew would warn others, and the staff occasionally did as well, but some people had overcooked waffles. Coffee area only had regular, decaf, and hot water for tea. We missed the dark roast. No variety for tea bags. At one point, it was filled with all green tea bags. Had breakfast grab bags at the front desk. Don't know what was in them.

Has a large hot tub as well as the pool, which was nice.

There are a couple tables outside the laundry area where someone can have a smoke without feeling like a 2nd-class citizen. There's a disposal column at the door, but no ashtrays. So bring something with you that will work as an ashtray.

Staff everywhere was pleasant, friendly, and helpful when we needed it.

Had enough parking. Spots are a little narrow. If you have a car with large doors, park strategically.

Great Stay in a Comfortable Suite

We booked the suite and were very happy with the experience. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious—perfect for three people. The pullout bed was a great option and surprisingly comfortable. The main bed was also very cozy, and we all got a good night’s sleep. Plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back.

The next morning the used towels were not taken despite having a joining room with both inside doors open.
There was a problem with the keys as each key would only work one time for 304. Same thing happened with the replacement keys.

Last minute weekend stay

Very clean hotel. Everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and offered a nice variety. We brought our dog and they gave us a room close to the side exit/entrance so that we could get outside quickly for bathroom runs. They also had a list of emergency vets if needed.

The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly and attentive. It was clear that they truly cared about their property. The room was well appointed with everything being clean and functional, and there was an abundance of outlets and power ports for charging devices. The gym was open 24 hours and had an elliptical, several treadmills and a large selection of weights. The free breakfast area was clean and had a nice selection of items available, additionally there was a small concession where additional food items could be purchased. We will most certainly be using this property for our visits in the future. Kudos to the staff!

Newly renovated, bed were comfy, only had 3 towels in bathroom for 4 guests, went to breakfast at 9:30 and there wasn’t any food left, checked for coffee twice and both times empty. Nice area, close to lots of restaurants.

that hotel manager Wayne will kick you out if you smell like cannabis. He knew we wouldnt smoke in the hotel, we smoked it outside in my car the few times we smoked. Some of the smell may have stuck to my hair or coat, but nothing crazy. I have my medical card and everything, never had this issue in my life. This guy Wayne was very rude. He said \"you are the reason we arent busy this week, we are always busy this week.\" He said he had to let people stay for free and reimburse other customers that he says \"left early because of us\" Because of how much we \"smelled\" This was a crazy experience.
