Muy Bien ubicado para conocer el centro histórico, aunque se complicó un poco llegar al estacionamiento. La habitación perfecta, la cama excelente, la atención de Giuseppe también. Estuve dos noches , mi únicas dos observaciones constructivas son : que no se limpió la habitación al día siguiente de mi llegada (no se si era así) y el desayuno un poco limitado, excepto el capuchino que me preparó Giuseppe, delicioso.

The property was well located just off the pedestrian street with restaurants etc.

Also only 700 meters to the train station for day trips etc.

Check-in was simple and the staff were very helpful.

The only downside was that our room overlooked a jazz bar that played loud music in the evening until midnight. I would recommend that you ask for a quiet room not overlooking the courtyard.
However the room size was good, it was clean and comfortable

Fantastic location with easy walkable distances to all major attractions. We are a couple in their mid 60’s-70. Restaurants and shopping galore right outside the door. Building was super quiet without road or pedestrian noise. Rooms were clean with modern amenities. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Great find!

The staff arranged transportation from from Palermo Airport to the property and we always “DOUBLE CHECK” that if you are four (4) people all with large suitcases & trolleys; a large enough vehicle is sent. Unfortunately and not the hotel’s fault, the transportation service sent a small car that could not accommodate all our luggage easily. We made it to the property in very good time and the driver directed us the plaques on the exterior wall to know where to go. Guiseppe responded to our door chime and we entered into a large hallway with an elevator to bring us to the 1st floor entrance. The hotel entrance was wide and contained a multitude of travel books & guides for us to review while in Palermo. The rooms were GREAT. Bright. Great A/C. Excellent Shower pressure and water temperature. Very large Bath Towels and additional hand towels provided. The bed was firm and very comfortable to sleep on. We didn’t stay in the room except to change clothes when going out for dinner or to sleep. One of the most important thing about the property is how close it is to the Main Street in central Palermo - Maqueda. You are literally 5 - 10 minutes away from historical attractions, the opera house, shopping district & the Quattro Cantii area. Extra towels are available on request. Decent high-speed internet provided. Lastly, a nice 20 minute walk to the train station for us to catch our Inter-City train to Cefalu. All In All a wonderful stay.

The staff were great, they offered to arrange our transportation from the airport which made our arrival smooth.
When we first pulled up we were a little taken aback by the neighbourhood on the way to the place. Once we entered we were delighted by the beautiful suite, nice staff.
The breakfast was great and the place was in a great location and close to many restaurants and shops. Delle is walkable to all the things you want to see in Palermo.
The only thing I would recommend would be to glue or bolt down the room safe. Also anything that has luxury in the name should offer robes and have facial tissue. Other than that a great stay!!!

This is an excellent hotel. Very convenient and easy walking to main attractions in Palermo. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. This is in an old building but the floor for the hotel rooms is modern and updated. Parking is tricky. The hotel manager parked our car in a nearby garage. We didn't use it again until we left. We walked everywhere. Driving in Palermo is not easy. Hotel was a little tricky to find because it is on a narrow street and entrance is on the street. It is on the corner of one of the main streets in Palermo. Very good location. We parked on the curb and the hotel manager came out to help us and parked the car for us. You do need to text the hotel manager your arrival time to within 30 minutes.

The area around the hotel was fantastic and the room was very modern and cleans, but because it was so noisy outside, we had to keep the windows closed and the room became a little claustrophobic. We didn’t parlarle of the breakfast as it was an additional charge and all the hotels in Sicily provide amazing free breakfasts.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Palermo
Our recent stay in Palermo was truly fantastic, and a large part of that was thanks to our wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
Our room, which included a comfortable king bed and a good-sized couch bed, was a perfect fit for a city hotel in Italy. It was surprisingly spacious and quiet, even though we could see the bustling main strip of restaurants right from our window. The bathroom was also notably large, a luxury we greatly appreciated. Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast buffet, providing the perfect start to our days of exploration.
However, the absolute best part of this hotel is its unbeatable location. It truly is \"location, location, location.\" Everything you could want to experience is within easy walking distance. We spent our days strolling to the bus and train stations to visit local beaches, and our evenings were filled with exploring the main strip of restaurants and local attractions. A highlight was a visit to I Segreti del Chiostro, where nuns still make delicious homemade cannolis—an experience not to be missed. The area is also home to numerous local bars that were a blast to visit, all just a short walk away.
Overall, if you're looking to be right in the action of the city and want to be close to transportation for exploring other parts of Sicily, this hotel is an exceptional choice.

Wonderful property - I’d recommend getting the one unit that is on the 7th floor - if you are able to lug your luggage the one floor from the 6th floor elevator’s last stop to the 7th - it’s a beautiful new unit. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all major sights. However, it feels more like a B&B than a traditional hotel. The reception is staffed only during check-ins or is on-call, which may not be ideal for all guests. Additionally, there isn’t much of a common area to relax in.

The surrounding neighborhood is somewhat littered, but it offers plenty of local shopping and dining options.

Inside the room, I found it to be larger than the typical European hotel room and very clean. However, there was an old, musty smell that detracted from the experience. The amenities are quite basic, and I noticed the absence of facial tissues.

Another point to consider is the noise from nearby bars and restaurants, which can last until about 2 AM, potentially disrupting your sleep.
The Expedia VIP got a bottle of wine which is always a huge plus.

Delle Vittore is the perfect place for your stay in Palermo. Central location and walking distance from everything it is located in a beautifully restored building with a lot of connections to nice restaurants in the area. Giuseppe helped us with parking (there is a very convenient parking in a building across the street). Palermo is amazing and full of stuff to see and food to try. Rooms are clean, comfortable, newly remodeled and spacious. They serve a tasty breakfast for free but if you want you can always do a classic cheap and characteristic brioche and caffe granita Sicilian breakfast on the streets around the building.

What a little gem. Martina was so very, very helpful when we had to postal return something urgently and with her sightseeing information. It seems nothing is too much trouble for her to organise for you. The room was lovely, overlooking the street below but very quiet. It was also nice to have the window open to watch the street traffic (pedestrian only) and the cafes across the way. Convenient to everything. Super comfortable bed and good size nicely decorated room. I'm not a cake for breakfast person like Italians so tended to just grab a piece of fruit and coffee and then get breakfast at a cafe later. Loved our stay here.

This property was such a lovely surprise! Martina was a wonderful host, who was always helpful and always reachable via whatsapp. The room was so much larger than expected, felt pretty new and modern and the bathroom was also in great contemporary condition. Breakfast was lovely, although the coffee was never served in hot cups so was too cold for our liking. A lovely selection for breakfast and they even had Soya milk for us. Soundproofed windows meant that the rooms were really quiet and the location was great, super close to the main road with restaurants and tourism.

The room was modern, however the shower did have quite a bit of mold on the grout. The breakfast was only ok, nothing but a few sweet pastries and breads. This is not a cheap place to stay and I feel like there should have been a better selection. It is quite noisy while sleeping, it sounded like someone was moving furniture. Compare to the other European hotels we have stayed at, this was over priced for the overall experience. The only reason I gave it a 4 vs 3 is because of the people.
