I did not stay here despite my reservation and request a full refund of my money. Trying to check in after the posted ‘check in’ time, no one was the desk for 30 minutes of bell ringing. Returning two hours later, still noone there for another 30 minutes. I finally called the number on the front door(no where near the desk) and was told they did not have a reservation in my name. After learning that I booked through Expedia, I was told that Expedia ‘kept doing that’ to them and that there were no rooms available. And I was told that my room would have cost an additional $34 because of “taxes”. I left then and returned home. Please refund my room charge.
