The room was clean but wouldn’t rate the breakfast, it was not worth the 12 euros they charged for each person. The hot food was cold and not tasty at all.

The room was clean although, despite it being a non-smoking hotel it stank of smoke.
We reported it to the girl at reception, in case we got the blame, who shrugged and said \"it happens\" she did say she would write it down though.
Plentiful hot water in the shower.
Rooms are not automatically cleaned, you need to ask at reception, which is fine.
Lovely bar and restaurant but the restaurant is not open at weekends. This is clearly advertised though. They also ran out of draught beer while we were there.

Receptionist at check-in was great and very helpful.

Restaurant staff were excellent and very hard working, they were working efficiently and flat out, but a third person would have been better for the staff and the customers.

I was delighted to be offered a starter and main course without meat and they were main menu choices, not an afterthought.

As other have said, the room is small and the beds very small, the pillows very thin, getting another pillow from reception was easy enough, the mattress toppers made the bed feel comfortable to us, but the duvet covers were enormous, wide, long and very heavy. I was prepared by other reviews about the size of the bed, but I couldn’t get comfortable with the weight and volume of the duvet, it made being in bed hot and uncomfortable.

As others have said, showering soaks the entire bathroom, just be prepared for that.

A one night stay, it was worth the money

The big disappointment for us was breakfast.

Arrived down at 9am on the dot, to hardly any breads or pastries, didn’t see any fruit. Other reviews had said the breakfast was a good continental offering, I can’t agree.

My husband is allergic to dairy and we choose not to eat animal products. They had no plant milks of any kind.

I was offered boiled eggs, which I found unbelievable.

I had to ask for my money back, there was nothing for someone that is vegan or is allergic to dairy.

Plant milks are long life, widely available and many people have lactose allergies.

Two nights stay. Hotel is ok for the price. Hotel restaurant was pretty good. Small room and shower was a little cramped without curtain, resulting in wet floor.
Overall, it was okay for the price. However, it was not as comfortable stay as it should have been because of the air conditioning not cooling. We have to leave window open at night. Luckily, external temperature was around low twenties. Imagine, a 32 degrees or more days.

For a one night stay on route to Spain the room was simple but adequate. The bed was a little too soft for my wife but for me it was ok. We ate at the attached restaurant and although the menu was in french the waiter did his best to translate. I had a beef dish and the wife had pork, both meaks were very well presented and delicious.

Godd \"Transit Stop\" Accommodation.

Decent little \"transit stop\" hotel. Well placed near Autoroute. More than adequate for the 2* rating. Off street parking seems secure. Room was clean and tidy, with a decent bed. Bathroom was a bit scruffy, but more than adequate. Wifi free and working. We did not take breakfast so cannot comment.

The hotel offers ample parking space, which is nice. It was an easy commute to where I had to be the following day. So, it was convenient. Room was OK. Mattress was fairly comfortable. Check-out was done by very nice young man. Someone came in early, and he was very professional. Check-in? Your usual run-of-the-mill stripped to its bare minimum. I understand that tourists come and go and the staff may be tired, but there was not much of a redeeming quality. No information about wifi (to be expected when included in price). It felt like the staff was going through the motions.

Room? It always amazes me that housekeeping will stick to what one can see, but corners, shelves... get overlooked. I had put something on one of the shelves and it literally stuck. That shelf had not been wiped in a while.

Bathroom? Tiny; no shower curtain; makeshift shower hooked on the main faucet of the sink. I can appreciate that they made do with what they had though.

So, overall, not the best stay ever. Not the worst either. The price was good. Still, no matter how cheap something is, housekeeping should be more than average. If I had to, I might stay there again. Not sure I would recommend it to friends and loves ones though for that last reason.

I chose this place because of the value for money I saw in the website. Unfortunately on the check-out I was surprised when I got the bill and the price was higher from the one on my reservation.
The breakfast was charged at almost the double of the advertised on the website and informed on my reservation confirmation and also the city tax that was supposed to be included was charged on top.
When I showed my reservation and asked about the price difference the attendant \"Victor\" didn't try to be helpful or try to explain anything. Right the opposite he was quite rude to say among other things that he knew how to do his job and it was not his problem if I didn't see when arrived that the price was not the one on my booking confirmation.

Room tiny, dirty and cramped.

Would never stay here again. Cleanliness is obviously not important here - the room was filthy. We were charged 10 euros for bringing our 2 dogs but given a room so small we could barely all fit in. The location is like staying in the middle of an M25 roundabout - non stop traffic and the garden centre next door had sprinklers and lights turning on an off all night. One to avoid at all costs!

Some of the doors in the hotel where you push them open were filthy. Room clean enough though tiny. Bathroom was like a pod with a sliding door not much bigger than on an airliner. Restaurant food good and reasonable, breakfast good and value for money. Would stay again as all round ok and good location.

OK for overnight stop

Good location for an overnight stop, easy to find. Travelodge type of accommodation, but smaller. Small room with comfortable bed, 'plastic' pod style bathroom, along the lines of an Ibis budget or Brittany ferries cabin, but plenty of hot water and it served its purpose. We arrived late and the restaurant was closing but they rustled up some chips and a bottle of wine. We didn't take the breakfast, but be careful to check your bill on departure as they had charged us for THREE breakfasts and we were only two people travelling! It was rectified quickly with a smile, but be cautious! We would stay here again to break our journey.

Al llegar al hotel, mi reserva no coincidía con la que tenía el hotel. Me he alojado unos 10 años en este hotel y parece que ha cambiado de gerencia. El mantenimiento es precario. Así, por ejemplo, una lámpara de mi habitación no funcionaba y la otra, fluorescente, parpadeaba constantemente. A pesar de pedir que lo arreglaran (cambiar una bombilla no parece una labor titánica), no se ha sustituido ninguna de las luces.
Los cuartos de baño merecen también un buen repaso.
Afortunadamente, el personal ha sido amable. El desayuno, impecable.

La chambre nous a semblé petite malgré que les dimensions étaient données lors de la réservation. Le lit double n'est pas bien grand non plus. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas son prix très élevé de 12€50 : à ce prix là il; n'y a pas par exemple de fruits frais et le jus de fruit n'est pas de grande qualité.

Soit toutes les clés ouvrent toutes les portes. Ou il y a eu une erreur d'encodage mais ca serait vraiment pas de chance une coïncidence peu probable.

Petite chambre mais fonctionnelle et propre sans odeur de fumée de cigarette. Le lit était confortable. Il manque cependant des prises électriques car il y en a qu'une qui est normalement destiné au séche cheveux donc très mal placé pour les téléphones. Une serviette supplémentaire aussi serait appréciable.

A l'arrivée, il m'a été demandé de payer pour le petit-déjeuner. J'ai dû insister pour ne pas le payer et après vérification, effectivement, l'hôtesse d'accueil a constaté qu'il avait été payé.
Ma chambre, pourtant supérieure, était en bout du couloir sur le rond-point et donc bruyant et réveillé dès 6h30 du matin avec le trafic.

Côté négatif :
Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale mais pour une étape, ce n'est pas important.
Le prix très conséquent pour ce type d'hôtel mais de toute façon, il n'y a pas beaucoup mieux aux alentours.

l'hotel risulta di vecchio stampo.
il bagno era datato e poco curato. Tutto era in platica dal pavimento alla doccia. L'aspetto generale era quello di un bagno con un bisogno di restyling. la pulizia della stanza accettabile.

Se sei alla ricerca di un hotel con bagni confortevoli e moderni, forse questo non è il posto giusto per te.

Per il resto la camera era abbastanza confortevole, con qualche piccola mancanza, esempio le prese erano lontane dai comodini.

Anche se per il soggiorno di una notte o due ci si adatta!!

Chambre correcte en confort mais avec un odeur de cigarette malgré les interdiction de fumer. L'odeur avait imprégné les oreillers. Autre point negatif, la salle de bain étroite, pas de crochet pour les serveittes et les vêtements. Malgré cela l'hotel est facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute et le personnel est acceuillant.

La qualite et le service ne sont pas au rdv du pdj.
Ne réserver pas de table au restaurant, on vous informe 1h avant que les restaurant est fermé.En fait il accueillait un car de 50 personnes.
Le respect du client n'est vraiement pas leur priorité.

Premièrement accès impossible à la chambre la carte d’accès ne fonctionnait pas l’hôte d’accueil ne voulait pas changer la carte soit disant que c’était de notre faute !

Chambre niveau propreté, la moquette est dans un état à ne pas marcher dessus pied nu, la salle de bain présence de moisissure avec des spores apparent et la douche peu de pression et des vis rouillé dedans ce qui peut être dangereux.

Ensuite l’équipe très peu aimable et nous nous sommes absente la journée pour visiter à notre retour impossible d’accéder à la chambre, ils avaient volontairement désactiver nos cartes alors que nous venions de faire le Check-in !

Le petit déjeuné est à fuir au niveau prix et produit disponible, servi entre 6h et 10h mais a 8h il n’y a déjà plus rien pour le prix de 10€ /pers. c’est très décevant.

Même un hôtel de type B&B est plus propre ! Je ne recommande pas cet établissement et je me demande même comment les deux étoiles lui ont été attribués…

L'accueil, la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain sont très agréables. La chambre est très bien. On aurait aimé un miroir dans la chambre mais c'est le seul point à améliorer donc pas extrêmement important. Il y a le bruit des avions de l'aéroport mais qui n'est pas si gênant puisqu'il n'y a pas de vols la nuit. Le restaurant est fermé le week-end.

Commencer le ménage à 8h un dimanche matin cest tôt. Pour avoir travaillé comme femme de chambre c'était 10 h pour le respect des clients peut-etre que cela a changer...

Situado cerca de la salida de la autopista, al lado del aeropuerto de Biarritz, pero hay que coger el coche para ir a Bayona. Tiene un amplio aparcamiento, de modo que no hay problema para dejar el coche. La habitación, aunque algo pequeña, en conjunto está bien. La cama es cómoda. Lo peor es el cuarto de baño, hecho de una pieza de plástico, con una ducha sin puerta que hace que salpique todo cuando te duchas. El agua está bien caliente y con presión. El desayuno, por 10 euros, es correcto. El personal es muy amable y simpático.

Hôtel très propre, pas loin de la sortie de l'autoroute, un accueil chaleureux , les chambres sont propre, confortable et spacieuses, restaurant sur place, petit déjeuner copieux et animaux de petite taille acceptés, séjour très agréable
