I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. I visited in July, and there were live bands and even an all male choir performing in various spots. Lots of good food, very pretty, and close to the river. If you want African or Moraccan food, go across the river to the neighbourhood around the train station.

Superbly located within the old city’s medieval walls. Our room even had a view to the spires of the cathedral a hundred meters away. Easy walking access from paying underground parking and to everywhere in the old city. Well-appointed studio, though not fully handicap-accessible (4 steps to studio front door). Friendly welcome.

When I arrived, after the reception had closed, I was left waiting for someone to answer the phone on the pavement for quite a while, without any message saying i was in a queue, or that the caller knew i was waiting, which made it very stressful at that time of night.
The accommodation, although advertised as sound proof, was actually very noisy.
The fittings were a little dated, with bubbled up splash back in the kitchenette.
Very central in a perfect location.
Helpful staff at the reception.

Convenient, clean, pet friendly & charming staff.

A well located, clean, spacious room with a good bathroom and all the necessary amenities as advertised. The receptionist, Ana, is superb and attended to any request with efficiency and a smile. Right next to the shopping area and the cathedral, this aparthotel is suitable for short and long term stays and is pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Great value.

Nice apartment for the winter cooler months......

Please be aware that this apartment is not air conditioned and it is very warm, very warm indeed during the hot weather. Opening the window does not help and the little plug in fan unit in the apartment does nothing to alleviate the heat. Also, the wifi was annoying as it was in and out and required entering the password over and over again.

Don't arrive after hours

We arrived after hours which was fine because they have a good system for this. However, we did not get the room we booked and had no one to talk to because there was no staff. Air conditioning did not work at all and the room was really hot! No hand towels or face cloths in bathroom, or even a proper towel rack or shelf. Not even a garbage can in the rom expect in the bathroom. We left prior to check out so we had no one to discuss our issues with. Very disappointing stay.

Great place to land!

My partner and I stayed here on our way to St. Jean to walk the Camino de Santiago. We arrived just before closing. The receptionist was very friendly, spoke english well, and was in the process of preparing detailed written instructions for us if we arrived late. Her conscientiousness meant a lot! She recommended good restaurants, and oriented us to the town. Our room overlooked the square in front of the hotel. But there was little noise to disturb us. This was an excellent place for us to land after a very long flight into Paris and a train ride south.

Clean, comfortable. Very close to the centre. Theoretically absolutely ideal.
But have to say there is nobody to contact out of hours or at the weekend. Saturday evening all power went in the apartment and I was stuck with no light or power. No number to contact in the documentation. Sunday found a number downstairs but nobody answered - left a message and nobody replied or came to the apartment.

Good apartment in a lovely old city

Good room in good location with good facilities. We had a problem with access. We arrived on Saturday afternoon when the office was closed. We followed the given instructions but with our limited French and the caretakers limited English we couldn't get access to the building. Luckily another resident turned up and we were able to get inside.

I would not describe it as an hotel. For me it was more like an apartment as part of the bedroom contained a small kitchen area. My husband and I only stayed two nights so we did not use the kitchen facilities. It appeared to be well equipped.
It was a modern facility. The bedroom was nicely decorated and the feature wall was painted an aubergine colour.
Access to your room was obtained through a gated area. You were provided with a fob to open the gate and once inside the gate there was a lift to your room. When leaving the building you pressed a button that was on the wall to open the gate, so you felt it was safe and secure.

We visited during a heat wave and the air conditioning couldn't keep up. If the temps had been a bit cooler it probably would have been fine. As advertised, this hotel was low on amenities (ie shampoo, soap) but that was offset by the temporary residence features (washer dryer, dishes, microwave, fridge, etc). Staff was helpful and spoke English, but the place was unattended at night, as expected.

A beautiful place to stay in Bayonne.

This is an impeccable, beautifully constructed hotel. The clean, all-white room and furnishings offer a kitchenette with all the tableware and cooking utensils one would need. Everything is new. Appliances include cooking surface, microwave, and frig.
The bed is very comfortable with down pillows and duvet. I arrived after the office closed on a Saturday, so the manager sent me an email with a code to access the room key from a lockbox. Be aware that there's a small fee for wi-Fi and should you arrive when the office is closed and you have not requested wi-Fi, there's no way to get it.
The location is excellent, in the shadow of the cathedral.

Excellent location in the center of Bayonne, within minutes from the old city center. The building is very new and theapartments are also brand new. Comfortable, spacious, the only tiny problem is with the bathroom tiles (the shower areas is actually higher up than the rest of the bathroom which meanas that when one showers the whol bathroom is completely inundated. Minor nuisance. My biggest problem was a hole in the street next to the side entrance, where I injured my ancle and tore my ligaments which ruined the rest of my vacation, and I am into a lengty recovery. I believe that the sideway right next to the building belongs to the property and should be maintained. Thank you for the nice lady who came by and offered help and and gave us an icepack (which was very helpful).

Staggering value for money, especially if you are more interested in a hotels room than it's services and facilities. Good sized studio apartments at a good price, smack bang in the centre of Bayonne, on a beautiful square which is perfectly quiet at night.
I would definately consider staying here again.

Stayed in July 2010. The town was preparing for its annual festival and there was quite a buzz to the place. Lovely medieval centre. I liked the modern design of the apartments within the ancient location. Accommodation very comfortable. Only quibble was that there was no instruction manual for the cooker and I could not get it to work, I ought to have asked Reception about it!

Studio très bien agencé, propre et au calme au 4⁰ étage. Accueil téléphonique peu chaleureux pour une arrivée à 18h15, il fallait que je fasse la procédure pour récupérer la clé... la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (pas de signal), j'ai dû appeler la permanence qui n'a pas su m'aider. C'est le lendemain que le problème a été résolu.
Il est vrai que ce n'est pas un hôtel avec un accueil 24/24, cela n'empêche pas d'être au service du client de manière agréable et efficace.
A part cette mésaventure, et le problème de parking gratuit à proximité, la résidence est confortable et propre.

Cet établissement ne mérite pas du tout les 4 étoiles annoncées. Tout au plus 2 étoiles.
Propreté qui laisse à désirer. Concernant l’aspect général de la chambre, cela ressemble plus à un Ehpad mal entretenu. Literie passable. Lits largeur 80cm. Absence de décoration. Aucun charme.. vieil appareil de chauffage,. Télévision hors d’usage, décodeur qui lâche tout le temps. Ceci concerne le studio dit « supérieur » n* 102. A éviter.

Une catastrophe ! J’ai séjourné dans cet établissement du 13 au 15/09/2022. Le plafonds de la salle de douche était moisi et le dernier jour, une fuite d’eau dans le plafond de la cuisine a tout inondé… Je suis descendu à l’accueil montrer les photos et demander un geste commercial. J’ai eu pour tout commentaire : « Bah ! Je ne vois pas pourquoi, ça ne vous a pas empêché de dormir ? » Alors monsieur sachez que si, la peur que le plafond s’effondre sur moi m’a empêché de dormir !

위치는 매우 좋습니다. 도보로 닿을 수 있는 곳이 많고, 주차는 자체 주차시설은 없지만 도보 5분이내에 노상 주차장이 잘 되어 있어 큰 불편은 없었습니다. 다만 리셉션 운영을 주말에는 안해서 체크인이나 체크아웃을 늦게 또는 일찍 할 경우 여러모로 불편할 수 있습니다. 간이 주방 시설은 꽤 만족했습니다. 가성비를 생각하신다면 추천합니다.

Llegamos a las 21:00, con lluvia, y no teníamos como entrar al edificio. No contestaban el teléfono que habia en la página.
Afortunadamente llegó otra familia que había hecho la reserva por boo king y si tenían un mail con instrucciones. Llamamos al número que tenían ellos y si pudimos conseguir la llave de la habitación.
Muy bien ubicado. El parking lejos, a 8 cuadras aprox.
Limpio el cuarto, pero en varias puertas de las otras habitaciones, habian bolsas de basura esperando ser retiradas.

J'ai effectué plusieurs réservations, il a été très difficile de comprendre le montant débité: le prix ne correspond pas à ce qui a été affiché sur la plateforme Expedia, des arrhes sont débités sans en connaitre les pourcentages ni les répartitions en fonction des chambres, les cautions sont demandées à l'arrivée, les horaires de réception ne permettent pas de gérer les départs tôt et les arrivés tardifs...

La chambre dispose de toutes les commodités de base par contre la poussière n'était pas faite.
Le pommeau de douche fuit.
Literie confortable.
Chambre dispo dès 14h avec un parking vélo sécurisé et accessible à toutes heures. Hotel en plein centre ville.
Par contre si vous choisissez de payer à l'établissement, ils ont déjà prélevé la carte de garanti quand vous arrivez ...

La chambre était propre et bien équipée.
La localisation nous a permis de profiter de nos soirées à Bayonne.
A cette période, la rue était très calme et le top c’est que nous n’avons pas eu de supplément pour notre toutou !

Better forget this hotel

The room was at 40C and it was not possible to stay in, the air conditioning was not working.
The room was old and needed a lot of maintenance.

Bien placé, mais difficile d'accès et stationnement à plusieurs centaines de mètres. Une partie entièrement construite récemment et une partie plus ancienne rénovée: cette dernière est inconfortable d'un point de vue acoustique : si les fenêtre sont très bien isolée il en va autrement pour les planchers entre étages et l'équipement électrique très bruyant (VMC, ballon d'eau chaude et réfrigérateur (en tout cas si vous louer comme nous un studio). Equipement correct, mais déjà un peu fatigué et ménage sommaire.

Parquet flottant dans le couloir et salle à manger boursouflé de 10cm qui empêcher d’ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain. Lorsque nous nous douchons l’eau ne s’évacue pas à la bonde mais aller partout dans la salle de bain et wc. Pas possible d’avoir du chauffage dans l’appartement rien de fonctionné durant les 3 jours.

Appartement très bien situé, bon équipement intérieur, moderne et fonctionnel. Point noir, la clim.

Appartement moderne et agréable, pièce a vivre spacieuse, salle de douche a l'italienne avec de l'espace, cuisine équipée, lit très confortable.

Un problème seulement, la résidence donne sur une place fermée, entourée d'immeubles. La nuit, vous pouvez entendre la télé du voisin à 50 mètres en face, comme si vous y etiez, le moindre bruit dehors est amplifié à l'intérieur de l'appartement. L'acoustique est excellente..

De plus la résidence est construite vers l'est, la façade donne sur le soleil jusqu'au début d'après midi, et la climatisation ne peut pas rafraîchir l'appartement. En general el apartamento está bien. Ubicado en un lugar inmejorable. La atención y amabilidad fue muy buena y te facilitan un parking más barato. Lo único el menaje de cocina escaso y el frigorífico hacía mucho hielo. La ducha inundaba el baño si no tenías mucho cuidado, parecía que se había salido agua en otras ocasiones. Pero el lugar es maravilloso y teníamos unas vistas fantásticas a la catedral.

Pas de bruit à craindre à propos de la cathédrale mais école et collège à proximité.
Appart sympa pour passer quelque jours dans le coin.
