they basically scammed us. made us pay double the amount we were supposed to and saying Expedia cancelled our booking when we called and they confirmed it was not cancelled. Expedia even tried calling the motel and they would not pick up the phone. they then said they were charging more because of the festival (summer smash) and we watched them also do the same thing to other people. room was dirty and also was leaking from the ceiling and the door from the rain, the AC cover wasn't even on all the way it fell off as soon as we touched it, there was burn holes in the blanket on the bed, etc i could keep going on and on i have pictures and receipts of everything. this place is horrible!!

I made my reservation 4 months in advance. On the day of check in got a strange email saying “sorry for any inconvenience “. When I went to check in they said my reservation had been cancelled. I called the number they gave me to a foreign call center that said the room was not available because of construction.

There were 2 other patrons with the same problem. There was an event in the area and they sold our rooms to other people at the last minute for more money.

Hotels.com got me another place, but I hope this place goes out of business. Dishonest.

I needed an inexpensive place to stay near Midway and this hotel fit the bill. I am pretty tolerant of cheap hotels. This one was different. First, after hotels.com confirmed that I had the place reserved, this hotel cancelled my reservation without informing me and I ended up paying a higher price than what was listed on hotels.com. Luckily there was still a room available as I arrived at the hotel after dark. The room was dirty with rust around the faucets in the bathroom. And, annoyingly, the room had an unpleasant funny smell, like really stale cigarettes.

On the positives, the air temperature was easy to control, better than most hotels. The wifi worked well. It is a quick and easy bus ride from Midway, and the hotel is in a neighborhood with good shopping choices (Starbucks, Dunkin Donut, Best Buy, a grocery store).

I would not stay in this hotel again.

Not bad for a last minute stay. Check in and out was easy. Staff was nice. Room was fine. Overall okay if you need a cheap last minute place to sleep and arnt too picky.

This will be my one & only stay at this motel. I wasn't expecting much, but I was nervous about sleeping here. Stains on the floor, walls & shower curtain left me with trepidations. The toilet was frightening because not only the toilet seat move, the ENTIRE commode did as well! Also, I've never had place that wanted to charge EXTRA for a late checkout of 2 hrs.... UNACCEPTABLE!
The only good attributes are that it's near great public transportation & close the airport.
Think twice before booking here...

Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating.

The management canceled the reservation without any notice. It was very inconvenient to me. I was looking forward for having a time to myself with a hot tub in the room to myself for few days. It was disappointing

This hotel was an absolute disaster, and the entire experience left my girlfriend and me feeling grossed out, frustrated, and genuinely unsafe. The rooms were far from clean—every single one had visible mold in the bathroom: black patches and spots covering the grout, shower tiles, wall edges, and caulking. It looked like years of neglect, even without any obvious smell.
I had to switch rooms three times because each one was a new level of unacceptable:
• First room: Mold in the bathroom + in-room jacuzzi jets completely non-functional (hit the switch multiple times—dead silence, no jets, no bubbles, nothing).
• Second room: Refrigerator stopped working entirely (stayed warm inside, wouldn’t cool, ruined anything we tried to store in it).
• Third room: Still terrible—the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed properly (hairs on the pillow, sticky residue on the nightstand), there were burn marks/scorch marks on the sheets (like cigarette burns or iron mishaps that were never replaced), and no latch, chain, or secondary lock on the door (just the basic knob lock, offering zero extra security).
The most horrifying incident happened around 6 a.m. one morning: We were both fast asleep, completely naked, when I woke up just in time to see someone (likely staff or someone with access) quietly slipping out of the room and closing the door behind them. I was in shock, didn’t immediately yell or jump up—I just froze watching them leave. My girlfriend slept through it and heard nothing.
