The hotel is next to the Crystal Palace, with nice views on the river. It is very near to the city centre with bus, or even walking.
The lady in the reception is exretemly helpful.
The only downside is that the toilet is not obsecure, curtains need to be considered.

Fantastic property located along the river. Great views of the river, boats, buildings, and landscape directly across from the property. Easy to navigate and walking distance to many local sights.
The room was just the right size for me, and the amenities were well thought out. It is a quiet property, but the Portugal Burger Cup was right across the street. The DJ played until 12 AM, which, after a while, got a little old with the techno beats being played. That definitely cannot be blamed on the property, as I am sure that this is a one-off every year.
I wished that I could have stayed longer, but the planned nationwide strike altered my plans, and I only stayed one night and headed back to Lisbon.
I will still be here again in the future, that's how impressed I am with the hospitality and condition of the property.

This is my kind of accommodation. Low key but with all the essentials. Cleanliness, coffee machine, comfortable bed and quiet location. The view is stunning although you are some 15 minutes walk from the Ribeiro.

Location is great as it’s very walkable. On a busy street and we were on first floor so couldn’t keep the windows open for road noise. There was a lot of foot traffic noise from the room above. Staff are very friendly and the room decor is lovely

It was an excellent apartment hotel with a nice balcony overlooking the river. Even though it was on a main road it was very quiet with some excellent places to eat nearby.

The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk.
I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me.

We ended up not staying because of location which was quite misleading in proprty description. We thought we were in wrong place it was so misleading. It was studied by hostels and looked extremely run down. The area looked rough, was noisy and a current rented told us it was extremely loud and difficult to sleep. The room itself was accurate and quaint. The description that the propery was on the river also somewhat musleading as it really was more of a river view and not a great view at that. If you don't mind that type of location the room was cute though very small.. we opted to take the hit and bin somewhere else. The owner was responsive and provided for check in procedures but muslead disinformation area.

The property and room is modern and tidy. The elevator is a big plus. Air conditioning cools the room quickly. Housekeeping is good, though the drinking water didn't get refilled some days. The views of the Douro River are great. Mattress is ok, though a little hard.

The house is very old and the floors creak with every step you take and when the upstairs neighbours walked around their room, we heard every step they took. And they walked around in the evening and late into the night till 2am-3am! You could hear when they got on the bed as well... It didn't help when they would get up early in the morning before 8am either. One of the days they got up around 6am for maybe going home? Unfortunately receptionist wasn't able to help, as even after speaking to the people the situation remained the same. Something needs to be done about these floors. When you travel, a good night's sleep is what you look forward to at the end of a long day out and about!

Excellent little hotel, 15 mins walk from the Dom Louis bridge and flat along the river, given most of Porto is steeply sloped.

I really enjoyed my stay here! My room was comfortable, clean, and had an incredible view of the river. The location was convenient and walkable, but just outside of the busy areas! Although a lovely ‘boutique’ hotel more useful hooks and possibily a small shelf would work more efficiently than a lovely wooden stool in the bathroom. Space is extremely limited in the bathroom as it is. Also could use a phone jack for recharging and possibly a box of tissue.

Cute and cozy hotel stay
As a woman solo traveler, Miragaia Riverside Suites was a perfect hotel. Marta was very helpful and kind everyday. Breakfast was delicious. My room had a beautiful view of the water and buildings across the river. The room had everything I needed. I like to walk so I didn't mind the location being about a 20/30 min walk but there are train and bus routes available as well. I would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the beauty of Porto. Gorgeous view of the Douro River right in front of the property and fantastic restaurants are a lovely 10 minute walk from here. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Porto. We were in a rental car and maps took us down a very sketchy and narrow road that we didn’t even know if it would go through and where it was taking us, so beware. Stay on the riverside road if you are driving in and the parking is a little bit challenging. Otherwise the property and stay were good. The doors to the shower and toilet are all glass, so there is not a lot of privacy, but it’s pretty.

The cutest cleanest most affordable place. My room was tiny but perfect for a solo trip. They will save your breakfast for you if you don't make it downstairs. Everything is adorable and delicious. The view is why you are staying here! It was easy to find and close to most attractions. If you are afraid of stairs then this might not be for you, though there is an elevator for your luggage which u can take if needed.

Bare bones room, with no safe for keeping valuables locked up, very little storage for clothes with no wardrobe or dresser. Personal amenities such as a box of tissues were lacking, as well as hair conditioner, bar of soap etc. Picture makes room look larger than it is. Very disappointing room for the price paid. The noise level through the walls did not lead to a comfortable sleep.

It is very well located and the friendliness of the staff is amazing, what we don't like is that the room was really small and it has no room (like a table or a shelf) to place stuff so it is really hard to manage that when you are visiting. Also the bathroom has a glass door which is not very confortable as a bathroom should always be private, other than that all good

We stayed here for one relaxing night at the end of our two week trip. This room and location were perfect! What a lovely morning watching trams and boats from the balcony while enjoying an espresso from the provided machine. While small, the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated that I was able to leave my luggage in a locked room after check out, so that I could spend a little more time exploring the city without hauling my luggage around. We stayed on the 4th floor in a room with no window, just a small skylight, it was very claustrophobic. The lobby was dark and no windows ! The place was clean and renovated. 15 minutes walk minimum to any restaurants and shops .

The property was clean and the reception staff was very helpful. They had an espresso machine in the room, but no hot water/tea maker. The rooms were quite small and the area was a bit noisy on Friday night. The area was about a 15 minute walk, bus or Uber to the center where there were restaurants. Breakfast was a simple, nice continental tray. They did not have tissues in the room, and there was no hair conditioner. The only thing neglected during my stay was when I left a towel to be replaced by housekeeping, it was not and as it was our last night, I just used my existing towel.

The location was a bit off the main downtown area but not too far away. About 10 to 15 min walk up hill.. Breakfast is very nice too. Room is neat and standard size. Washrooms were a bit tony though. Generally, a very nice place to stay - very new and clean. Four story walk up, although there is a luggage lift. Located at the bottom of the hill by the river - 10 minute walk to Ribera. Two issues have me giving less than a 10. The air conditioner was set to 17 degrees and could not be changed. The bathroom door was clear glass, with no curtain.

I booked this hotel mainly due to the river view, since it was a very special occasion with my fiancé. In fact, in the booking, it was clearly stated that I would have a bed with a riverside view. At the end, I got a small room with no windows (except for one that was impossible to open). The room was clean but small and, given the lack of windows, with no air circulation at all.
The personnel was aware of the mistake and tried to compensate with free breakfast. I highly appreciate their kindness but I left the place a little bit disappointed.
