The lady attending the house (Barbara) was very friendly and amazingly helpful. She gave us tips that changed our experience in Porto and made it much better. The property was very spacious, in perfect condition and had everything. Very comfortable and a very good value for money. Close to the city center but very quiet. Communicating with them by WhatApps we would arrive 8:10pm because long waiting at the airport baggage claim. Nevertheless, they insisted to charge us EUR 8 for late arrival even just 10 minutes later after 8pm.

Amazing. It’s a 5-7 min walk to the city square and has a convenient store next door with fresh fruit, soda, snacks, beer, etc. The room and bathroom are clean and very nice. Room is a like a studio (bed, tv, small kitchen) with plenty of room for 2. I recommend to anyone, seriously! They even accommodated champagne for our anniversary - now that’s service!

A small break to visit Porto. The apartments are fine and well appointed. Buses to the centre of Porto are frequent from the bottom of the hill. Taxis are cheap. The local area is not great but safe. There is a tiny shop 2 doors down and a cafe which does great carnies 5 doors down. Other shops and restaurants are further away. Would recommend Mao Travessa restaurant which is about 15 minutes easy walk

We liked it a lot. Was a little tricky to get to from the train stop we were at, a good 20mins walk. Our 1 bedroom apartment was perfect, clean and modern & well set up. Barbra met us at the apartment at the time arranged. In fact, she waited as we were a little late. She explained how things worked and gave us tips on where to go & what restaurants were good. The location was just 20mins from downtown Porto. There is a supermarket not far away and the bus stop to the airport was just less than 5 mins away. All in all a great stay and we highly recommend it to anyone.

Tha oartment and service was really truly excellent. Barbara met us at the apartment and gave us the rundown on all of the workings of the apartment as well as what to do and see in Porto. The facilities were really good with a seperate lounge that had quite a number of English speaking show, actually speaking English.the apartment bedroom which was at the back was very quiet and there were plenty of towels etc.

Great location close to parks, viery quiet neighbourhood, easy 20 minute stroll to major esplanade, university, local square, river, good restaurants in area, convenience store next door, buses around corner, short walk or taxi to Sao Bento Metro for regional links to Aveiro/Lisbon and Boa Vista for Porto lines, apartment is clean, modern, could do with minor maintainance but easily forgiven for location. Staff very accommodating and on premises often if you need assistance. Highly recommend Casa Ribeiro Restaurante nearby area, good vegerarian options.

The room itself was ok, it was simple but comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. The location to the old town/historical area is ok, it's somewhat close but not as close as some reviews mention. The internet in the room that was provided was bad, it was actually almost non-existent. My girlfriend and I had to go outside the room and stay on the stairs to get super slow internet. Also, the door for the shower was super hard to close all the way, which made water to get all over the place when taking a shower. Overall, it was ok to good, since the price was very affordable, but I think improving the internet and the shower could help improve the stay.

This was a great place to stay! Nice people, comfortable room, and really nice to have kitchen facilities while traveling. The only drawback was that is about a 25 minute walk down to the water and the historic district, and since we spent a good chunk of our vacation in the region we ended up taking several Ubers to get back and forth. But overall a great experience with bnapartments!

We've stayed at the bnapartments Palacio for 3 days in the middle of July and it was perfect. The apartment was spacious and tidy and even though it was facing the street it was incredibly quiet. I can recommend bnapartments Palacio to everyone, it was a 5 star experience.

I loved that the apartment was so spacious. The setup was simple, but comfortable. The room was clean and well-equipped. I didn't like the idea of being charged for checking in past 8pm, but once I got there, I understood why. There is no reception on-site, so someone comes to meet you and show you around the apartment. Sara checked me in and was kind and very helpful. She gave me a ton of great suggestions of what to do and see around the city and made herself available for assistance on her mobile phone. Note that the building is slightly outside of the center, but Porto is small, so it was really easy to walk everywhere or take public transport. They have Uber as well. I had a great stay in Porto and was very pleased with this place overall.

Muito boa nossa experiência! O quarto impecável, próximos a cafés para tomar o café da manhã. No meu caso fiquei com um carro alugado, achei ruim o estacionamento fechar em determinada hora, por isso achei melhor deixar nas redondezas, pois como eu passava o dia fora, então quando chegava faltava pouco para ter o estacionamento grátis nas redondezas, fora isso, o restante foi espetacular, o quarto muito aconchegante, amplo, confortável, e pra quem prefere fazer sua própria comida, tem tudo o que precisar na cozinha. Parabéns ao hotel.

Excelente! O proprietário nos aguardou até às 20h, nos recebeu muito bem dando-nos todas as informações necessárias. Fomos a pé a festa de São João com segurança. O único incoveniente é o estacionamento, tivemos que colocar no estacionamento para passar a noite e ficou bem caro. Porém, como foi dia de festa a cidade fica lotada de carros estacionados, o que dificulta conseguir uma vaga. Contudo, o estacionamento fica próximo do apartamento e tinha vaga sobrando. O problema foi fácil de ser resolvido. A acomodação é excelente!

Appartement très propre, bien situé, à proximité du centre ville qui se rejoint à pieds rapidement. Une supérette à proximité où l'on peut aussi recharger la carte de bus, des cafés tout près. L'appartement est vraiment tout équipé, climatisation réversible, four, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain etc et tout ce qu'il faut pour utiliser ces appareils. L'accueil a été parfait, Barbara explique tout en détail et prend le temps de répondre à vos questions, donne de bons conseils. Nous avons pu laisser les bagages le dernier jours, le temps de reprendre l'avion le soir. Je reviendrai volontiers séjourner dans cet endroit! A noter que le quartier plein de galeries d'art est très sympa.
