I had an excellent stay at the Utopian Hotel in Porto.
The rooms are beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and perfectly air-conditioned. As soon as you walk into the room, you immediately feel comfortable. I especially appreciated how quiet it was. Despite the lively atmosphere in the city during our stay, once the windows and door were closed, we could not hear any noise at all. Our room also had no overlooking neighbors, which made it even more peaceful and relaxing.
The hotel's concept is also quite innovative. There is no traditional reception desk as you would find in most hotels, as everything is managed online. At first, this may seem unusual, but the system works extremely well. Every day, I received a message asking whether I needed anything, and there was always someone available to answer my questions at any time.
I would also like to give special thanks to Grisha, who was absolutely wonderful from the beginning to the end of our stay. His professionalism, availability, and kindness truly made a difference.
Housekeeping was provided daily, and the hotel was impeccably maintained throughout our stay.
Overall, this is a modern, comfortable, quiet, and exceptionally well-managed hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.
