This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and staff was pleasent to deal with. There wasnt too much to do nearby but you could find a bunch of shops and restaurants about 10-15min walk in either direction. Only thing to point out was that our room was on the first floor and at the rear of the property, facing a back road so there was some intermittent noise issues. Overall a decent place to stay in Porto.

The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even have a limited room service menu - a nice surprise in a hotel of this size.
To me the location is ideal, but I visit Porto often. It’s quiet and there are nice restaurants within an easy walk (Ribeira is pretty but those HILLS). It’s also easy to get rideshare or taxis. The only minus, and this occurs a lot in Portugal, is that there is no sound insulation on the plumbing so you hear every flush in your stack. Minor. I would stay here again.

The hotel check in was exemplary. The young fellow who works the night shift (we checked in at 7pm) went out of his way showing us maps and giving restaurant recommendations. He explained the local food, how to order and the differences. We had an issue with the safe and he fixed it straight away. If they could clone him, I would only book in these hotels. He made the trip better. Thank you.

Fantastic Hotel Porto

This hotel is in a great location, away from the main square but this means it’s very quiet and you can get a good nights sleep. We wanted hot water for tea and the super kind staff brought us a whole tea making tray, with mugs, a kettle and teabags. The front desk team have been very kind regarding a member of our party who was unable to travel. We very much appreciate their kindness with this.
The rooms can get a little warm and the button for air con is tricky to find. However once you do the rooms are a perfectly fine. Our room was spotless and seemed very fresh and new! Lovely decoration too. I’d stay here again if visiting Porto.

Quiet, modern, cozy hotel with great facilities (rainfall shower, safe, AC, ample storage, etc) and nice touches like slippers and complimentary water and chocolates on arrival.

Very clean. Pleasant staff. Excellent location: in a quiet area, 10 mins walk to the nearest metro station and shop, 20 mins to the city centre.

The beds are quite hard, could do with a topper, but still pretty comfortable.

Would definitely recommend.

Good hotel but check for the little things

It was a good hotel, comfort, it is just that it costs more than average, at least put in the room coffee, how come in a 4 star hotel they is no coffee /hot water. Also as written before, all hotels that parking costs money, mention it in the description, but here they say parking and nothing regarding 15euro fee.

I booked this hotel to be close to family that was visiting. Very nice place to stay. Staff was helpful and frinedly. Asking a few questions I received some great recommendtions of places and areas to go. All was within walking distance. In Porto i would covern 8-12 miles a day easily. Always felt safe. Breakfast was a great start to the day. The bed was comfortable. bathroom very nice. small gym filled the purpose.

The ac in my room did not work. I'm not a difficult guest and politely mentioned it the first night. The lady said she checked and it would be cool when I returned from dinner.it was still hot and I didn’t sleep. Told morning person Still not fixed Talked to evening person twice While the hotel is clean and folks were polite I rented the room to sleep and couldn’t sleep either night. They never came to check the room. They said the ac was working but only the fan came on but no cooling.ever happened. The staff never checked the room, never offered to change rooms and did nothing to try to make it right

The hotel was situated very close to all the attractions without the hustle and bustle. We were able to get great rest, stay comfortably, and enjoy the city. This is a delightful, boutique-like hotel in a neighborhood - about 20 minutes to the center of things...30 minutes to the train station & and harbor.
The staff is helpful an pleasant. Check-in & out were effortless. My room was impeccably clean. Seems to be a solo or couple sort of accommodation...don't imagine it would interest families much. Didn't have breakfast but someone made me delicious coffee each morning! Uber costs less than 5E everywhere.... Porto is wonderful. Stay here when you go!

Very nice, friendly staff. Hotel in good condition. Nothing especially bad... however, it does not seem at all like a 4-star hotel. There is no pool; the gym is small and very limited; the rooftop lounge is sparse and has mediocre views of nearby buildings and rooftops (better than seeing a wall, but not really special). Breakfast was maybe ok for the price, but only for people who value quantity over quality. I would choose another place for a week visit, but for a 1-2 night stay this would be fine.

Location was not bad - 10-15min walk to vibrant, lively dining and enterainment. 20+ minutes to the river. Good Brazilian restaurant nearby if you catch it when it's open.

A warm welcome

The front desk team was amazing, extending a warm welcome every time we entered the hotel and going above and beyond to be helpful. In fact, everyone on staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, with a wide range of delicious choices. The hotel is small, but still staffs a lounge area after hours. The only caveat to this lovely hotel is the somewhat \"sterile\" street where it's located.

The hotel decor is lovely and the staff are super friendly and accommodating.

The room was lovely in style and interior design and was very clean.

We walked daily into the city centre and to the river front area with ease. 15-20 minute walk to most popular tourist attractions. 20 minute taxi from the airport (€15-€20).

The only small downside was no tea and coffee facilities readily available in the room, which was disappointing.
