Lovely hotel apartment! Perfect place for our stay in Porto and great communication and help from the staff. Great location too close to everything but not in the busy tourist spots. Comfortable place with everything you need, balcony was a nice touch too! Would recommend staying here.

Excellent apartments in a very good area with good transport and eating options. Metro about 200 Metres away and a very handy supermarket about the same distance. Mercado Bom Sucesso ten minutes walk away where you have excellent food and drink options at very reasonable prices. Wonderful apartments

Really nice place, outdoor garden is pretty and a good place to chill out. Big downfall for us was the bedroom being a loft and close to the ceiling, the upstairs guests were making loud footsteps constantly in the night- even 4am I was woken up by it and it went on for hours, also made the floor click/creak above which is close to you due to the ceiling. Early mornings we were not able to sleep and relax. Ruined the stay for us unfortunately as the sleep was so interrupted. Everything out was great.

Very nice apartment! Close to the metro, has supermarket around and has pretty much everything you'd ever need. They also provided us with baby cot and high chair. Stuff is amazing, very kind and helpful.
The downsides: the mezzanine level is really hot, I mean it. There is no AC so first few nights were difficult to have a good sleep. The fan provided there was rattling but stuff kindly provided us with another one. It was quieter but still too loud.
Eventually they offered us to open the sofa bed on lower floor and that really made difference (but rendered bed on the mezzanine level useless)
Lower floor in our room has direct access to the garden and with blinds wide open the room is sunlit! What lovely mornings.

The hotel is in a nice area, 15-20 mins walk from the city centre. The route is very pleasant and safe, we walked from the centre to the hotel at 3am one night and felt very safe. A great experience overall!

We always like to have a kitchen were we stay. we appreciated that all the equipment had an owners manual there in the room for any questions on how to work the appliances. Home from home... Great property in a great location, easy to get to from the airport by metro, the property is a 2 minute walk from the station. We were able to walk everywhere in the centre of Porto from the apartments. The apartments are on the bus route to the beach and also the Contemporary Art gallery and gardens. The apartments are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff (Daniela & Luisa) are very friendly and gave us a warm welcome and lots of useful information about the City and surrounding area. Communication leading up to check in was great too. We will stay here again on our next visit to Porto.

Fully renovated apartmentsm better than a hotel
The apartment was beautiful, spacious and charming. Decoration and “equipment” are where they are much better than hotels, far beyond from standard. We had a fully furnished suite with all appliances so it was a perfect accommodation for our family, as we have two young kids. Location was also really good, somewhat residential and cozy but a just a few blocks away from all the action in Porto. Daniela and her staff were wonderful and we felt like staying with family, but with all the necessary independence, of course. Highly recommended and great experience overall!

Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Die Kommunikation vorab war super unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war tiptop sauber, sehr geräumig und hatte alles, was man für den Alltag so braucht. Das Highlight war der große Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten. Das Apartment liegt wenige Gehminuten von der Metrostation \"Carolina Michaelis\" entfernt, von der man schnell in die Altstadt bzw. Flughafen kommt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Baumhaus!

We hebben fantastische dagen gehad in Porto, in Baumhaus apartments. We hadden een mooi appartement met terras op de vierde verdieping. Het gebouw is prachtig met schitterend trappenhuis en grote tuin om te relaxen. Het appartement was modern en licht ingericht en erg schoon. Heel comfortabel.
Daniela en Luisa deden er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ze gaven ons veel goede tips voor restaurants en portproeverij en fietsenhuur. Mede dankzij hen hadden we heerlijke dagen in Porto, ook al viel het weer helaas wat tegen.
