Aerate the rooms more. There was some strange smell which was very perceptible. The location of the room allowed us to open the windows of the main room and the washroom (that was pleasant surprise) to allow for airflow.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable overall. However, the room was very warm, even after we received assistance with the air conditioning. We were also disappointed to find that our room did not have a bathtub. We hadn't realised that this wasn't a feature in all rooms, as our room included one when we stayed at the hotel previously.

It was also disappointing that there was no coffee machine or kettle in the room. While there is a nice selection of hot drinks available in the reception area downstairs, it would be much more convenient to be able to make tea or coffee in the room.

Phenomenal stay. The reception team (and all the staff really) was incredibly welcoming and friendly and made my check-in easy! Gave great recommendations for things to do. Also the lobby port, coffee and tea were a nice touch - as well as the Expedia VIP perks. Also the location is great! Would recommend.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Great location, within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel staff was very attentive and provided great customer service. The hotel has a waiting area where there is permanently fresh coffee and tea making facilities for the guests to help themselves to. In the room, the extras such as travel adaptors and several water bottles free of charge in the minibar, made the stay so much more comfortable.

Great location. Short walk to the metro, really easy and cheap to get the metro to and from the airport about 35 minutes total, €1.90 a ticket.
Fantastic staff. Good breakfast selection. Loved the lounge area with hot drinks. Able to leave our bags for a few hours when we checked out. Would definitely stay here again. Family room was a good size for our family of 4, boys aged 6 and 10.

The property is conveniently located near a train station and on one of Lisbon's main streets. We are a family of three adults and we were upgraded to a mini suite which was a welcome surprise. Breakfast was delicious, our room was clean and quiet, all hotel staff were very professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Lisbon.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Every inch was clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was displayed in a beautiful setting however, the food selection was more geared towards customers coming UK or EU countries vs US. I would highly recommend. Location was perfect.

Very clean room, my clean freak wife didn't spot any issues and that's rare. Beds were super comfortable. Had the best 2 nights sleep in ages.
Booked a family room, there wasn't one available so they gave us 2 interconnecting rooms which was better but staff were still apologetic over it.
Complimentary sparking wine and orange juice was a lovely touch and they made it feel special.
Nice to have robes and slippers provided too, not everywhere does that.
Breakfast was lovely.
The hotel is beautiful if a little in need of updating.
Overall we were given a 5 star experience for a budget friendly price.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and a good variety as it introduce some Portuguese dishes. The room was spacious, cleaned promptly every day when allowed. For me, the staff truly stood out. Their attentiveness and genuinely friendly demeanour made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Close behind that, the cleanliness and comfort of the room was superb. It's so nice to settle into a spotless, well-appointed space after traveling.

The amenities were also excellent, but the staff and the room quality were the real highlights.

Overall, a great stay! The staff were super friendly, and the hotel offers excellent spaces to work if you prefer not to do so in your room. We also received great VIP Access perks and definitely felt like VIPs. The only drawback is that the rooms are not well sound‑insulated.

Location was very good for this hotel close to all the luxury shopping and within a 30 minute walk to the water front and main attractions. Room was a good size with plenty of space for 2 of us and our luggage. One thing was the room definitely had a strong smell to it, almost like an old smell/musty. Not sure if it was something used to clean the room since the bathroom and hallway outside the room didnt have this smell. Front desk staff was amazing and answered any questions we had. Didnt like that they don't offer an iron inside the room, you have to go to a specific room near the lobby to iron your clothes if needed

It's a smallish old boutique hotel. Thus, don't expect modern rooms or furniture. However, very clean, superb location near many stores, super friendly staff, and nice breakfast selection. I also liked the hardwood flooring in the rooms. Great value for the money overall! Will definitely stay again.
