Good location! Walkable distance to ruins of St. Paul and to bus stops. Room is very clean and bed was super comfortable. However, you hear everything from the hallways in your room. The walls are soundproofed but the walls aren't. Overall, pretty good stay :)

We stayed at this hotel because we have no choice.
The price is too expensive when we stayed there. Bed is okay, bathroom needs to be improved, it doesn't have bidet and the shower positioning is not good, eeally bad. Maybe i can say it's prone to accident because its too tight inside. No refrigerator!! Other cheap hotels does have its own refrigerator but this??
And at the 2nd day of our stay in there, while we were sleeping around 2pm(because its too hot outside) i heard that someone is trying to open the door, i dont know if its the owner and was shocked that we were inside. She requested that if their engineer could measure the hotel room(because that time, one floor was under renovation) while we we're trying to rest. They should have at least waited us to leave before they do their engineering or renovation work.
All i can say good about this hotel is it's location. Overall stay is just okay.

This is a nice, clean, small hotel that is very close to the main historic sites in Macau. It was perfect for a short getaway. We were happy that we could walk to St. Paul's ruins and other places in just a few minutes.

Great location. Older hotel that’s been refurbished into a boutique hotel. Room was very clean with good amenities.

Near to Senado Square (about 5-min walk). Hotel condition was quite comfortable but will be better if they can provide hanging hooks for clothes. Getting taxi around from the hotel will be difficult. The friendly front desk helped us to call a taxi to the ferry terminal, but no one was willing to pick us up during rush hour. So we tried to hail a taxi on our own which took us quite a while to get one, probably we would have better luck during non-peak hours.

the hotel price is a bit expensive but if you dont like casino, this area will be good.
but you wanna go bug shopping mall, casino, then go to nice hotel because if you pay around $80 you can sleep there
but i like this comfortable and friendly hotel.

Simple hotel, but room space is good for 2 pax and cleanliness is good. Aircon and shower room is working well. Except, shower room door is glass door and may be awkward if u r staying with friend.

Bus #10 stop at main road from Outer Ferry Terminal, take Bus #3 back to ferry terminal (opporsite bus stop).

15 min walk to Ruins of St Paul, Lisboa Casino, Yaohan.

The Porridge shop opposite the hotel offer delicious food (pork ball) for breakfast and dinner. They close at lunch.

Good Location

The room was small even in comparison with our hotel in Hong Kong. However everything was squeaky clean and the location is the star attraction. A few minutes walk in one direction and you will be at the main square, in the other direction is the A-Ma Temple. Bus stops are also handy.

Good value, great location!

For the price you pay for this hotel, it's pretty good value. The location is excellent - few minutes walking distance to Senado Square and all the main attractions on the peninsula.
The room is small - but it's enough space for 2 people - has all the facilities you need - good, clean bathroom, wardrobe space, safe, etc. You can't hear much noise from the street and the staff can speak English and are polite and helpful. Would stay here again if we come back!

Unfortunately, the shower booth door was built incorrectly. The glass door did not close properly, and thus allowed water to the exterior of the shower booth. I guess this problem is limited to the specific room I stayed.

Great Staff and location

Staff in Ole Tai Sam Un are very helpful. Most of the taxi drivers in Macao are not familiar with the English Language and addresses of some places and the staff are more than happy to translate and transcribe them to the local language.

The area is filled with local restaurants and shoppes so getting food souvenirs and dinners are easy finds.

Difficult to find

I had a late ferry at the outer habour and missed the shuttle bus, but 10A took close to Rua de Felicidade. I found it difficult to find but a local took me there after I showed the photo of the front of the hotel. Even the next day, after I went sightseeing in town, I could not find my way back. Again a friendly local took me there after I showed the photograph.
The hotel itself is nothing special.

The hotel was okay, it is more shabby than the pictures suggest. The bedroom window had a gap at the top so you could hear all the noises from the street below at night, we weren't able to close it and a couple of mosquitos got in to the room. The breakfast was basic but quite cheap. The wifi was good.

The location is about 10 mins walking from hotel to Senado square. There are restaurants nearby. Room is clean and quiet but the ventilation is not so good so I can feel moisture in the room.

Pleasant stay.

It was just an overnight stay, we arrived 12ish, they allowed late check in. The front desk was very helpful especially alen and Amanda. Check in and check out was easy. We asked for extra room key card they gave us with no fuss. The room was clean with all necessary things. We were bit confused getting back to the hotel coz we did not pay attention where to turn and stuff but overall it was a good stay. Walking distance to Senado square, St. Paul ruins and grand lisboa, Wynn hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is near to many attractions.Staff are helpful and friendly.Would consider to stay in next time if they could have a fridge in room.Deluxe room with double bed have 2 different types,one has bathtub,the other doesn't have it.Hotel could verify and provide more clear room information online.I booked a deluxe room for the bathtub but was assigned a room without bathtub.I have to request to do a room change then finally they gave me a room that I wanted at the last night I stayed.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It's in a good location only a short walk from Senado Square and the historic center of Macau. The hotel staff speak a good amount of English and were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. It was a little bit on the small side, but there was still enough room for the two of us and our bags. There was free wi-fi available at the hotel but it wasn't very fast, fine for Googling reviews and checking up on things to do, but it very difficult and time consuming to upload photos or wait for a video to buffer.

Nice Hotel - good location

Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was ample and athhough not included was worth the money.
The main problem with this hotel us the very poor sound proofing. We could here guests talking in adjoining room. Also some very loud chinese guests shouting and screaming late evening. Ear plugs a must for light sleepers!
Some good restaurants nearby but beware as very little english spoken or understood and they do not really appear to wish english speaking foreigners custom. Not sure what the problem is but you would think the staff would make a little effort to understand what the word 'rice' means in english!

The hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of several historical landmarks. The room was small but comfortable. The mattress was soft. The W/C had a very small sink and a small shower but was OK. WiFi was acceptable. Room was quite clean and was recently redecorated. No big problem with English communication and the people at the front desk gave me several good suggestions. Only significant negative was poor TV reception with \"pearl\" was the only English channel.

This hotel is in a very interesting and authentic part of Macau. The hotel served a purpose for the price we paid. The rooms are tiny. Very tiny. Also, there is a constant damp/mustiness to the rooms that AC and open windows doesn't cure. Other than that, it was clean and the guy at the front desk was probably the most friendly person we met in all of Macau.

Well located hotel but very, very basic. The room was comfortable with a great shower. TV service was bad but, hey...you don't go to Macau to watch tv, do you? Breakfast is only available after 8:30 AM on the weekends so plan accordingly. They ask for a $200 deposit at check in (CC or cash) which I thought it was weird. It's right on the action so it's a bit pricey for the size & amenities. If you book on a deal, it's worth it.

It is clean and small. Especially in the bathroom. There is no rack for you to place your things despite a small rack under the sink. You have to do your make up in the toilet. Bed is ok. No comment on other facilities as we are not using it. The location is ok. Within walking distance to Senado square and public bus stop is just a stone away.

I stayed with two Chinese mainland friends after a night of gambling and it was a relief to come back to a clean, comfortable room with a comfortable bed. It was much smaller than I expected, but it was good for a night. I'm not sure I would stay longer than that, but then again, there's not really much reason to be in Macau for longer than a night anyways.
