Every thing is good, only thing is when we were there, the road was under construction, makes little hard to cross the road especially we had 2 80+ with us.

The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to both the airport and train station. It's also within walking distance of popular attractions like Ruin of St. Paul’s (Da San Ba). The staff are exceptionally warm, kind, and welcoming, making your stay feel special. The only drawback during my visit was the ongoing road construction in front of the hotel and building development nearby.

Property was along the bus route which was so convenient for us. Each way is only 6 MOP instead of taxis.

You can walk to senado square in less than 10 mins which leads you to the ruins.

Stores are so easily accessible. Also the ferry was not far just ride the 3A bus

Comfortable stay

Stay was nice except for the first night but it’s not the fault of the hotel staff. Even though the rooms are supposed to be non smoking, I believe one of the guests was smoking in his/her restroom and the smoke travelled to my room through the vents in the restroom. This was only for my first night. Besides that, my stay has been pleasant.

It's a very worth it hotel of you are looking for a convennient hotel near Ruins of St Paul's.

The room is rather small, but that's more of a norm in Macau.
They've cramped many rooms in a small estate x which means wait at the reception could be longer at times.

Just by the port, so some minor honking is audible if you are sensitive.

Check in was good and staff polite.
Room was big with a sofa. Pay extra for sofa bed though even though it’s our room.
Double beds really can’t sleep two people and we’re not really BIG people.
Had to pay HK$10 for Chinese tea to drink even though coffee was free in room.
Hotel looks dated from outside.
Didn’t try restaurant more like small coffee shop area. Local eateries to good.

The staff (Jenny) very helpful and kind . my second trip to macau master Other hotel staffs also friendly .Lication wise good , near to Sofitel hotel , u can take free bus from macau ferry terminal to sofitel , only 10 to 15 mins , fr there u walk 5 mins u will reach macau master hotel . Nearby 1 min walk , a k mart 24 hours , ( like 7-Eleven )

Bus stop is right outside the hotel, super cool for people with luggage, (though, in order to get into the hotel you first have to go up a flight of stairs). Bus trip to/fro ferry terminal is 6 HK$/MOP a trip, taxi charged me 47 HK$!!!

This hotel is in a 25 year time warp. Everything about this place screams a by gone era. The rooms are very small and the beds are hard as stone. The place is clean but the real problem is the location. The tourist areas of Macau have moved away from this part of town. Everything is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the location. If you enjoy old hotels from the 80s in a dying part of town this place is for you.

Great experience with the check in and out progress, with many eateries, you can take the free shuttle mini bus from outer ferry terminal to Ponte 16 (Sofitel). Then walk 5 minutes to the hotel. We took the public bus MT4 at the opposite road near to the 7-eleven to the Macau airport.

The hotel has a good location and is within walkable distance to the ruins of the St Paul's. However, some times one can smell cigarette despite the rooms are non-smoking. Also, not advisable for people with large luggage as one needs to climb a flight of steps to reach the hotel lobby.

Hotel is located close to Ponte 16 and Sofitel. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Don't let the appearance of the building scare you. The interior and room are quite nice. Bed is comfortable. Walking distance to Senado Square and other tourist attractions. Close to convenience store Circle K. Will stay here again next time.

Macau Master Hotel is in an excellent location, Near the Senado and te Ruins. The bus stop is just in front of the doorsteps of the hotel. . Reasonable rate and reception staff are very accommodating and helpful. I surely will recommend this hotel to my friends, and I will stay there on my next trip in Macau.

Good for the budget and near the bus stops.

We booked this hotel because it was affordable for our one night stay in Macau. We arrived at the Ferry Terminal on our first day. The bus terminal was just outside (there's no need to cross to the other side) and rode bus 10A to get to the hotel at the Ponte 16 stop (fare was about 3 something MOP) and go across the street for the hotel. Check in was ok. The personnel initially said we booked one room only so I informed that we booked for two. They were able to check and confirmed 2 rooms(make sure to double check your reservation ahead). There was also a deposit that will be returned in full upon check out. The rooms are moderate in size (bigger compared to HK hotels) and has that comfortable feel. It can use a little upgrade though and the carpet looks a bit old. I saw reviews that the beds were not too soft like the 5 star hotel ones which is actually true but it works for me and my back for support. This is also because after all the walking you'll do a firm bed I believe is still better for the back. The bathroom is also clean and has a bath tub. I don't think you can make use of the tub though as we couldn't find the stopper or drain plug at that time. We ate our packed lunch and rested for a few minutes before heading out for the day. The bus stop back to the ferry terminal is literally just outside the steps of the hotel. It is also just a few minutes walk to Senado Square. (Please note that the near bus stops are not the ones where the Casino free bus rides stop

Macau Masters is a no frills hotel located 5 to 10 minutes away from the historical district. The room was clean and comfortable with good TV and free Wifi. Front desk people were friendly but did not have many specific recommendations about what to see or where to eat. Bus transportation is right outside the front door. However less than a 10 minute walk away is the tourism center at Senado Square where the people are quite helpful.

OK, but beware this hotel's harsh check out policy

An ok hotel if your travel plans have you leaving on a morning or early afternoon flight. They suck for late check out policy. Even though most guests check in late afternoon, or like me very late in evening, they do not give any time past normal check out for free. First hour past check out is expensive, any more requires a full day at rack rate - ouch !!! A place like this should be a lot more friendly to business travelers who have varied schedules, especially for a place like Macau that never seems to sleep.
