All the front desk staffs are polite and helpful. They were helping me to navigate getting across from Macao to mainland China and they went extra mile to look up China speed trains between cities and which exit to take for connecting trains. They made my travels much more enjoyable and less hectic.
Many thanks for their out pouring concerns for my travels with many luggage’s to handle.

We had a great time staying here! The hotel lobby had a cafe, which made it convenient for us to get coffee in the mornings! the facilities offered were also nice, which included the gym and coffee/tea station. As a girl with frizzy hair, I must say that the hair conditioner provided in the bathroom was superb! It kept my hair smooth and hydrated! I highly recommend staying here as the location was prime and it’s a great price! Special thanks to the manager Kenny for the warm hospitality, as well as Susie and Yoyo for the fantastic service!

Great for my short solo trip to Macau!

Facilities were very comfortable and clean. Location is wonderful and easily walkable to so many restaurants, landmarks, and transportation. The only problem I encountered was very loud construction throughout the day (both on the street and on the building itself). Staff was kind enough to move me to a quieter room upon request. Front desk and restaurant staff were very accommodating.

Cleanliness and environment satisfied.
WiFi bad signal in the room, using own data for all 3 nites.
Left my fitflop worth around 100USD and call back to check is it there after check out.The customer service replied nothing at the room. But I am very sure that the shoes are left at the hotel as I wear it on the first day and only change in the hotel. The hotel is the only stay of my trip. Housekeeping must have not been honest.

Overall was OK. Beds are comfortable, room is not aseptic but it`s clean.
Espresso machine in the room and helpful staff.
Property is located a bit far from the action. I`ve been many times to Macao and this is the only hotel I stayed that didn`t provide transportation to the ferry terminal, so you have to include the taxi expense when comparing prices for booking.

Nice clear room with a great view over the city. My problem with this hotel is ridiculous check in time policy. Don't bother arriving before 3pm because they wont even check to see if the room is ready , they simply quote the check in time to you , even when I asked at 2:20pm! At around 2:50 pm staff begin handing out numbers to guests which indicates the order in which you will be asked to the desk to check in. What a crazy system ! I I counted 30 guests sitting around the lobby waiting for the their rooms. I have never seen this before any where else and don't understand why the hotel has this policy.

I will choose somewhere else to stay, next time I am in Macau

Hotel was conveniently located within 5mins walk to the bus stops. It would be great if the hotel provided free shuttle to nearby casinos. The direct bus from airport to the hotel goes to the terminal station whereby we need to alight and wait for the next bus, which then brings us back to the airport before heading to the hotel. It would be good if hotel provided instructions on which bus stop to wait at the airport.

The hotel is at a location within walking distance to many historical sites. The lobby and the rooms are reasonably kept. One big plus is that the hotel offers a free cell phone for guests to use during their stay in Macau, which was very convenient.
What could be better? - the lobby has a strong (almost pungent) smell from the sanitizer used. The room decors are old. The first night we arrived, I thought there were bugs in the room and had to ask the hotel staff to do some room spray so that my skin wouldn't feel that irritated.

Bellboy & doorman were nice though.

I stayed there only 1 night, and so far it was quite OK. The hotel has provided free heater in the room when the temperature dropped, which was highly appreciated.

However, I have sent them a message (thru facebook) asking about my black winter suit which was probably left in the hotel, but no respond yet until today. That was my only disappointment, a hotel is supposed to take good care of their customers, even when they already left.

The hotel location is neaby Senado Square and within walking distance. A very value for money hotel. The staff speaks English very well. The room was comfortable and the twin bed was really a twin bed. No misleading information. However, since the heater is limited during winter season, hence, it gets kinda cold at night. The hotel is like 2 minutes walking from the main road and there is a bus stop like 1 minute from the hotel. So accessibility wise is great if you're planning to use bus as your main transportation.

A nice hotel near Senado Square

The hotel is in a rather good location, especially if you would like to base yourself near the historical quarter of Macau, i.e., within the vicinity of Senado Square (even though when you approach it from the outer ferry by taxi, it seems like it really isn't, as the way over there involves some rather startling hilly streets). It's also quite far from the hustle and bustle of the main casinos, so that may be a plus for a few people. The hotel itself is nice and rather comfortable.

One piece of advice: as the majority of people working the desk are of local Chinese backgrounds, you may not be able to get quick directions to a place using Portuguese street names.

Centrally located, yet quiet

The hotel is located on a quiet square and it is an easy walk through some nice streets to the downtown plaza and the ruins of Saint Paul's Cathedral. The room was clean and everything worked. Be aware that hotels in Macau ask for a 500 MOP cash deposit. This hotel accepted HK dollars and returned HK dollars when we checked out. We did not have breakfast included, but we had breakfast one day at the hotel's restaurant. It was good and reasonably priced. We used public buses to get around; there is a stop nearby. We often saw taxis in front of the hotel. We would stay here again.

Stayed from 14 to 16 Apr 2016. Flight was delayed into evening so I called the hotel reception and the staff confirmed room secured. The staff were all friendly and helpful and majority able to converse in English.
The hotel deposit of 500MOP is payable by either cash or credit card.

The Cozy Comfort Double Bed room quite spacious and standard toiletries plus coffee tea mineral water were provided. My room had a great view of both the harbor as well as all way to Ruins of St. Paul. Wifi in the room is so-so. Sometimes you could hear noises from the corridor outside your room when guests are loud. During my stay there was a constant light buzzing sound that I just assumed coming from the nearby harbor - did not check or ask since it did not bug me much.

Location is easily accessible by Bus 26 to and from Macau Intl Airport - stops in front of 7-Eleven. Airport taxi to the hotel cost 117MOP. The hotel is also within walking distance to all tourist attraction spots (Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul, various casinos from Grand Lisboa to Wynn, etc). I walked both during early morning and late at night and safety/security was not a problem. Alternatively you can take the many buses plying the roads.

Overall for the price I have paid, this hotel exceeded my expectation.
