Hotel was in a perfect location. Staff communication was above and beyond. Our favorite staff was Cetty. Always a big smile, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to see her every morning. The hotel was always very clean. I didn’t have to use AC but they have it if needed. I love that they have heater in bathroom for cold days. All my friends and I had a great time. We will definitely come back to this hotel next year.

Everything was great. Spacious clean room. The staff was top notch and we're very helpful suggesting places to visit. Location was perfect. Right in the middle of the old town where all the markets and restaurants are. The rooftop terrace was wonderful. We enjoyed the good selection from the buffet breakfast. Very very convenient. Right in the middle of town & steps away from the best Cannolo in town at the church. Parking was easy where they directed me. However, Driving Is Absolutely Crazy in Palermo!!! The breakfast was adequate (not a lot of options. The room was spacious and could be dark enough to sleep all day. Great location!

Small, boutique accommodation in the heart of Palermo. Convenient location but can be a little tricky to find. I'd recommend getting there via taxi. Large, clean and comfortable room. Great terrace for breakfast with an amazing spread of food. Be aware that there is no elevator and reception is located on the second floor. Rooms are on floors 2 and 3.

Had a fantastic 4 days in Palermo. Hotel cannot be beaten for location, convenient for all attractions and restaurants as well as 15 minutes walk from the station.
Hotel room was perfect. We had a minor issue with the shower head when we arrived late at night, and this was rectified straight away the next morning. Relaxing breakfast on the beautiful terrace looking across the rooftops.
Would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great value, clean hotel, in the perfect location to explore Palermo.

We had a wonderful stay here! The owner, Ditto, was exceptionally kind and went out of his way to help us during check-in—he even carried our luggage and shared great tips for touring the town.

Our room was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully renovated. The bathroom was also large, modern, and sparkling clean. Everything felt brand new. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented as well.

The location is perfect if you’re arriving on foot or by taxi—everything you want to see in town is within easy walking distance, and there are many excellent restaurants nearby.

However, if you’re driving, finding parking can be quite challenging unless you’re familiar with the area. Ditto kindly provided parking information and helped us through the process, which made a big difference.

Thanks to his warm hospitality and assistance, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay here!

Lena is the real star of this show! Her cute little face is there greet everyone. She even outshines the stunning view from the breakfast rooftop, which is tough competition. The owners are wonderful! They’re so kind and helpful! Their directions are clear, and we had a lovely stay. The woman who serves breakfast is also wonderful! We loved staying here. The location is great too. For those who struggle with steps or carrying luggage up multiple flights, you should stay elsewhere. Otherwise, stay here.

We had the basic room but it had all the amenities we needed for our one night stay, and it was impeccably clean. The hotel is located up a flight of stairs (second or third floor), but our room was a half-floor above ground level which meant we didn't have to carry luggage up so far. When we did have to check out we stored our luggage with the front desk for a few hours, and staff came and helped carry our heavier bags up! On that note, the staff at the hotel we're amazing- kind, helpful and super knowledgeable about the area. Lastly, the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely with great selection, a friendly ghost, and amazing rooftop views. I would stay here again! Two things to note! The shower is tiny in the room we had and getting into it was a challenge as the door doesn't open very wide, and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible if that's a consideration for you.

An amazing place to stay. So central to all sites to see as well as close to the train and bus terminal. The terrace where the breakfast was offered had the most spectacular view of the surrounding panoramic views. I was even greeted from my transfer by Emilio and he assisted me up to the room out of the reception hours. Vito and Cetti both staff members made my stay so personable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay here in the future.

No elevator - which meant we had to limit the times we went in & out! ( 64 steps was a challenge) .may be this should be highlighted to prospective guests. Vito who met & greeted us helped carry our luggage up four flights of steps which we were grateful for.

Beautifully clean and friendly place in a great central location which felt very safe at night. It's not 24 hour reception but communication was excellent and codes worked perfectly. Place was immaculate and modern. Fridge and kettle in room with tea etc big bonus. Ear plugs provided though I didn't need. Note if you arrive out of hours you will need to carry your suitcase upstairs so don't over pack. Breakfast on the terrace with some great pastries etc.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel is very centrally located, which made it easy to explore the city. Emiliano went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—he personally greeted us on Sunday when we arrived, even though it was outside regular hours. What truly touched us was his kindness the morning we left: we had to head to the airport at 4:30 AM, and he showed up to help with our luggage and ensure the taxi arrived on time. His care and dedication made a real difference in our experience.

La Terrazzo Sul Centro exceeded all our expectations. Our room was lovely and had a beautiful view over rooftops to Il Gesu church, it was also very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel location was fantastic, in easy walking distance of Palermo’s main attractions. The staff made us feel very at home and the breakfasts were excellent with stunning views from the roof terrace. We definitely recommend and look forward to hopefully returning.

Elegance rooms Celafu was a perfect stay. It is only 5 minutes from the beach with easy access to old town, the biggest highlight. Not to mention, 5 minutes from the train station.

We had superb communication before and throughout our stay. Our host gave us a very warm welcome and was available for any questions and recommendations.

The room was wonderful! AC was cold, the bed was nice, had a nice little kitchen, hot tub and huge shower - amazing quality, just like the photos. We even had our own balcony!

Look no further than this stay if you are looking at Celafu. We thought about staying in Old Town but this was hands down the best call we made.

Close to all major tourists attractions in old town Palermo. Owner was vey helpful as road to hotel was blocked when we left due to construction. He carried our luggage with my wife to an area where I could drive and picked up luggage …and wife. 😀

No elevators in the hotel. Many stairs to climb to reception.
If you have a car, very difficult to park to unload suitcases; 25 euro cost to park daily.

First of all, our flight from the U.S. was a day delayed, so we arrived on day 2 of our intended stay. The hotel had been wonderful communicating on What’s App that they would hold our room to be ready when we arrived. The reception gentleman could not have been more kind and helpful when we got there! He carried my bag up stairs and gave us a huge amount of local inform and recommendations.
The hotel is in a lovely old building and has some quirks, but the room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
The location was amazing, right around the corner from Quattro Canti, with restaurants, sights, and bars galore. The breakfast in their rooftop was a great way to start the morning.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again!

The million dollar view from the terrace is good enough to compensate for any issues. Vita, the manager, provided excellent and unending recommendations with a patience blordering on the the miraculous. You'll be pressed to find better value during your travels. While the breakfast may be simple, it is sufficient and catered with a smile by the delightful signora who packed us a \"pocket\" breakfast on the last day.

Vino is very informative and knowledgeable about his area and eager to share with you. They are always approachable and meet any need you might have. The breakfast and view was great but the season I chose to visit had 2 days of rain so I would have like to enjoy the terrace some more without the rain. Breakfast was excellent. I realized that breakfast with bacon and eggs is just an American things and the rest of the world doesn’t do that haha. I did enjoy the Sicilian style of breakfast.

Fabulous hotel right in the very heart of the historic centre of Palermo. The rooms are comfortable and surprisingly quiet given how close to the centre of the city it is located. The roof terrace is a fantastic place to start your days with breakfast being taken together with a stunning view over the rooftops of Palermo.
The hotel is situated in an ancient palazzo and there are stairs to negotiate. This may not be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues, but climbing the stairs is a good way of working off some of those gelato and aperitivo calories! Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Terrazza Sul Centro! The hotel is centrally located next to the historic city center, making it extremely convenient and easy to walk around and sightsee all the nearby attractions. The rooftop patio/terrace is by far the highlight of this hotel with beautiful views of Palermo (highly recommend going around sunset). We enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast up there with savory and sweet options to accompany our morning cappuccinos while admiring the view. We can't thank Vito enough for being the most welcoming and friendly host! He carried our bags up multiple flights of stairs to our rooms, answered all our questions about Palermo and neighboring cities in Sicily, and suggested the best food/restaurant recommendations! If we ever return to Palermo (fingers crossed), we would without a doubt stay here again!

Excellent place to stay!!!!

We loved our stay! We had very good communication leading up to arriving and were greated so warmly on arrival. The place is even better than the photo's and so many little details have been added to make our stay pleasent, such as a clothes line and herbal teas in our room. The terrace is amazing and so is breakfast. We want to say a big Grazie to everyone working here for being so friendly and helpful!! Also it's in a fantastic location!!

Loved La Terrazza Sul Centro

Vitto was very informative, helpful, and friendly. His restaurant recommendations were perfect!! Rest of the staff very friendly. Hotel was amazing and best hotel on my three week trip. Location is right in the middle of old town Palermo. Best air conditioning! Loved it!! A complete gem!!

Have to try to consider in the context of the price but still not a good choice. Odd entrance that is hard to locate. Room was right beside the \"front desk\", bad bed, bad pillows, bad sheets, air conditioning only goes down to 23 degrees. Spend a bit more and go elsewhere.

Vito is a great host! From mapping our activities, booking reservations at great restaurants, helping with our luggage ( note: no elevator), everything was made easier.
Location was excellent! Right at the center of all the tourist landmarks and activities. Everything was within walking distance.
Property was clean and updated. Rooftop breakfast was outstanding.
Thank you for making our Palermo experience a huge success.
