I have never stayed in a place this filthy in my entire life. This Motel 6 is absolutely disgusting, poorly maintained, and infested with roaches. I was uncomfortable from the moment I walked in until the moment I fled the property.
The maintenance is nonexistent. The walls were covered in grime, the \"clean\" pillowcases were stained, and the sheets and blankets were riddled with burn holes. The mattress cover was so far gone it should have been thrown away years ago. I watched housekeeping \"clean\" the floors by pouring solution down and just mopping it up—the bare minimum effort for a room that clearly needed a deep scrub. Seeing that it was only 2 people to clean the motel, I understood that cleaning would not be perfect.
My partner is severely allergic to roaches and swells up just being in a room with them. So, we were confused about his swelling. While we didn't see them initially, the truth came out on our final morning. I had left a can of sparkling water on the end table overnight. After taking a sip that morning, I went to pour the rest out in the sink and a roach poured out of the can. I was physically ill. We packed our bags and left immediately.
The lack of professionalism is staggering. We waited from 5 AM to 1 PM just to get clean sheets. We sat on towels for 8 hours!
When I first approached the front desk, around 5 in the morning, a black, male receptionist ignored me for two minutes while he prioritized getting a woman's phone number.

We came from out of town. Only stayed 1 night. As soon as we checked in and went upstairs to our room it appeared there was many people living in this hotel. So much garbage sitting in the hallways. Entire hallway smelled like vomit. Got to our room it was dirty and the mattress looked like it was 60 years old. There was a woman in the hallway going door to door. This is when we felt unsafe. Tried to get a refund. Was told \"no refund if its more than 5 minutes after check in\" they did move our room though to the lower level. While it was quieter on the lower level the room was still not very clean. Lights behind the bed didn't work and mattress extremely hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. Do not go here unless you intend on staying in a crack motel

I asked for towels everyday. The bathtub was not draining they gave a plunger although o asked for maintenance several days. They said it’s too early in the day for maintenance but at 1:00am I woke up with hammering sound and drilling noise coming from the wall next to me where the bed headboard is. When I asked front desk why there is maintenance at that time in the morning I was told that it was the manager’s request for the work to get done.

The room was terrible. My door lock kept getting stuck so it wouldn’t lock with out someone coming to mess with it. First issue. The room was broken. Side table was off the wall some kinda way. Giant cob webs. Nasty ceilings, floors, walls everything the whole hotel just looks like they have someone come straighten the room and dip out. Their was a can of pop on the lobby desk from check in-check out. I planed to extend my stay out of ease, not wanting to wait till check in somewhere else because I didn’t see any bugs. The lady at the desk charged me for my next night, it went through. I showed her but she kept charging my card 3 more times causing it to decline. I’m showing her the transactions in real time on my phone and she just kept saying my card was fing up. I tried to be very calm with the lady but she started mocking me like a child and telling me she couldn’t do anything, wouldn’t look at my banking app to see she did charge me, wouldn’t look into the computer I watched the screen not change when I asked her to check it. Just kept saying my card was broken. I started talking about calling the police because she was not trying to solve the issue and she immediately kicked me out. She kept telling me she didn’t charge it, then that she would not refund it I should call my bank. Then when the police arrive she has a paper saying she refunded it. I got my refund but it was so much bad business.

This property was horrible the worst. I’ve ever been to the room water was very low but was hot it had cigarette burns all in the room there was no chair in the room. The blanket had cigarette burns in it.The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the front door would not lock actually it was broken..I really think the should have paid me to stay there.The service was horrible as well the lady up front took about 20mins before she came to check me in with no apology for not being up front when I walked in… would never recommend anyone to stay here I was just passing through this town but wish I would of went somewhere else but was to tired and irritated with the stay..

A Crime Scene
I didn't know if I should've been angry or just plain terrified! Maybe both! But I checked in on Friday October 1st at 7:35 pm. When me and my spouse initially saw the room like yeah, we wasn't expecting it to be perfect but didn't expect to be in a crime scene either. It wasn't until later the next day that we realized the blood EVERYWHERE! There were blood on the inside of the curtains, all around on the sides of the bed and under it, blood splatter on the walls dirt and probably other bodily fluids. Couldn't go to a different room because everything was booked up. We would have left that night but I can't see well at night and my man wasn't going to leave me alone there, because we drove on own separate vehicles. Then on top of that, the door was broken off to the parking lot and it was getting slammed ALL night and early morning. I would show more but it wouldn't be appropriate. I did a video but its too long
