For being empty, they gave us the farthest room from the door. Only nice thing was the updated bathroom. Will not return.

I woke up feeling like I was attacked my left hip was hurting limping trying to rush to doctor appointment and after needing to work I got charged 30.00 deposit that I didn't know about because I already paid for 1 night stay way before I arrived the first room I was placed in was big hole in ceiling and holes in the walls Refrigerator was iced that the door wouldn't close TV couldn't get channels,so she put me in another that room was just as bed to the third room was a double The TV wouldn't get Channels she fixed that and then got ready to warm my food in my microwave it wouldn't start so she used her microwave to heat my meal. I was very unhappy after spending over a 100.

When we travel, we usually get pretty cheap hotels/motels, especially if its just a quick overnight. Sometimes they're kind of dinghy, but it's like \"you get what you pay for\". This hotel, on the other hand, is the only one I've ever felt the need to write a negative review for. I did not do my research. The picture looked good enough and i chalked the 4/10 review up to people being too picky. I didnt read reviews. As we checked in, a drunk man drinking was periodically shouting incoherent comments at us. They say the building is being renovated, but it seems more like they just tore the carpet up, installed new keycard locks, and called it done. The stairwell was unlit, with a sticky floor. The hallway was like old warped wood. I didnt notice at night, but it definately smelled like pee in the morning. Our room smelled like smoke, which doesnt really bother me much. The bathroom door didnt close. The carpets were gross. Not just stains, but sticky areas and gum in the carpet. The walls were not clean. We saw dark red stains on the wall and on the bottom part of the bed. We thought it was blood at first, but we concluded it was probably some sort of food/sauce, but it was still gross. The sheets had stains. The blanket smelled like pee. There was an old band-aid and an old q-tip above the light over the sink. It was no question the worst hotel ive stayed at. After seeing the room, we asked for a refund. We were denied. We did get \"fresh\" sheets and used those.

Page says they offer vending machines and tea/coffee in dining areas, but the hotel had neither.
Despite my room being non-smoking I smelled cigarette smoke the moment I walked in.

The stay was awful. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures online. The amenities they say they offer, they just flat out do not have. There is no breakfast even though some places say there is free breakfast and others say breakfast is available for purchase, NEITHER of these are available or options. There are cigarette burn holes in some of the blankets. The entry way smells like marijuana and the hallways outside our room smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana at all times. The water pressure in the shower is atrocious and if you have the temperature up to high it starts making a screeching noise until you turn it down. And by up to high, I mean slightly above warm, so showering sucked. The floors had broken tiles, soft spots that felt like you might fall through, the toilet seat was cracked in half, the walls had holes in them and disgusting stains on them from who knows what. The TV only worked about half the time. The air conditioning unit panels were broken, luckily the air and heat did work though. My wife found a maggot crawling on her in the bed and there were gnats throughout the room. The online portrayal of this hotel is 100% a lie and none of what they show is real.

Most disgusting ghetto place I’ve ever been. I have a 6 year old and I would never have stayed there with her. The first room wasn’t what I reserved and the tub was covered in mold. Furniture was falling apart. The doors were broken. The second room the furniture was also falling apart the air co diction was rusted and gross and the tv didn’t work. They refused to give me my money back and looked at me like something was wrong with me. If you need to wrap yourself in plastic and carry a gun to stay somewhere it is not for me.

When you walk up to the room you can tell the Inn is bad because the floors are partly torn up and the ones there had stuff on them. In the room the bed had some gunk on the covers, it looked like part of the roof was caving in, and in the bathroom there was a sign that said you need to run the vent while showering or will trigger fire alarm. Overall very bad. Checked out right away. Don’t stay here!!!

Welcome to crack motel!!!

As soon as we walked in there was a strange odor in the room. Before that every door to a room looks ran down. I mean the doors are filthy. In the room the walls were dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the bottom part of the tub was chipped and dirty. The toilet was not cleaned. Oh yea and it was hairs on the towels, and it wasn’t like u would miss it, they was all over the towels. I lift up the stained covers to see the mattress. Just like I thought filthy,!it had black and red spots. I didn’t even sit on anything. I immediately went back down stairs on that run down elevator they got from the movie devil. And I got a refund. I would say stay far far away from this place. It looks like nothing but hypes and crackheads stay there.

The pictures online are a total lie compared to what they actually look like. Our door doesn’t have the extra lock latch. Our toilet tank top is cracked in half. You have to have the bathroom fan on to shower or the fire alarm goes off because they stupidly installed a sprinkler IN the shower. There are only 4 channels on the tv and the WiFi does not work. Your blanket is basically a flat sheet. The ONLY positive is that the bed is clean and the worker was nice. Do not recommend staying here if you are a woman traveling alone. Luckily I have someone with me.

This place is nothing like the pictures at all that Expedia showed on the their website coming up on the property there is plastic all over the windows and it looked like a halfway house not including the lot lizards in the parking lot, the Days Inn logo isn’t even on the building it was under a different name but Going into the building the Days Inn logo was behind the desk on the wall, there is no free breakfast, carpet is stained all get out, doors are all scratched up and missing paint, rooms where missing room numbers, the entire hallway stunk of weed, blunt wrappers in the hallway. Going into the room there was absolutely no bedding just a fitted sheet and a pillow, no bathroom floor, caked on plaster on the walls, the floor literally moved when walking throughout the room, 1 towel in the bathroom for 3 adults and 1 child to use. I refused to pay for my room before I could see what it looked like after what I had witnessed outside and glad I did. We canceled our reservations and went down the road to a more tasteful hotel that we actually felt safe to sleep in. The gentleman at the desk understood and was kind that’s the only good experience we had.

i booked a king deluxe room that comes with the spa hot tub. first i couldn't figure out how to turn the tub on so i had to get a staff member to help. the staff member turned the tub jets on and dirt exploded out the jets it was disgusting. i wanted to leave so bad but my boyfriend cleaned the tub out himself the results were horrible. i don't know when was the last time housekeeping cleaned the tub but they need to be fired. it was hair all inside the jets of the tub the paint on the bathroom walls was not finished. when we arrived to the hotel it looked abandoned and the name didn't say Days Inn it said Halsted Inn . it was abandoned construction material all outside the hotel and stored inside the lobby area like the hotel is about to begin renovating. the hotel lacked basic things like a ice machine and ice buckets , the room only had one small wash cloth for bathing. however, the bed was so comfortable and the tv service provider was really good although the tv was tiny. overall, i would never stay here again im very disappointed considering the fact this was supposed to be a Wyndham brand hotel.

The air and the bed was good. Everything else about this place was horrible. They had a horrible shower it barely worked. The door look like it didn’t get worked on in 10 years. The a/c was broken apart but still worked. The workers didn’t seem to care enough about anything. My girlfriend and I felt itchy after leaving. The walls are very thin and made me feel like I had no privacy at all. Nothing in there felt up to date to the time we are in. Felt like I went back to 2010. And there was blood on the towels. Take it out of business please so no one else has to deal with this place and how uneasy it makes people feel.

Nothing like bulletproof glass at front desk

Appearance was a mess, a pot full of soil holding the door open, place looked filthy and the bulletproof glass in front of the front desk was far from welcoming. I checked in because I was already in line, walked to the car to tell my husband we were NOT staying there, and walked back in a checked out. The front desk gentleman was polite.

This property is in a seemingly unsafe location. It is under construction. When I arrived, there were huge dumpsters in the parking lot, the property was not secured, there was plastic up in the lobby area, there was very little lighting and no continental breakfast available.
