The internet didn’t work, I called , he said he be there waited and hour . I called back they apologized and gave us a different room. The room they gave us was cold and took three hours to get warm, the towels looked like someone wiped the floor with them. I always bring a blanket and towels when I go out of town, thank goodness for that.

I asked for a non smoking room and when I walked into the room it smelled like old smoke. The blankets were stained, I was told I would get extra towels and never received them. The heater was not working properly. There was to much going on in the parking lot which actually kept me up most of the day. Will not consider returning.
Which I feel bad because I went to a Red Roof in Naperville and it was a different experience

Room looks nothing like the photos. The smelled strongly of cigarettes. When I called the from desk to complain, he just said oh I guess they didn’t clean the room properly. I didn’t even stay because I was so uncomfortable I checked out.

There was no power at the outlets in the bathroom.
It’s an inexpensive motel for a reason, the bed was good, towels were fluffy and it was pretty quiet.
It was a good value.
When checking in, the lobby is locked and you deal with a clerk through a service window. Kinda sends the wrong message.

Floor had not been swept or mopped, lamp had no shade on it, AC was broken, bed had no comforter, decorative blanket/coverlet had stains, pillow had stains, lamp above bed missing cover over the lightbulb, office chair had no wheels, both night stands were broken, entertainment center was broken, door was stained with dirt and grime had not been washed in some time, curtain had stains, bed skirt was torn, visible dirt and other dabree in the crevices of the mattress, parts of base boards were broken or coming off, There was no channel access on the TV, lots of dust behind TV and dust on other surfaces. Fire alarm was disconnected and more. There was also dog fights happening and prostitutes in and out all night.

The pictures you have on your expedier site is misleading the room they had a bad smell the floor and walls were dirty their wre alot of flying bug they moved me to another room, which was the same. The pitches that they have is very misleading. The rooms have a very bad smell. That's even in the second row.

Dirty, under bed has not been touched, tubs dirty, floor was sticky, smelled like smoke, king bed was sinking on left side, dirty walls, no other option late at night. Dog poop and smelled as soon as you walk out. This hotel should not been in Hotels.com website. Dogs every where, even pitbulls. I can send photos.

Upon arrival I regretted my decision on reserving a room at this location. There were people just hanging out on the property. It close to a truck stop so it appeared like most of the women hanging outside were working girls.I booked a non-smoking room and was given a room that wreaked of smoke. I had to go back to the window in the vestibule of the lobby to reiterate that I booked a non-smoking room. I was given another room, didn't smell like smoke, but had a stale order. I did not like that the staff stayed behind locked doors and the window that you had to speak through was bulletproof. It was too transient for me, constantly could here people outside of my room. I left my room keys on the tv stand and left after a few hours. I didn't feel safe staying the entire night. That will be my first and last time staying there. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the hot water was hot. However the tv had no connection to the internet, so I was unable to watch it.

We were traveling with young children late and needed to find a place to stay. I mistakenly booked this hotel, realized my mistake and called to try and reverse it which they told me no. We decided we would show up and see if we could make it work and we felt so unsafe we didnt even get out of our car. There was a heavy police presence, our car was approached but a woman we believe selling herself, and people were outside smoking and partying in the parking lot- not somewhere I felt safe to have my children stay for the night.

booked a reservation, got a text an email confirmation saying my reservation was confirmed. arrived to check in and said it was overbooked. then went to “check if the rooms were available” after saying it was overbooked. never got refunded. never got sent anything that my reservation would be cancelled and i would get a refund for the inconvenience.

Myself & 2 adult sons for 2 nights to attend a memorial. Picked the because it was a national brand & assumed a minimal level of quality. This property is bad, run down & dirty. The check in was smooth but none of our three rooms were next to each other 2 were in one building & the third was in another. My room was dark & hasn't seen a good cleaning or new paint in years the top of the walls were so bad they looked like they had smoke damage, a massive jagged crack in the floor that ran the entire width of the room. The lights over the beds didn't work & the front grill of the ac unit was missing entirely although it worked well. The grout around the tub was black dirt or mold don't know. The beds were of 2 different heights. The sheets & comforter were clean but in need of replacement. The tv didn't stay connected to the wifi reception when I did find something to watch it would buffer & stop I eventually gave up & went to sleep the 2nd nite I didn't even attempt to watch TV at all. On the 2nd nite the son that was in the same building didn't sleep due to the domestic disturbance going on next door to him which included police involvement. Needs a complete total renovation. If it weren't for the people I saw that obviously live at this property I would say it needs to shut down to do a total renovation & reopen but that would displace the people that obviously need the rooms. The condition of this property doesn't match the price charged. Never again.

I never thought the pictures that they are advertising are not the way it looks in reality. All throughout the night individuals pulling at your door. Cops there arresting people and asked attendee for extra towels (one set for 3 people) she only gave one after rolling her eyes. Room horrible unclean stuck for 3 days due to prepaying.

The heat was turned up on the highest setting when i walked in the room.
Hole in wall not properly patched.
Table had 2 loose legs-almost broke
TV didn't work when i walked in the room and the maintaince man had an attitude instantly and asked i didn't know how to work a TV. He clearly doesn't like his job and takes it out on guests just checking in.
Sheets were stained.
Pillows were so used and worn, one of the white pillows was brown.

Room was dirty. Comforter had stains all over it upon arrival. Some men kept pacing by my door at 4:30am. They finally tried using a key card on my door, but it was bolted. I literally had to call the police to escort me to my car and leave in the middle of the night. No one was around when I went into my room, and I heard the men saying it supposed to be this room.
